Just crazy to me that this happened in the premium line to a figure that was going to be near perfect 🤦🏻‍♂️

I'm refusing to order one until gets fixed.

we all know the answer here, this is on the factory, the process, etc. There's nothing Steve is going to tell you that is going to change any of this. The guy has given us TONS of information, and doesn't need to be constantly badgered with the same questions that anyone who takes a minute to stop typing angrily and THINKS about, will get the answer.

Maybe they will work on a solution, maybe not. I don't think its reasonable or should be expected for Mattel to start mailing out Kane arms.

That also being said, nobody should be getting refunds for this figure because part of his elbow wasn't painted red. That's ridiculous.

I agree with what you said, but if nobody says anything then Mattel thinks everything is A ok in their book and they can continue to do this. This is not a simple error, this is a Huge issue, that seems to STILL being produced this way. There's a lot of people voicing their frustration.

2nd, no I don't expect Steve to be on here all day everyday, what he does for us is his own thing. And we all apriciate it.

He is however on Instagram everyday liking everything under the sun that I've seen in last 2 days. He doesn't have to say anything on here, because an error like this should come from an official place.

However a simple "hey guys sorry the Kane elbow is messed up, we are looking into it....etc would have gone a long way. Instead he hasn't acknowledged anything about Kane since Tom's unboxing video. Steve had to know about Kane BEFORE it was put onto a boat, because the pic on the back of the box HAS THE ERROR

And you see Hasbro fixing it for people, and I know that's not gonna happen here, but now you can see why a lot of us won't cry if Mattel loses the license to Hasbro. Hasbro seems pro consumer while Mattel from the looks of it are not.

I contacted them as well and they said they wanted the “defective” figure shipped back to them, did they tell you the same?

Nope, I filled out the form. They replied with there apologies and that they are shipping me a new one from the same series 11 set, which ended up sending me the Ric flair.

I didn't ask for anything other than a new arm for my Kane, I didn't even tell them I bought 2 of them.

The last time I contacted them, was for I believe the edge wm baf figure, cause the arms wouldn't fit the baf figure, they cut me a check at the price I paid on ringside for which was 27.99 at the time. Again, just wanted arms lol.

The benefit is being aware. I know you are a business, but to continue selling the Kanes on your part is kinda well not very good when it's a known issue. People need to know what they are getting when they order an ultimate Kane.

Technically, it should be recalled.

And believe me, I've seen more stupid stuff being recalled as I work in retail.

But I will not say anymore on this if that helps get something out of somebody from Mattel, it does not need to be Steve.

LOL, they're not going to issue a product recall. If they address it, it'll be with with a running change.

Kane ripping his sleeve at the elbow isn't putting anybody in any danger.

Doesn't matter, all recalled items aren't just recalled if it presents a danger. Misspelled words, wrong parts, defects etc are also on the table.

I'm not suggesting it should be recalled. By no means. IT IS THE BEST LOOKING ULTIMATE, so long as you don't bend his arm. But that I've seen items recalled for a less of an issue.
