Yes they have. It's on the Hart Foundation coliseum video VHS tape and on the first Bret Hart 3 disc DVD set that came out in 2005. The match took place at the Boston Gardens. It was in February of 1986, they wrestled to get a feel for each other for the Wrestlemania match they were supposed to have. Wow get out of town, I have watched that DVD set so many times too, but admittedly I always stay between 89-2000 for my personal Hitman interests so I probably just never watched it haha. They should have had that match, damn Steamboat would have been on fire at Mania. DISC 2 Bret Hart vs. Ricky Steamboat Boston, MA • March 8, 1986
So it's definitely on the DVD! It's a fun match to watch. It was the pre pink and black Hart Foundation days. I wanna say Bret had on all black with yellow stripe down the side of the tights.

I miss watching the DVD sets actually haha, WWE network never quite has the option to just watch all the Bret Hart matches like those DVD sets did. I might have to bust it out from the ol’ WWE network BC collection haha. (Aka dvds) That would explain why I haven’t seen it too, the furthest I go back is Blue Bret Hart…I’ve rarely been back further than that haha.

Part of me would like to have seen someone else other than Diesel face Taker at WM12. I know Diesel was on his way out but that match just seemed so bland.

You are correct all black singlet/tights with yellow stripe on the tights. And his silver with black trim boots. Some of those pre pink & black attires I liked more than the pink & black. I loved the all black with blue stripe like his CS13(?) figure.

Agreed!
I enjoyed the red tights with black stripe, blue tights with black stripe too. But yeah, the black tights had white, yellow, red, pink, and blue as the stripe colours. But once they went pink with the black stripe, that's when Vince said, "that's it! You always have to wear pink!"

WM 1 Remove Mr T and Paul Orndorff - Hogan v Piper Hogan vs Piper on paper is so much better of a match and we should have definitely gotten it at a Mania at some point (maybe 2) but on a business side I think you had to have that star power of Mr. T there to make it work. Not to mention Ordnorff there to take the fall.

WrestleMania 1 would have DEFINITELY been a bigger deal for me had it not been garnished by the tag partners. There was a VERY easy avenue to incorporate Mr T into that show and it would have been, Piper has been having Mr Wonderful and Orton watching his back….Mr T will watch Hogans. Then you have them get into a scuffle for the papers and Mr T takes out Orton & Wonderful to set up the clean finish for Piper/ Hogan. That would have been a much more effective use of Mr T for me rather than having him in the ring with the likes of Piper, who I would have never had him touch. That match needed to be Hogan/ Piper, I agree so much. i dunno, the whole mr.t thing was what REALLY got me into wrestling at the time. when he jumped in from crowd and saved hogan i was jumping up and down as a kid. i alrady saw hogan vs piper at wrestling classic in chicago live, so was really loving mr.t coming in saving hulk and be aprt of the tag team. couldnt WAIT to see how he was gonna do in the ring vs piper. a-team was my fav show at the time mostly due to mr.t.

You know what? I say go balls out and replace Undertaker with Bryan at Wrestlemania 26. Have Bryan debut at the Rumble and cost Michaels. Have Michaels so angry he doesn’t get his rematch that he challenges his former student. Bryan retires Michaels.

I respect that. The Hogan/ Piper fan in me would have loved for them to have had that 1 on 1 moment and then maybe have the tag at WM2 with MR T. But trust me I get it, I enjoyed LT vs Bam Bam as a Giants fan 🤣 …I still like that match haha
