My Black Friday 2.0 package has been out for delivery for about a day or 2 and still says pending delivery date hopefully today.

I received tracking for my Cyber Monday 3.0 order. Didn't actually get picked up tonight, so dunno if that means it won't go out until Monday.

Made an order over a week ago and had to email ringside and they told me it would ship the end of the week, well it wasn’t never shipped so I emailed them again last night and funny as soon as I send the email and they email me back, I also get an email of a shipping confirmation , but it was just where they printed the label and not actually shipped it. Don’t understand why it takes over a week and 3 emails to get something shipped. And before the “it’s Christmas, a pandemic , short staffed folks” come running with their pitchforks, this has happened 3-4 times over the past 6-8 months.

Holiday or no holiday they are pretty slow, but I at least know I'll be getting my order eventually. I'll give em that.
But if you're someone who pays extra for shipping, I learned the hard way, don't bother.

same. got confirmation email but no shipping yet. I see that your order shipped, I'll PM you the tracking #!  my package arrived today on the one week mark which is damn fast for free shipping on the holidays. My UE Hollywood Hogan, Unrivaled 2 Pentagon Jr & Unrivaled 1 v2 Cody Rhodes came in great shape as well preciate all the hard work guys |

Not ringsides fault but fedex has been a nightmare with my order it sat in on a fedex truck for delivery for about 2 days and when they said it was delivered it wasn’t there when I got home so idk if I’ll ever get it at this rate.

Not ringsides fault but fedex has been a nightmare with my order it sat in on a fedex truck for delivery for about 2 days and when they said it was delivered it wasn’t there when I got home so idk if I’ll ever get it at this rate. Yeah, fedex messes up deliveries and I can understand that when it’s this time of year. But RS doesn’t help the cause when it takes over a week to ship things out when it’s in stock. |

I had some packages getting delayed for over 3-4 weeks , come to find out, there were 3-4 separate loads of packages dumped into a ditch in Alabama, luckily none were mine. |

I use to pre order every Elite set since Elite 16, Ultimates/Defining Moments/Entrance Greats and pre ordered every Jazwares set but even if I placed my order within minutes I would see “influencers” getting them before mine even shipped. Not arrived, but shipped. So I’m done pre ordering since they only care about their influencers now, who don’t seem to be doing a good job because every set sits now. I’ve spent thousands year after year but now other retailers can have my money I don’t need them right away. |

Took a week for my last cyber monday order to ship, which is fine, it's christmas.
got the shipping notification on saturday, said the label was printed. Sweet! This will go out on Monday, hopefully here Tuesday or Wednesday.
Checked this morning to see if they had given it to USPS yet, which I thought was stupid because I figured they'd do so by the end of the day. But wanted to check, anyway.
Notes the shipment is out for delivery, DAYUM!!!! Was hoping it wasn't a mistake.
Said it delivered an hour later, checked, got my order.
Gotta love RSC.

i would prob stop ordering using fed ex as the shipper if you can help it. unless you always have issues with deliveries regardless of provider. or have them shipped to a relative or trust worthy friend. so u know youll get it. idk if there’s any non fedex shipping options from ringside i think regular mail may be the other one i saw. but ofcourse its a small fortune for priority mail. lol. smh. i figured id throw it out there . hopefully you can get some sort of recourse on your items though. id be mad as hell. thats my only gripe with RSC also about not having some sort of replacement/refund method of lost shipments or items. i know there not a huge outlet but buyers knowing they have some recourse of theft or something else would be nice assurance for ordering from them. |
