Yeah, I no longer use the free shipping FedEx option, they’re awful. I go with the 10% off. I may pay a few bucks more, but it’s worth it without having to deal with my stuff sitting for days at a time with FedEx.

idk if there’s any non fedex shipping options from ringside i think regular mail may be the other one i saw. but ofcourse its a small fortune for priority mail. lol. smh. i figured id throw it out there . hopefully you can get some sort of recourse on your items though. id be mad as hell. thats my only gripe with RSC also about not having some sort of replacement/refund method of lost shipments or items. i know there not a huge outlet but buyers knowing they have some recourse of theft or something else would be nice assurance for ordering from them. it finally arrived today only took almost 2 weeks, keep in mind I only live about 6 hours from ringside lol |

That’s why I stopped pre ordering from Ringside. I use to pre order every Elite set since Elite 16, Ultimates/Defining Moments/Entrance Greats and pre ordered every Jazwares set but even if I placed my order within minutes I would see “influencers” getting them before mine even shipped. Not arrived, but shipped. So I’m done pre ordering since they only care about their influencers now, who don’t seem to be doing a good job because every set sits now. I’ve spent thousands year after year but now other retailers can have my money I don’t need them right away. I don’t really let that bother me because it lets me know I should be getting mine soon. But it’s smart business to send their influencers figures first because those people direct traffic to their website and bring them more money. If they think that giving influencers things first is better for their business then more power to them. I spend several thousand a year at Ringside and I’m done because of it, especially with everything being very easy to find at retail. Hope it works out for them. |

I’m sure it has to do with how much content you ordered, U.S vs international shipping, recent volume & whatever else.
I ordered recently 1 item & got a shipping notice with in a day.
Freeship will most likely be SmartPost from FedEx with (in most cases) final Delivery from The USPS. You’re way BETTER off either using 1st or priority mail or FedEx Ground or air.
SmartPost, SurePost, USPS (Parcel Select Ground) can & do take longer. Especially if you’re far from the shipping Origin. Never will I use Smart/Sure/Parcel Ground unless it ships from the same state I’m in.
I ordered something from Utah & for what I ordered didn’t warrant the need for FedEx Ground at $10+ shipping. So I used USPS (Parcel Select Ground) took 8 days to get to me. I live in Nevada. Package went to Colorado then back east somewhere then to me. USPS said it would take 10 days to get to me originally.

Mine shipped after 4 days, and arrived two days later (on a Sunday) with the free shipping option.

I ordered my sgt slaughter Sunday…I never expected I’d get it as quick as today. I thought there were no figs for me for Christmas, I love you RSC
Came in great moc as well and I think I’m keeping it that way
