i have an incorrect version with 25810B on it Maybe I misread or maybe he did. Surely there wouldn’t be 2, right? I have 2581OB & 2631OB both have bad mask & bad arm. |

Surely there wouldn’t be 2, right? im not sure, it could have been mistyped on FB, but thats the number on the bottom of the box i got from Ringside, which I can verify is the wrong version with both arm and head (i opened to check) and is also the number i gave mattel through facebook when i asked about getting the replacement parts so maybe there are more than 3 versions of this Kane Mine came from RSC as well, so I should check it. |

29410B is another one. Doesn't have corrected mask. Can't see the arm.

Okay, so finally I’m able to get around to addressing my UE Kane’s and looking at getting the replacement parts. So, I’ve been scouring the thread…who exactly do I message about this and I. Hearing Facebook and even saw something about “Mattel Consumer Services” on FB messenger…problem is I can’t find them. Any help?

Hey guys, just got my corrected kane from amazon usa, code on the bottom is 32310b
The bad news however...
He now comes with a black attitude era belt!! Am I correct in thinking it should be blue??

Apparently these are the production numbers for each version (these numbers are located on the bottom of the box for those that don’t know): 25810B/26310B/26810B- version 1 with incorrect heads and incorrect arm 28810B - version 1.5 (as people are calling it) with correct heads but incorrect arm 3231OB/33710B - version 2 with correct heads and correct arm 29410B - incorrect mask but is unsure about arm (it’s most likely incorrect as well but who knows) *edited to add add’l numbers that posters on here have stated they have as well* updated to add your guys’ numbers too. i checked mine and it has 25810B |

I should probably message them soon before they run out. I need two replacements. Yeah do it...it took me maybe 5 minutes. Just take a picture of the messed up parts and send that to them with a copy of receipt and the number by the barcode. That's all they asked me for. |

Was just at target in Greenville SC.
They had two UE Kanes. Both with 28810B. However one had corrected Masks and the other did not. I have a MOC with incorrect masks so I grabbed the one with correct masks.
Ideally I’d like to get one with every “packing” variant/error as I buy all UEs
