What is the product number and Manufacture Code for the Kane? I threw out the box, and I'm at work and don't have the figure in front of me. I just want to submit this form and get this process started.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I meant a screen shot of the message stating they could only replace with an Elite. Also the date when you reached out and the date they answered you if possible. i reached out to them on the 30th , they got back to me on the 31st

i just got the same. lol. i knew this wouldnt be a easy process once the intial rollout got botched. not everyone has or uses facebook. im not even sure what to reply with now... id like the voucher , if im not gonna get the parts... What platform did use to reach out? Can you post a screen shot so I can send it to the customer service team to make sure all platforms are on the same page? I don't have Facebook, so I reached out directly via email. Here is the response:

They're trying to fob me off because I don't live in the US. This is absolutely ridiculous. All they have to do is bag the parts up, slap a shipping label on and send them out.

Except my figure legitimately had other QC issues besides the arm and head. I ended up getting a refund. Does anyone think I could still get the corrected arm? I’m bought another Kane to replace mine.

It’s crazy how we all are getting different responses. Some have gotten their replacement already, others have shipped and are waiting, some were told parts are on back order and will ship later. Some ppl are getting similar figures as replacements lol.
When I called they told me there were no parts available and no more parts will be in and they wanted to issue me a refund lol.

Are ALL Kanes effected with these issues? I just bought one at target a couple days ago. I want to open it but not sure yet as I am mainly an in box collector Is this how we can tell if the arm on the figure is fully painted or not?

i contacted mattel on facebook; went through the song and dance of providing them with the appropriate info. got my confirmation email, however its saying that the items are backordered until 3/15/2022

Not at all. It’s more of the top section where the upper leg meets the thigh. It has a gap. Same with the boot, it has a weird gap where it almost looks like it’s breaking off. Also, does anyone else’s Kane have different colored plastic on the legs?
