So my parts shipped. I googled the tracking number provided and it came up blank. You wont get up to date tracking, its either coming from fedex or usps, but tracking works for neither. |

I saw several UE Kane's at my local Target the other day and all of the elbows looked painted correctly. Gotta check the codes on the bottom. It’s the only way to be sure. |

A fix, no… but it sounds the issue has been fixed with the recent deliveries to Amazon. Get the voucher and use it towards ordering it on Amazon. How do I do that? I emailed helplineuk@mattel.com and got a cheque today in the mail for the first kane I bought. The one from amazon was my second kane. They even reimbursed my import fees and a $5 voucher I used. |

i wonder… there’s no way to actually find out until in hand but since mattel creations have ue 13 up on their site for purchase, are the kane’s also updated?

I think I detailed it earlier in the thread, but effectively, I live in Ireland, so I contacted Mattel UK to see about getting the parts.
Mattel UK told me to contact Mattel US. Mattel US said "but you don't live here lol" and told me to contact Mattel UK. I contacted Mattel UK who said "But it's only sold in the US, so contact Mattel US".
At which point my very polite emails got slightly more argumentative and I told them to stop sending me back and forth and just deal with the problem. At which point they (Mattel UK) asked me for my details and also asked where, when and how much I bought the figure for. I told them, and also gave them the codes off the sole of the foot, to which they replied saying a cheque would be posted out and be with me in about 6 weeks. And sure enough, a cheque arrived as they said it would.

Just got mine today and already place the parts on my Kane and it looks amazing. It makes the figure 10 times better. The only downside is when I went to get the figure out from the bin I noticed he had a paint smudge on his chest which is a bummer. I guess figures with lots of paint applications shouldn't be stored bunched up with other figures. Anyway really happy with the replacement parts.
