Well, just spoke with Amazon CS, to ask if my order is going to be cancelled (it still hasn't because i'm not from US/UK, and it's Should arrive on August 19th). They said they have the figure, and she promisse i will get it on time, and they will not cancel the order. The woman from CS (her name is Myrtle) said she asked to hurry up my order. I really dubt I will get it though. I forgot to say that Shawn Michaels is also supposed to arrive by August 19th, but I haven't been charged yet, so I doubt I'll get him either  |

If you re from outside the US i think it only works with the amazon shopping app. I contacted cs today and say said logisticentre is preparing my order for shipment. My order still doesnt say "preparing for shipment". So i hope she didnt lie 🙈 |

I returned to CS chat after my order shipped to get my refund for the secondary seller on Amazon. They said they'd have to call me and they couldn't fix it over chat. The woman on the phone said we don't do anything like that, we don't offer price matching, etc. etc.
I said the chats are recorded and asked if she would refer back to them. I was able to scroll up and read a few outloud to her. I said I would have not spent that kind of money on the item unless I was assured by Amazon that the difference would be covered. She said she would need to talk to a supervisor. I got put on hold.
When she came back she sounded sort of pissy and was sighing a lot, but said since I was told Amazon would cover the difference that they will honor it. And she refunded me over $100!

I was only offered a measly $10, but I'm glad someone pushed back about this. Maybe it'll get someone's attention, or maybe it'll get someone in trouble - I don't like "getting people in trouble" but this problem with this pre-order nonsense needs to be addressed. They shouldn't be taking orders for products that they don't have / can't get. And they shouldn't be getting exclusive products when they are managed this poorly. Praying that the one I ordered on Ebay ships soon! I've always been a Hulkster fan, and the period this figure represents was one of my favorite time periods in wrestling.... I am beyond frustrated with how difficult this figure has been to obtain. |

Here is one thing that bothers me with this Hogan pre order or any pre order that gets canceled. Why didn't Amazon and Mattel have an already established number of figures they were going to have made and then sell to Amazon to have available for pre order? Then if that's the case how was Amazon able to take more than the allotted pre order numbers that exceed the number of figures they were getting. This all sounds like really basic stuff, maybe I'm missing something. I can see small issues coming up like damaged or missing figures but not this many.

Damn, if Amazon price matches even like a dozen of these… that’s a crazy loss of revenue on this figure. Oh well, serves them right for this f*ckery. They will just make up for it by raising their UE prices to 35.99 or something lol |
