4000 Adult collectors 4000 Adult scalpers I will never understand how people are referred to as scalpers when they buy a product like this that everyone had an equal chance of ordering for a month! Not to be a jerk, but I would even say there were probably only 2500-3000 individuals who made these purchases. Lots of people ordered and paid for multiples. I am one of them and I can not wait to get them. I may be wrong but they may have been using "scalper" as a loose term on this one. Reseller would probably be a more fitting term. It's hard to call it scalping when there's unlimited of something available to everyone with an internet connection lol..

Also, if it weren’t for people buying multiples and such this thing would of never gotten to production. If you missed out, can you really blame anyone? Not counting anyone who just couldn’t get it due to financial reasons. Everyone had an equal shot.

I was responding to the original post of 8000 adult collectors, which is naive to think. I should have said 4000 went to collectors and 4000 will be resold for profit( to collectors at a later date for a variety of reasons, just a guess, but time will tell) I’m not going to get into the debate of reseller/scalper/investor, that’s been discussed to death here for years. I personally hate the idea of purchasing something with the intention of reselling it for profit immediately. I was able to purchase one and I’m looking forward to adding it to my collection.

8000 adult collectors spent $250 on the new gen arena. That’s 2 million dollars all from adults. Don’t underestimate how many adult collectors there are. 4000 Adult collectors 4000 Adult scalpers Funding something that is made to order is not scalping. Even if 4000 funded it to resell, I’m glad, as it helped it reach the goals so that the collectors could get it all. Then for the ones that just wanted 1 or 2 things can buy from the resellers if they wish. Scalping is finding 4 desired figures at a Walmart or Target, buying all 4, then selling them for 2-3 times retail price.

Yeah no idea why someone would be mad over people funding it to resell as it was literally made to order and was up for a month to buy. We all had the same opportunity (at least the ones that knew about it obviously) to grab this. Maybe not the same financial opportunity, but that’s unfortunately how life is. I had to use my credit card to back it because I didn’t want to miss out on it, and I knew I couldn’t/wouldn’t pay the “scalper” prices later on. When they revealed Macho as an extra, I had to grab it. I can’t wait for it!

There’s a difference between ‘reselling’ and scalping Buying a toy as a kid to play with and then 30 years later selling for more is not scalping Buying more than 1 of a made to order product which everyone has access to is not scalping Buying a pro wrestling crate and keeping the items you want and selling the ones you don’t - even for a mark up is not scalping Queueing outside a shop and going in as soon as they open and buying up all available figures /cards/consoles etc and then reselling at a mark up IS scalping Buying a load of products online which are limited and then reselling at a mark up IS scalping Example: Someone buys 3 arenas on crowdfunding, made to order so they are not preventing anyone else getting one. They keep 1, sell 2 = not scalping - they’re helping get the item funded, it could also be argued they are helping others who maybe can’t afford or don’t want a full set but just 1 figure etc Someone buys multiple con exclusive Sgt Slaughters which has a set amount available using whatever means to bypass limits per-person etc and then resells = scalping and a scummy thing to do

Sorry if this has been asked already but will Amazon get these? Not sure if it’s been asked and not sure if they will. I would say hopefully RSC will get them but I feel like they would do a bigger mark up than usual.

Will only Series 4 see a rerelease or will there be more rereleases? With all those extra heads I don’t mind upgrading to 2 of each.

Ordered my HBK. One of the most exciting figure purchases I've made in a long time. I remember about 6 months ago when I began filling holes in my UE collection and I almost dropped close to $300 on this figure.

The simple fact is this... You all need to thank scalpers. Mattel doesn't hang on to things for years, they pump it out fast and that's it done. Do you really think mattel will hold on to an ultimate kane figure so they can sell it to a guy that starts collecting 2 years after the figure was produced? No. So where does that new collector get the figure from He gets it from me. Why? Because lucky for him I bought over 60 kanes. And I'm going to take every penny I can get for them. I love scalping with figure collectors. It's like catching fish in a bucket. Don't blame genuine hard working scalp sector workers like me, blame the people who pay me. Yip. I don't like it when scalping......doesn't go my way. Sometimes you take a chance and the market turns the table on you in a wroooong way. But when the ultimates came along I decided to go...full force. Yip. I'll scalp 4 life. I want all the children's money LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Is this satire?

So glad I ordered two Michaels. I remember when this line came out I started I had one, but sold it when I got out of collecting. I'm happy to have purchased two for $89 rather than $600. Now if Mattel remakes the WCW ultimate Warrior, I would feel complete.

No official banner on the homepage yet, but I did find UE HBK and Brock on Ringside by just searching "ultimate edition." $37.99 each and shipping in July.

Copped HBK off RSC
47 is steep but I have a feeling these aren’t gonna be easy at retail
For those of you in the sneaker world, I took an L on both Foam Runners, all 4 dunks and the 12s so I’m fine spending the $47 on this one rn

I got 2 pairs of the 12s today! Was it 47 shipped for HBK? I'm thinking of pre-ordering eventually but July seems so far off. Need these and rsc hogan. Actually sold my brock and cleared over 90 bucks a few weeks ago when these were confirmed to be coming out again. Will be able to get both for what brock sold for and maybe a big Mac or 2.

I always trust people when they say "word on the street" without any actual proof. Unless Steve comes out and says it, take it with a grain of salt. Personally I don't see them straight re-releasing unless they're doing some kind of "Top Talent" line for the UE's. Aged well lol.
