How about if a toy being made triggers you so much you just not buy one. Crazy concept I know. I don't think anyone is trigged, the gimmick is offensive and lazy and should probably be left in the past. I'm glad Mattel agrees. 🤗 |

While we are at it, what about russian gimmicks portrayed by bulgarians, croatians or americans that have been made by mattel ?

While we are at it, what about russian gimmicks portrayed by bulgarians, croatians or americans that have been made by mattel ? Yokozuna & Kamala too! Scott Hall isn’t a Cuban American so I guess we shouldn’t get any more Razor Ramon figures either. |

I have no actual dog in the fight and don’t care whether or not they release it because he was before my time and doesn’t fit in my collection. I get why they might not release but also get why they probably still will.
I just love the irony in people who have definitely used the phrase “Everyone is too sensitive nowadays” completely getting bent out of shape about the possibility of a toy not being made.
Which again, we don’t know if it’s been canceled.

I don't know if it so much that people are bent out of shape that a figure isn't getting made, it could be that they are more bent out of shape that wokeness or cancel culture has made its way to toys. It's one thing to ask people to atone or be punished for actual crimes or boorish behavior, it's another thing to worry about a toy offending someone. Plus, as many people have posted, they seem to cherry pick what is offensive and what isn't. And true, we don't know if it hasn't been cancelled. It could be that both sides are getting bent out of shape over nothing. |

I definitely don't speak for everyone at all but how you feel about it or how I feel about it doesn't matter, it IS offensive to native American people and thats probably why Mattel pulled the plug on him. |

Weren't people finding Elite 86 cases without Colonel Mustafa?
I feel like that happened, and then a few weeks later stores got flooded with fully packed cases of the Colonel.
