Hi all, Looking to get ONE Cena for my collection. Is there a definitive attire that you'd recommend? I don't mind if it's an elite/basic/ultimate - just the most iconic/memorable look will do. In the same way that most people think of Warrior in lime green (even though he didn't wear it that much). Orange one seems to be a stand out look with a quick google but it'd be great to get your thoughts. Thanks!!!   |

Its gotta be one of his Fruity Pebble shirts, but that depends on what color you like. Personally, I like his red/yellow one the best.

if you're only gonna have ONE Cena in your collection it should be that first Ultimate (RR '08 gear)
however if you want an iconic look i'd go with the red shirt or green shirt elites. those were pretty popular and a ton of Mattel's were made in those looks

Definitive is probably green in my opinion but my personal fave is the RISE ABOVE HATE era

I guess it depends on what you consider the definitive John Cena? I’d go with the throwback Top Picks or the Ultimate 10 personally, but those are from 04 and 06 respectively. I think if you want later career, it’s the Rise Above Hate attire. Personally, these are the Cena’s in my collection, which for me personally hit the eras I prefer to represent:  |

My favourite Cena is the green BAF Elite, I think it was the John Laurinitus set. That one was great.
One of the best Cenas ever made in my opinion was the Jakks Classic 3 Pack with Edge and Big Show from Wrestlemania 25.
There's been thousands of Cena's over the years at this point but those two are my favourite.

For a standard figure with no customisation, the Ultimate Edition 10 in my definitive John Cena. Other than that, out of the ones pictured above, i've always loved the 'Rise Above Hate' look with the Black shirt/Camo shorts. As for my personal definitive Cena, this fixup using a bunch of different Cena's to make his late 2006 - early 2007 look. The Green shorts, Black/White bands, White shoes, and this shirt is how i liked Cena best.  |
