Best of RA 2 Rey Mysterio looks to be 8/1/02 Smackdown, where he faced Tajiri
figure is based on the RA1 figure which is based on that show
Also worn at No Mercy 2003 but since RA1 came out before that, it should be based on the Smackdown attire

i don’t wanna go back through a bunch of pages…can someone give me a rundown of all the complaints about the reveals? Acolytes were bad. Eddie is ugly. Sherri was already done by Jakks. Bret still had a five-head. Macho has a 3rd head with his tongue sticking out that he probably didn’t do during that time. And mine is that I’m not a fan of the triangle cuts on Macho’s sleeves. Not in this thread but I mentioned the New Gen ring showing was pretty whack and not a real update like was said. |

Well, as a basic collector I’m very disappointed. Was hoping there was something, anything to keep me interested. Was hoping for some legends, RVD basics, Beefcake, Razor/Hall etc… I’d even accept low deco bland stuff at this point. Even a boring black jeans street clothes nwo hogan would bloody do, basic Jake Roberts? HoF style Ministry Taker, just…. anything. The lack off effort recently with basics has got me worried. I think I’m out but I don’t want to be, please Steve give me a lifeline 🙁 Your collecting the wrong line. Clearly over the years basics keep getting worse and worse and the others improve. I can understand from a budget stand point, but depth and cosmetically, basics is not the way. |

Have they said if there are going to be more figures revealed over the weekend, or is this it?
There are a few great ones here, but as someone who really only collects Golden Age and New Generation era figures, it's a tad disappointing.

One thing I must admit is that I initially thought $20 for the superstars was a little too much to ask but it does seem like they are making you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth. Warrior with the duster, DiBiase with soft goods suit, taker in full entrance attire, etc.

There is hardly any pics of the display with no new information given. |

It’s only been a few years since basics went down the pan. Whoever is in charge of them now has no clue. I fully realise I’m fighting a losing battle but I can’t afford twice the price for one fig. SDCC is my last chance, nothing there and I’m giving up 100% and will sell off most of my collection save for some special figs to me. |

I assume RSC will. I also wouldn't discount a WWE.COM gallery at some point over the next few days. Ringside has been posting everything on their Instagram. I would fully expect Saturday to have a big update on WWE.com like our normal monthly reveals. |

If you’re only focusing on elite, maybe, but they did show Hogan/Andre 2 pack, Superstars wave 3 with Taker, Mankind, and DiBiase, retros wave 2 and 3 of Hart, Bret, Anvil, Tugboat, Nikolai, plus elites of Sherri and Bret. |
