I don’t give a damn if you guys are commit retail fraud, but as someone that worked retail for years, your little plastic Dave toy wouldn’t be worth it if loss prevention catches you. Haha
Also odd how people are pretty much talking about breaking the law, although a stupid minor one, all casually without getting warnings or bans.

The employee I talked to said it shows 9/9, but she said that has to be a mistake because it’s on their planogram for the next dept reset which is 4/24. Although she also said it’s not unheard of for them to get hold street dated items months early and hold them in back until then. She mentioned some Lego sets they had in back for 3 months before they could sell them. But she did think the Sept date seemed to be a mistake. But she also said they had one Batista figure scheduled to come in on April 16.

All this fuss...macho aint coming till september. Thats probably why batista is incorrectly street dated in that slot.
That means for next 4 1/2 -5 months, its ONLY going to be Batista.

For all of you up in arms about those ringing up a 30 dollar Ultimate Edition Figure that rings up as “Ultimate Edition” figure and then taking a different “Ultimate Edition” figure, I would hate to watch the evening news with you. I can’t imagine the reaction and outrage over real issues.

Its been explained. You just choose to continue to troll these threads. Im not sure how to explain it any further but again its not about the money, its the object. Your paying for one item and taking something else. Regardless of the value your receipt doesnt match what is scanned or walking out the door with. Its one thing to have an employee override the purchase and call it something else. Your receipt would reflect that, but scanning something else and then taking something else is stealing that item. The bigger picture has nothing to do with inventory counts or the monetary value, its simply right and wrong and clearly by your behavior you cant seem to comprehend. Now go ahead and twist my words or come up with another childless response to feed your narrative like you continue to do, but that will be all from me until a mod steps in and finally ends this ridiculousness. it’s not stealing tho. Worked for a big box corp and mom n pop shop for years. I also helped a friends dad conduct "inventory" at a battery store. This type of inventory discrepancy was adjusted and never counted as loss (theft). The programs used flagged things such as this and recognized that an employee or self-check customer may have seen 2 similar boxes and scanned one twice instead of each individual sku. It happened all the time. 🤷♂️
