My buddy from the toy shop called me this morning and said that he's heard the big news at Comic Con will be the announcement of Ultimate Edition 2 packs. He said he has no idea who will be the first or if they will be store exclusives so I put togther a list that I think will be the first Ultimate Editon 2 packs.
1 The Mega Powers- Makes all the sense in the world. Not only could you do this iconic duo justice with Ultimate Edition but it will assure the Ultimate Edition 2 pack a very very sucessful launch.
2 Wrestlemania 18- Hollywood Hogan vs The Rock- Again, two of the biggest names in wrestling that would just set the market on fire from the gate.
3 RKO BRO- Perhaps the most over gimmick in today's product. Would be another huge succcess that didn't rely on the big name legends.
4 Stone Cold vs Vince McMahon- Just pick any time period when from perhaps the hottest feud in WWE history.
5 Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels Wrestlemania 25- Would be a great time to revist Michael's defining moment figure and get the Undertaker into the line.

A two pack of WM7 Savage & Warrior would be a good way to rerelease those attires and make them more accurate (correct Warrior logos and hair, extra tassels, add Savage’s shirt and gauntlets, add TrueFX and hands, etc)

I was thinking about this earlier today as I was eating dinner and in my opinion a WM 8 Hulk Hogan Elite could be one of the top sellers ever for Mattel. Think about it, Red and Yellow Hulk with the American Flag in the middle of his shirt with Hulk at the top and Hogan at the bottom. Accessories could include the eagle WWE title which belongs to Hulk and the USA flag that could fit in Hogan's hand. In my opinion that is the definite version of Hulk Hogan we need considering we already got WM 3 Hulk with DM. Of course I would not be against another mid 80's Hogan but I think we would all prefer the Mega Powers version but would understand the desire for another WM 3 Hogan considering many people don't want to pay over 100 dollars for DM Hulk Hogan. I am pinning all my hopes on more Hogan figures at WM axxess.

It would have to be a legendary tag team with a look that hasn't been released before to warrant an ultimate two pack. I don't like the idea of an ultimate two pack being a match. Rather a tag team that would look good displayed together and not likely to sell well on their own.
