I’ll be honest, I don’t feel like we should tell people what to buy. It’s their money at the end of the day, especially if it’s to make a kid’s day. Them buying the figures makes it better for us to an extent because it shows the product is moving. They could buy all the Bob Ortons, AJs and all the shelf warmers for all I care. You also have to factor in all the scalpers and people who need like 10 copies of the same figure too. I think that makes it harder for you to find your figures.

Sorry bro but this is not concerning at all, I hope this was just a way to get your posts up or a post out of pure boredom but if you are actually concerned with this I’d like to say rest easy cause I don’t think a random lady buying random toys cause she just so happened to be at target is going to hurt you much.

This has inspired me to start going to stores when they open and get all the most anticipated figures for my nieces and nephews. Out of the hands of collectors or scalpers and into the hands of children.

I was making my rounds around the local Targets today and as I came upon the WWE figures I saw a younger lady buying Mean Mark and Edge legend figures. I already have the set so I just said "Awesome, nice to see another legends fan". She replied that she didn't even know who they were, her little boy liked to play with WWE action figures so she was just buying whatever. At first I didn't think much about that but as I stood there for a minute it started to bother me. If parents like her are just buying "whatever" for the kids then why can't they buy basics or current stars instead of legend elites. It's going to be that much harder to find the newest Hogan, Macho or the upcoming collector's edition Bulldog if parents are just picking up random figures for their kids they are just going to play with not knowing the difference and putting even more of a hardship on collectors like all of us. I didn't want to be too rude but I did mention this to the lady in a round about way but she didn't seem to understand or care I guess. This got me thinking, should legend elites and Ultimates be in the neca area of stores to cut down on parents buying random stuff?? It might make collection alot easier. [ That’s the dumbest, weirdest sht I’ve ever heard. Guy, you need help. And if you think Mattel cares who and why people buy their product , you’re in the wrong game. |

Just the other day I saw a woman buying her child an ice cream at McDonald's. It was a bit concerning as she should know I like ice cream too. What if all these parents start buying their kids ice cream and there won't be enough left for me and other adults?

No, I totally see the original poster’s point. It’s more important for a sweaty 36 year old man whose sole priority in life is collecting acton figures to have $20 figures, so he can pose them and have other grown men click “like” on the pictures, or have them standing side by side on a shelf…
…instead of being enjoyed by a kid.

it bothered him that a random person that he dosnt know was buying her child toys thay grown men would probably like more so he wishes she'd buy the less sought after line smh. if I was the parent and someone came up to me suggesting I buy something else I'd tell them to fvuck off and mind their business.
