I was making my rounds around the local Targets today and as I came upon the WWE figures I saw a younger lady buying Mean Mark and Edge legend figures. I already have the set so I just said "Awesome, nice to see another legends fan". She replied that she didn't even know who they were, her little boy liked to play with WWE action figures so she was just buying whatever. At first I didn't think much about that but as I stood there for a minute it started to bother me. If parents like her are just buying "whatever" for the kids then why can't they buy basics or current stars instead of legend elites. It's going to be that much harder to find the newest Hogan, Macho or the upcoming collector's edition Bulldog if parents are just picking up random figures for their kids they are just going to play with not knowing the difference and putting even more of a hardship on collectors like all of us. I didn't want to be too rude but I did mention this to the lady in a round about way but she didn't seem to understand or care I guess. This got me thinking, should legend elites and Ultimates be in the neca area of stores to cut down on parents buying random stuff?? It might make collection alot easier. What I really wanna know is, have you got the funk ?. π

I'm not trying to be a jerk but my point is should the legend elites be with the neca figures since that area attracts mostly collectors. Like I said, it's hard enough to find some of these without parents messing things up just buying random stuff. I don't see how that makes much of a difference.

How is this not considered spam or trolling? This user post such BS. Or lock it up asap as the question or statement reads as spam/trolling. βConcerning situation at Targetβ SMH for some reason this dudes posts stay up a lot longer than they have any reason to inside job? i got banned for a week for βtrollingβ after questioning jack specificβs methods of locking threads. yet threads like this stay wide open. gotta love it.

I recently saw a Twitter post from someone complaining that they couldnβt find Star Wars toys for their kids because βall the adults were buying themβ
FIRST AND FOREMOST, I dunno where this guy is looking because in the UK you couldnβt avoid Star Wars toys if your life depended on it
Secondly, the same applies here. YOU SNOOZE YOU LOSE. He who gets to the aisle first gets the figs. If youβre an adult upset that little Timmy Johnsonβs got Harley Race in his fig fed, then oh boy, wait until you meet some real problems

How is a woman buying a legends figure for her kid a βconcerningβ situation, plus the past 2 waves of legends have been very easy to find anyways

The fact that someone took the time to write this idea makes me sad about the state of the world. Even more sad that I took the time to reply to it.

You should have showed her pictures of your Hogan Collection and then boned her.
