My Hogan was supposed to arrive today. After waiting a year, then getting my order canceled having to reorder the $35 updated version. I was finally able to order Hogan again... Now, I get a stupid notification saying my Hogan is delayed once again. Amazon can't get their sh*t together man. This is ridiculous. I ordered 2 Hogan's last year and they ended up getting canceled. I wasn't able to get another one because I didn't even notice it was canceled until recently. I gave up on getting one. |

The Target I stopped at this morning also had the Hogan on clearance, but only 15% off so they were still $28.04. Mr. T was still full price. The Batista was also 15% off so he was down to $25.49. They only had 1 Batista left so I decided to just snag it now. Was hoping to grab it for around $20 but didn't want to risk not having any left when they dropped that low. Box was beat up but I was going to add his one to the loose collection anyway.

I got my two Takeover Hogans yesterday.
For the record, I missed out last year. I placed my order this past August 14th.
I find that it’s a lot nicer in person. It’s very different than the excellent Ultimate 13, which adds to its appeal. I’m posing him with the black eye head, wearing the bandana and HULKSTER weightlifting belt, while pointing to the Winged Eagle title belt that he’s holding.
For those of you still waiting, I hope you don’t have much longer to wait. It’s a shame so many people had to deal with what should not have been such a hassle.

One of my Takeover Hulks shipped today! It's a miracle, praise the Amazon gods. It wasn't vaporware after all. I have another that I recently re-ordered a week ago to test because my other two were stuck in limbo with a moving ship date. That's set to come Thursday.

I was messing around with my UE11 Taker earlier, trying out poses etc. - this figure is a HUGE letdown now I've had a good look at it. The arms are way too big, the upper torso is disproportionate to the rest of the figure and the legs seem a bit stumpy. He's now up there with the UE7 Fiend as my least favourite UE I own.
(Sorry to be overly negative - I love the Ultimate line, so things like this are really disappointing.)

Got my amazon exclusive hogan today I thought these came in mailer boxes? But anyway the box still came in nice condition very happy to have it after missing out on it the first and second go round.

Got my amazon exclusive hogan today I thought these came in mailer boxes? From my experiences with them it was hit and miss when it came to them arriving in the shipper boxes. I've gotten around a dozen or so of them between the 6 figures and I'd say maybe half of them were shipped in the shipper boxes and half weren't. I've even gotten two in the same shipment where one was in one and one wasn't. So basically there is no guarantee they'll arrive in the shipper box. |
