I mean why would someone want a Amazon Hogan when Series 13 is far superior. Hogan collectors collect more than just one figure. Both figures are awesome but I like Amazon’s more personally. The two I ordered from 1+ year ago finally came, haha. |

This exactly...when I first got my series 13 Hogan I was all ready to send my 2nd Amazon one back once they arrived since I thought why do I need a 2nd one now that I opened the series 13 figure? Well after finally getting the Amazon one I really liked how it turned out so yesterday I decided to open my spare and add it to my Ultimate display. I got the series 13 displayed tearing the shirt and the Amazon one doing his cupping the ear pose while holding his shirt in his other hand since he actually held it after tearing it off during his entrance at WM9. |

I was messing around with my UE11 Taker earlier, trying out poses etc. - this figure is a HUGE letdown now I've had a good look at it. The arms are way too big, the upper torso is disproportionate to the rest of the figure and the legs seem a bit stumpy. He's now up there with the UE7 Fiend as my least favourite UE I own. (Sorry to be overly negative - I love the Ultimate line, so things like this are really disappointing.) What’s wrong with Fiend? The main problem I remember hearing about was his arms being a too long. He had stumpy feet and his body looked somewhat disproportional overall. The same thing happened with the DM Crow Sting, his feet were super stumpy and threw off the proportions off of the rest of the figure. I think the Ultimate Edition had the right sized arms. Taker was pretty big in the late 90's. A couple of other things bothered me though. I agree about the torso looking odd. Alongside that, I hated that all the scans looked like an older Undertaker with some modifications, they also used the tan complexion and MMA gloves. I think for me, the biggest the disappointments were the scans. My favorite of the three being the entrance head which unfortunately only looks good with the gear on. It leaves a lot to be desired. I would of went with the entrance head (with hair on the back), a scan with his hair parted to the side and a ministry scan with the half goatee. I'm hoping we could get another shot at this figure as an elite or something. We need two more 98-99 scans imo. Regardless of what I said, I still genuinely like this figure. The sculpted detail on his attire and entrance gear are beautiful. I like the fact that he's on ball joints too. I'm hoping when we get a UE 2001 Kane that Mattel takes some cues from Jakks and gives Kane raised/sculpted detail on his singlet/tights. |

I feel you I really want that attire for taker but man it looked strange in the box… minus the flesh tone elbow the Kane was a hit, where as the taker from the same set was definitely a miss |

i saw the UE 13 Hogan was on clearance for $28 at Target. Mr T was still $32. And the Target UE Batista was $15.  |

Something tells me Hogan got clearanced quickly to bring in Roman. Something also tells me Jeff Hardy won't hit retail and only online stores got him. Hogan was 20 at my local target, so I went ahead and got another, put legends DX pants on him with the red shirt 😂

I had $8 left on a gift card from a few Christmases ago, so I got the UE Hogan for like $20 and change yesterday.
I'm glad I didn't camp outside of Target for this one.

My 2 Amazon Hogan reorders all finally shipped. I received one last night (had misaligned paint of course), but another is expected to arrive Thursday. Finally some resolution to this ridiculous fiasco.

I don't really have many complaints about the Ultimate Taker's arms/torso. I think people are overlooking a bit how physically gigantic he was in the spring of 98. Definitely the biggest arms he ever had. I don't see much stumpiness in the legs either, but I can understand where people are coming from.  I do agree on the head scans, with the caveat that the entrance gear head is really good and pretty WM14 accurate so since I display him that way, I don't have an issue with it being entrance only. Frankly, I wish that was the kind of thing they did more often (just with better alternate head options than this Taker had)  |
