WWF wins November 4-3!
Now on to DECEMBER 1995!
WCW STARRCADE 95: World Cup of Wrestling
Announced card 1)Jushin Thunder Liger (with Sonny Onoo) vs Chris Benoit 2)Koji Kanemoto (with Sonny Onoo) vs Alex Wright 3)Lex Luger (with Jimmy Hart) vs Masahiro Chono (with Sonny Onoo) 4)Johnny B. Badd (with The Diamond Doll) vs Masa Saito (with Sonny Onoo) 5)Shinjiro Otani (with Sonny Onoo) vs Eddie Guerrero 6)Randy Savage vs Hiroyoshi Tenzan (with Sonny Onoo) 7)Sting vs Kensuke Sasaki (with Sonny Onoo) 8) Ric Flair vs Sting vs Lex Luger Triple threat match for a WCW World Heavyweight Championship match 9)Randy Savage(C) vs winner of Flair vs STing vs Luger for WCW Title
WWF IN YOUR HOUSE 5: SEASONS BEATINGS 1)Razor Ramon and Marty Jannetty vs The 1-2-3 Kid and Sycho Sid (with Ted DiBiase) 2)Ahmed Johnson vs Dean Douglas (who was replaced by Buddy Landel) 3)Hunter Hearst Helmsley vs Henry O. Godwinn Arkansas Hog Pen match with Hillbilly Jim as special guest referee 4)Owen Hart (with Jim Cornette) vs Diesel 5)The Undertaker (with Paul Bearer) vs King Mabel (with Sir Mo) in a casket match 6) Bret Hart (c) vs The British Bulldog (with Diana Smith and Jim Cornette) Singles match for the WWF Championship
Man this one is tough. The WCW vs NJPW wouldn't appeal to me much but it would have been interesting to see. i do like the 3 way match for a shot at the WCW title On WWF side, the hogpen match would have amused me so I would have liked to see that. The title match wouldn't have interested me. I like Bret and Davy Boy and they had a FANTASTIC match at 92 Summesrlam, but it's only been 1 month since Bret won the title, can't imagine they'd take it off him that quick
SO I will go WCW

That December In Your House was the only PPV I ever saw live. The Hog Pen match alone would have made me chose WWF over WCW but also I never liked a PPV match (let along almost a whole PPV here) that would have non roster members on it. I'd rather see guys who may not otherwise have a slot on PPV get a PPV match over guys who aren't regular employees and won't stick around after the show. It was a cool concept but not something that appealed to me.
If the dark matches on the IYH had been advertised that would have sealed the deal to get the PPV if I hadn't been attending live. Dark matches were pre show Bob Backlund/Savio Vega, post main event Goldust/Duke Droese and Yoko/Isaac Yankem/Body Donnas v. Smoking Gunns, Barry H and Hakushi.

I will pick the December WWF In Your House over WCW Starrcade
I was so big into WWF at the time cause of Diesel, HBK, Bret, Razor, Dean Douglas, 123 Kid, etc. that nothing could compete for me. So WWF gets my win for this one.

Difficult to choose, but I think I would go WCW for this one. Main things that would have been interesting to me on the WWF show would be Bret/Bulldog and Owen/Diesel, but those alone would be tempting to me (despite what my thoughts on the outcomes would be).

WCW
Name alone and the interaction with the Japan guys put it over the top for me

Bret Hart Vs bulldog is more than enough to win this for me. However Diesel Vs Owen and Jannetty and Razor teaming up were also very appealing to me.

WWF for me simply because the NJPW characters don't interest me at all.

Brother, weβre on the WCW card! I thought you were on Team Madness, brother!! π The New Japan guys didn't do much for me. And we lost the title at that PPV, so it kind of stings a bit. But I did love the Macho/Flair match and the Sting/Luger/Flair match as well.
