Howdy do. Below is a quick pic of a Kane shelf I have. I kinda tuned out of WWE from 2008 onwards-ish. As far as I know I have every attire (except a suit/pants). Can anyone tell me if I'm missing one? I'm pretty sure up to 2004 (barbed wire tights) is pretty accurate.

Awesome collection! You’re missing the Kane with the molded mask between the two last current versions. He had the stitching and red flame on one leg.

There's an attire between the last two, which is similar to the first, but more of a tank top. I think the only Elite of it is Series 47.5.
Also Isaac Yankem and Corporate Kane (suited BAF as an Elite or ring attire as a Basic).

Cheers folks! I've just been on the Google machine and i see the Elite 47.5 attire alright. In a rather unusual turn of events, there's one for sale near me (albeit, without the mask-in-a-box accessory, but I'll make do). So that should hopefully complete the collection.
I have a corporate/suit pants basic figure of Kane, but I missed the Build-A-Figure elite version. My plan was to just head-swap a tall suited person at some point, if I come across one. I am not really losing sleep over the suited/pants version of him, as I have the basic anyway, but I will keep my eyes peeled.

Man I wish I saw that Elite 4 Kane at retail. I would have picked it up in a heartbeat. I have a Basic in that attire but it's not as good as an Elite.

Yeah - the Elite 19 and 22 Kane's have molded masks, and the Elite 31 and 47b ones have the separate/removable masks. I suppose any of them would do if you just wanted one to represent that attire though... it just depends if you prefer to have the mask molded or removable.

Corporate Kane needs a redo, yet sadly it seems to be a gimmick that most people hate. I’m still a little annoyed that the full-suited Kane has a blue suit instead of the black suit he mostly war. Plus his basic has black dress pants. Their should be color continuity between the full suited one and the wrestling gear Corporate Kane.

So having a little nosey around, it seems Elite 19, 22 and 31 are the same outfit. 19 and 22 are moulded masks, and two of them (19 and 22) come with the extra "welders mask". However, 47.5 seems to be a different attire, in that it's a tanktop with exposed shoulders (whereas 19, 22 and 31 are more like sleeveless t-shirts in design).
47.5 Also comes with a separate, removable mask, which is alright to me, as I believe he had the mask on and off quite a bit during that period. So I think 47.5 finishes off my Kane outfits (except corporate Kane) quite nicely. I believe the Elite I have in the other outfits is Series 19, but I am happy enough to not feel the need to collect series 22 or 31 aswell. They all represent the same thing (to me, anyway).
The 47.5 Kane I'm picking up online doesn't come with the mask-in-a-box accessory, but for some reason I do seem to have an extra mask/hair lying around, so i can put that on him should i wish to.
So I feel content with just adding 47.5. As someone said above, I'd like to see a 2001 Ultimate (and also a 2003 ultimate) but it'd have to be something fairly special for me to bother with.

Elite 19 and 22 have different mask molds too. 19 had the return mask from ‘11 and then 22 a slightly more updated mask. Differences are yellow flame and raised detail on 19. I remember I stopped buying after elite 22. I didn’t like the singlet torso, or the fact that Mattel kept reusing the ‘03 Kane mask sculpt for a modern take. I’ll take an unmasked Kane too with the stitched pants and boots from the legends figure.

In fairness, that was a pretty short-lived look (those boots with those tights) so I can understand why Mattel haven't done it. It would be a nice change to be used as an excuse to release him in those barbed wire tights again, though, as a "new attire" to give people a fresher chance to get that figure/attire. It's a while since it was done, and it seems generally popular.

This timeline look is how I've been wanting to display my whole collection.
OP, how do you display tag teams?

At the moment, I don't. Almost everything I have is in storage unfortunately.
I am a big Kane fan, which is why he has his own display. Last time I had a proper, full-on display, I separated it into "eras" (Federation Years, Attitude Era, Ruthless Aggression) and put wrestlers in their allocated spots, with tag teams getting their own 'areas' within the display.

Makes sense, this is how I do it now as well. Thanks for sharing!

Oddly enough, I thought he wore that boot combo for a while. I know Jakks still gave him the '02 boots till the end of the line. Were the boots he wore after laceless?
