Got my Violent Ken today. I reorganized some things & now I have a new place to put these that looks nicer then where I had them. The Violent Ken is cool, but it does look a little too much like the original. I wish the red was a bit darker or something, it just looks to similar. I had the screaming head on him, but I thought it looked weird with him being the only one screaming. I wanted a different head then the original, but I don't like the look of the smiling faces on these as they're fighters, so I wound up using the same angry face for both for now. I may change it, I'm not sure yet. Hopefully they announce some more figures soon, I'm all caught up at the moment.  |

I agree about Violent Ken being red, but I blame Capcom for choosing red for him in the first place haha As for the heads, Ken is one of the few fighters who's smiling in his portrait/fighter selection pic, so I think the smiling head works for regular and Violent in a display. |

I got the P2 Red Chun-Li today at Target. So now I'm officially all caught up except for the Paul Grey Ryu (I said I was caught up before but forgot about the Red Chun-Li).
I was wondering if I missed the boat so I was glad I found her.

B.B.T.S. now has the Player 2 Ken up for pre order on their site. However, it is $3 more than Entertainment Earth.

I missed the first time, so I'm preordering White Ken from someone, even though I stand by my feeling that a head/part swap from P1 Ryu and P1 Ken will work for him well enough.
Having said that, it got me thinking: Ryu hasn't ever worn red, has he? It's funny to me Ken has worn white but they never had Ryu wear red in any SF game.

I've never seen either of these, but I've generally stuck to the mainline SF games. I'm going to google each. Red gi with black or white headband is what I imagined. Whichever you choose to do, I wish you luck. I'd personally commission to have the Koryu hack version made for myself if I knew someone that could pull off that reverse shading effect he has going on. Kind of reminds me of some of the artwork from the Hellsing manga.  |

Got an email from Jada saying Guile is going up for preorder at noon today. Hopefully paul mart makes these available for preorder soon as I still need to order Deejay & Cammy.

I preordered Bison from Big Bad. He's not one of my favorite characters, but this fig looks great, and I'm still planning to get every release in the line if I can.

I’m excited for the Big Bad exclusive Bison, the color scheme reminds me of the SFII:V anime series from the 90s. It’s not exact, but it’s a nice looking figure.
I’m all caught up otherwise, I have the variant Ken preordered from EE and the Bison, Guile, Dee Jay, and Cammy preordered from Big Bad. Looking forward to them!
