Basically any elite figure I've wanted from the past 10 series or so. I haven't seen a single elite figure at retail from any series past 93, which Target got tons of around here, except I did find a few cases of Elite 95 at Walmart so I managed to snag both versions of Eddie. Got the Elite 96 Hogan from Ringside but never found Bret and Bulldog from 94 which are the 2 biggest ones I'm still hunting for.
It's gotten to the point where I won't leave an elite if I find one I'm thinking about getting. I'd rather buy and return then think about it cause chances are I'll never see it again.

Not so much a regret at retail as the amount of now heavily sought after figures I've ruined while making customs

Not to many, I have been pretty good. Some of the Elite's between the 40's-60's. Like the second Big Evil Taker is good example.

I really regret skipping the Marty Collector Legends because the shipping was too high. Especially King Kong Bundy.

Most that I've passed on I've been able to get eventually. The only one I was never able to get later was Kerry Von Erich.

Since I restarted collecting back in June 2020, my only "regret" is having my 2x SDCC Slaughters in my cart, making it through the captcha unscathed, entering my payment info, just to have it fall through in the end. But have been able to score every other major release other than that (you name, I likely have it or passed it up as it's not a wheelhouse fig for me).
No real regret though as they're just figures and wasn't meant to be for me. Oh well and in the long run, nowhere near a 1st world problem.

I had both Wrestlemania 30 Bret and Shawn at K-Mart. Those were the first WWE figures I admired since JAKKS. When I decided to collect again they were sold out by the time I went back to the store. I regretted it until I was able to add them to my collection.
