I guess I assumed Series 3 would have another chance at retail, but that doesn’t look to be the case. I wanted Nash and Benjamin, but there’s very few on the secondary market and going for $60. Now it seems Series 4 is nowhere to be found?

I'd also like to point out the severe lack of secondary market sales for Kevin Nash and Shelton Benjamin. With so little available online, even at scalper prices, one has to wonder where the entire stock went, the same stock that Walmart cancelled all the preorders for. This wave probably got shipped here to Canada. It's the only one that was available online and actually shipped instead of being canceled |

Well, the news today will surely stop everyone from worrying, because Endcap-pers are great. They're all put out at one time so the re-sellers can get them all at once and the store never gets anymore. I don't know why we were all so upset and concerned!

Yep guess I'll either camp out at the store hoping to be the first one there when they decide to put it out..... or hopelessly drive from Walmart to Walmart to Walmart..... hoping to be the first one there when they decide to put it out. *sigh* I'm glad Steve/Mattel are trying to force these into Walmart stores through shippers.... and I give them credit for effort. But it's kind of like throwing a few bread-crumbs at a group of starving people & then walking away, and saying "well we fixed the problem." As collectors, We want to see these things STOCKED regularly. Showing off these great Mattel Walmart exclusive WWE figures, then not having them available in any store OR online, has gotten very tiring. Target seems to have figured it out, someone there is paying attention. Walmart is extremely frustrating. |
