this Hogan would totally sell as a retail release though It won’t be shocking when this Hogan and Warrior eventually see daylight as Elite releases. |

Sorry for not keeping up with the hourly changes but they were so miniscule it barely matters. No sense on continuing to drop the big leg on a dead horse.

Hogan isn’t getting added..is he?  Moving merch no more 😞😞😞 Considering that same hulk hogan can be purchased right now... why why oh why would ANYONE be excited about it? That new headscan looks like hot garbage... Yes lets reuse the exact hulk hogan to get people excited. Despite the fact that same hulk hogan was on SALE on amazon for 24.99 cause NO BODY WANTED IT!!! Well unless everybody gets a ton of free money suddenly I don’t think this gets funded without Hogan. It really is a pity, it’s so cool. I’m not sure why everyone who isn’t overseas (getting screwed royally) is so angry. The figures are fine. I do think a better Hollywood Hogan with more deco would’ve done a lot better, but the price is still super high. Hell, this would’ve been a great place to plug in Dark Side Hogan with no mustache (and a Hollywood head just for the fun of it. Weird cloak, weird mask, sword, 3 heads: one with the weird crap on his face, one with the taskmaster logo on his forehead, and probably just the screaming Hollywood head again with the lightning bolts on the bandana.
Shoulda, coulda, woulda. At the end of the day Hogan was just a bonus figure…and yes, basically a straight re-release with a new head and a couple of accessories. He was never intended to sell the set, he was just a bonus throw-in if they got it backed by today. I can’t blame the figures. The truth is that they overestimated the demand for a Nitro stage, pure and simple (aside from all of the overseas people…. And I’m in the US, but I guarantee that this would be a LOT closer if they weren’t gouging people overseas. I mean, it’s been laid out in black and white, if I remember correctly it should only be 480, but its 625. If it were me I’d say Hell No too).

I mean, anyone who wanted the stage would surely back it early to get an extra figure (Hogan). Heck, even if you didn't want the figure, you could easily sell/trade it... Like I said whoever picked these figures to come with the crowdfund stage needs to be reprimanded. These are the worst most generic figures I have ever seen. It's like they selected the worst figures with the worst outfits on purpose. Yup. And this isn’t even in hindsight - I (and a lot of other people) said at the time the figures were announced, they were four of the most uninteresting and unexciting figures they could have included. Steiner is/was the only sure-fire pass. |

Not only is it the end of Wrestlemania week, it’s also Easter weekend. I see more people having money in the next two weeks. The fact that it says 28 days left isn’t doing anyone any favors either as it makes people believe there’s still plenty of time to get affairs in order. It’s like if we don’t get the Hogan, so what? As long as the other tiers are hit by the deadline, it’s fine. There wasn’t much incentive to get the Hogan like there was for the Macho where ONLY the people who backed early it got it and no one else and it wasn’t in the official pictures like the Hogan is but kept separately. They didn’t make the Hogan that important. |
