This could actually unexpectedly impact the forthcoming "Monday Night Wars" line....
I would imagine being a year out that Mattel is currently determining production numbers for this "Walmart Exclusive" (what a joke).
Apparently, there aren't even 5000 hardcore WCW fans left who are willing to back this epic WCW product.... yeah it's a big ask, but the failure of the WCW Nitro Crowd-fund indicates that WCW products might not be as "in demand" as Mattel thought.
So if Mattel is currently laying out production numbers for a figure-line at least 50% based on WCW products....for a retail outlet that doesn't really like to stock wrestling toys to begin with.... I'd imagine them producing MNW figures in fewer numbers.
And essentially we're all screwed when it comes time to find the Monday Night Wars figures.

I think itβs subject to credit. I got 13%. Paying $33 in interest. Oddly, it showed 13% last night. Tonight showed 25%. π€·ββοΈ It was 13% last night and I was able to add two to a cart with 12 month payment. Cleared the cart when I went back to it this afternoon. Then early evening went and decided to back two more. Did one outright and was only able to complete options for 6month option at 25% or pay in four, or full payment but 12month was a βcanβt verify your identityβ error several times |

I've seen Steve address it though where they had positive conversation with them and hopefully have fixed things with Walmart exclusives. One of those where it's too little too late sometimes and I'll believe it when I see it. Hopefully they weren't just giving him some lip service, smiles, and nods, just to end the conversation on a positive note and will actually follow through. |

Now at 25%, iiiiii dunno. Paying an extra $100 + shipping just to make payments. Iβm not sure itβs worth it. |

It hasn't really moved in two days, and is still millions of dollars away from funding. It doesn't look likely, but it would be SO cool if I'm wrong and it happens
1600x400 = 640,000 yet this guy says βmillionsβ. Steiner math at its best over here.
Turns out even though I do have Steiner math, lol -- my overall logic was right. Too bad, this would have been so cool.

Vince βbackβ calling shots, followed by minimal promotion of the project by WWE for the WCW Nitro stage. Seems they won the MNWs all over again, and the coming line will be readily available for the Raw figuresβ¦ any WCW figures you find will be squashed or riding the benches in warehouses till creative has something for them.

So, everyone needs to wake up and tag in, order a couple 2 or 3 more, maybe another every 3 minutes just for yourself to help out. Don't forget the nieces and nephews. They'll need something to play with at next years bbq. Keep one just at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Keep 1 in the box just for parts. Helps with weight in the vehicle for those that slide around and can't afford those new tires. Go get em!
