Mattel has been kicking it lately and I do always appreciate attempts to try new things and innovate but it's almost like the mankind and Vader head sculpts. The removable mask idea sounds good but ultimately the sculpt is better with the item sculpted.on than the removable feature. And usually the material breaks down.... same with these singlets.
Mr Perfect has been one of those figs that has been requested to have his own thicker torso mold all the way since the inital legends fig. Hopefully they can pull that off soon

Yeah i mean it's unbelievable how it got okayed to show, insanely bad, no one buy it and let it clog the shelves in protest.

I’m assuming they’ve done the blac detail at the back too rather than the blue?
This should have been a bigger torso, moulded singlet in illuminated’ highlighter’ yellow, smaller knee pads.
There’s not many things this board is in complete agreement with but what Mr Perfect should be, is one of those rare occasions. We’ve all been asking for the same thing for so long and they’ve butchered everything here 😩

Dumb question but is that the same belly shirt as the Taker or does it hook under his pelvis? If it's the latter then the knee pads are more of an issue to me.

As mush as I agree with everything in this tread, I am torn on whether to buy.
I’ve wanted this Mr. Perfect look in like forever. I have the original legends figure (blue) and it’s great we are finally getting an updated Mr. perfect in the heavily requested yellow. However, something about this figure just looks a little “off” to me.

It would make sense for them to do this with nWo Hennig as he always wore the straps down. Or maybe with SS91 since his singlet ripped off halfway that night.

That singlet was terrible on the exclusive undertaker why they would use it again is beyond me, ruins what could have been a great figure. this! I would be getting this perfect if I wasn’t for that drop down singlet. Just nope. |

That does look pretty brutal. Outside of the superior head sculpt, I'll just stick with the Legends figure release. It has the same oversized kneepads and also lacks a proper tan skin tone, but that separate molded singlet top is beyond ugly.
On the other hand, the figure they revealed for the Superstars lineup looks a million times better.

Lots of faults to pick up on. The singlet should sit near the bottom of his chest, should be thinner and the tan should be almost similar to Hulk Hogan. They should just have had a molded singlet.

Everyone said this was a terrible idea when they used it on Taker. Nothing has changed. It looks like he's wearing a tank top over bike shorts. Perfect is one of my favorite guys all time. I wish they could get it together and put out a "perfect" one of him. I'd say the orange singlet is the closest so far for me, but plenty of room for improvement with him. I like the head on this one, though.

The soft goods Jazwares used for the ufc line would be perfect for curt and Kurt. It’s soft and tight so not bulky like ttl singlets.
