I got that email but mine still says delivery for Nov 16th. I think because I used PayPal and a credit card it won't take funds til its ready to ship it the refund email

Yep, cancelled and they still took my money.  Walmart. Oh well, I got a bunch of other awesome preorders in. I probably would have ended up paying resale for these 2 anyway. |

Not that I believe it, but tried chatting with their support and they said "the items are not cancelled, they are working on the prices because they are preorders". Don't hold your breath on that one I guess.

Since EVERYONE got this $0 price drop I think it will get fixed, if you look they are sold out which means these orders went through, not sure if it actually happens but I think Walmart will fix it…….I sound weird saying Walmart and will fix it at the same time, eh all I know is the orders are still there so we got a chance

I think they’ll be canceled. I don’t see how they can “price match” to $0.00 and then adjust it again to charge you more. Yes, most of us understand it’s a glitch of some sort and would be fine with being charged the correct amount but there’s gonna be a group of people who will throw a fit and complain and demand they get it for $0. Canceling everything seems like the only solution.

I got the price update emails, but it was to the price it was already purchased for and not $0.00.

So did anyone get an email actually saying it was canceled or just a price adjustment email? I didn’t even preorder anything yesterday or today, but I did get an email saying my Two Superstars Piper figures I preordered back on March 18 saying the order price went up from $41 and change to now $45.45. So they raised the price now and then go back and change the price that they offered it for when preordered months ago. Stay classy WalMart. “Your order has changed by $45.45 since it was placed. You haven’t been charged yet, so we’ll correct the amount you’re charged based on this update.” |
