I ordered the Captain America and that went smooth. No weird emails or price adjustments. This only happened with RVD, Brock and Eddie. Rey is still normal.

Nvm looks like still zeroed out in my purchase history also my RA rock got zeroed out no email but showing 0 in history

This nonsense is exactly why I don't even bother preordering anything anymore. The saddest part is there's literally no downside to preordering on Walmart as they don't charge you and it's still not worth it. It's not worth your time to do something that doesn't cost you a dime. That kinda says all you need to know about the state of Walmart exclusives right now. |

Ordered, got 2 emails saying the priced changed to $0.00, great... Pretty sure that’s the new canceled. I got that for Brock, RVD, Eddie and Edge. |

both my RVD and my Lesnar got “price matched” down to $0
so did my RA Edge from my pre-order I still have with the UE Rey
weird

I messaged customer service here’s most of the conversation
WM: Yes the order did go through and was not cancelled.
The estimated delivery would be on Wednesday,
November 15, 2023 (4:00pm CST)
ME: l also was curious about the "price adjustment"
WM: Yes you are right, I can see here that it was adjusted
WM: Did you apply a discount in this order?
ME: No I placed the pre order and then a couple minutes later
received an email about the price change
WM: It says item discount but for now I've looked into
your account and there is a piece of your payment
information that is still being reviewed. Our finance
team may contact you if further verification is
needed.
WM: No worries once done, you should receive a shipping
confirmation email with the expected delivery date
once the verification process has been completed.
ME: I had items preordered from over a year or two ago That I
have must have forgotten about
WM: Yes, you might be right. We can assume that
might be the reason but to make sure we
let you know since our finance will further check
into it and we will let you know once completed.
ME: Do you know how long it could take?
WM: Usually it could take up to 48 hours but base
on the estimated delivery date they might verify it
once the order is near the estimated delivery date
for us to send the shipping details.
I still have an active pre order for RA series 1 Batista and Brock Lesnar that I never canceled. 🤦🏻♂️

My Brock order did the same thing where the price adjusted to $0 but not cancelled yet. Won’t hold my breath.

I spaced on this and missed out on RVD. Did get Brock. Haven’t had best of luck with Walmart but did have a Marvel preorder from earlier this year filled recently. Hoping my Rey and Eddie will be coming soon.

Odd, I asked Steve about Walmart constantly screwing us like this and got several likes, was completely appropriate, and it got deleted, the quotes with it were deleted, and I got a sweet little message from a mod about it… this. |

Sorry if this has been asked/answered in the last past but are all these collector con items going to be in stores as well? Ordering from Walmart is pretty much useless.
Although it seems to be a Mattel problem because I’ve ordered some other companies products and haven’t had any cancellations
