I'd reset the Q and A thread with some rules:
Don't ask if (insert modern talent who's on tv every week) will be getting made soon.
Don't ask if (obscure talent who's never on tv) will be getting made soon.
Don't ask about Legends being signed, as the demand is well known that people want a massive roster of all eras. Your request of the Killer Bees and different bandanna Hogan are noted.

1. I would delete my account here.
2. I’d work with Ringside to make the next Retro 4 pack all managers. Heenan, Sherri, Brother Love, Fuji.
3. I’d capitalize on all these companies making Hasbro sized figures and I’d make the next crowdfund a Retro sized version of everything offered in the Ultimate New Gen Set, including entrance, ring and figures.
4. I’d get fired because 2 and 3 probably aren’t good business decisions.

I doubt anyone on this board (myself included) is qualified to do Steve's job, even for a day....
He's the Global Brand Marketing Manager at Mattel..... While some people are assuming he sits in a room filled with prototypes of wrestling toys, scouring old wrestling magazines all day & selecting which legends they're going to release next MONTH, after meeting with Vince McMahon, Stone Cold Steve Austin, and the Undertaker..... I'm quite sure it's not that way....
I'll bet right now they're going over sales data from the last quarter.... advertising strategies.... understanding the rising costs of shipping & plastic & fabric that goes into making these toys.... debating the sustainable packaging issue... probably developing marketing plans for 2024 and beyond.....
It takes a YEAR to produce the actual figures.... so the lines are likely set about a year in advance. They're trying to figure out a good mix of Current Men, Current Women, Legends, the occasional Manager or Celebrity figure, and then throw in a Chase..... and make sure not to repeat the same figure in lines too close to each other - or you might end up with 3 versions of Randy Orton warming the shelves ..... Hmmm? Who are the current champions? And, will they still have those belts in a year when the figure actually comes out? What's that, Seth Rollins has NEW ATTIRE again??? And OH by the way, WWE just released a dozen wrestlers who were all in your upcoming lineups for the upcoming year..... what do you do now?
It's a big job and probably a big headache, too.... God Bless Steve that he's able to find some time to answer our (often obnoxious) questions here at WFIGS.......
It's awesome that he found a job in his field (marketing) that also is something that he clearly loves (wrestling) - we can all only hope to someday be able to do that.
