Mattel is a multi-million dollar company. Steve, and you, will do whatever his and your boss tells you to do. As your boss has a boss, that boss has a boss, that boss had a boss, and that boss has a boss. You have zero power. Steve, and you, are Mattel peons. Your only option would be to find the head of planning/marketing/budget and ask them if there is any room for one new name. If they say yes, you'll go make a powerpoint presentation for said low-ranking boss and tell them why this Legend will help make his boss's boss's boss's boss some profit.
Oh I understand that profits need to be made, maybe fire a few nxt people and give that money to Sting, Flair and The Road Warriors estate. I'm just sayiing sometimes the direct approach is the way to go sometimes, when I told my manager at jcpenny that some of the other workers were taking longer breaks than normal then a meeting was held about the break policy which led to people not abusing their break time. I no longer want Steve's job, I want to be your supervisor so I can shut down this narcing nonsense. You absolute Randall Weems. |

I would stop posting the Q&A threads, but then I would create a new account here to act like an extremely dubious inside source with a condescending, trust-me-bro-I-know-people attitude.

I would stop posting the Q&A’s here. He’s under no obligation to tell us anything. And I am sure both Steve and Bill are tired of all the complaining and conspiracy theories people throw their way. People need to realize we are not Mattel’s customers the retailers are. So I would be making sure they are happy. The fact he has stayed after the dumpster fire that was the Nitro Crowdfund thread, shows Steve has super powered patience with this place somehow. Tbf he hasn't been as active and engaging as he was before the crowdfund failed, and with good reason. Seems like the popular sentiment here is that Steve puts up with a lot of craphere in the board and gets asked thousand stupid questions on the Q&A (that we all know are hella stupid), and we wouldn't be giving customers an open line to us if we were in his position LOL |

I remember back in the early 80’s my younger sister was always tattling so one day my uncle called her a narc. And when he told her what it was she started crying and went and told my Grandmother.
