Henry with the flag shirt like the jakks. I can't believe zombies makin henry with the yellow shirt too. Id totally buy an upgraded godwinns from mitch with better paint and different colors with the shine. Theyre fine blended in but on their own they have pretty rough elements

why do you care, you’re not a buyer, just a critic. because if the quality is there, I might buy. I have no interest in funding products which don't meet the expectations set by concept artwork, hence wanting to see whether the production values have been increased and the quality of the output has got better
I'm happily buying figures that are worth investing in, and considering G+G have "premium pricing" compared to other companies like Epic and FC, if the quality of the end product isn't there, it's not worth paying for.
hence wanting to actually see some of these figures out of the packaging, warts and all - if they're better than the previous line (and that's a low bar to reach) then I'd be interested in buying figures like Waylon Mercy, assuming the quality levels keep going up from here
bla bla bla bla bla… you ain’t buying anything, you’re just on here to criticise others.

Yeah, me too, and the Godwinns were in the same vein as Duke IMO. Actually I'd say Duke was a bit better IMO. I wish he would maybe take another crack at some of those earlier ones. Maybe at least a heel singles Henry? I know Zombie has one coming, but I think it looks nothing like a Hasbro, so it's a hard pass for me. Was thinking about this recently as well. Would like to see a different Godfather, Henry Godwinn, and even a Mabel. I'd like a Kama in his red gear from 95.

Can anyone talk about how the Quebecers *Feel* compared to Hasbros? Are the feel in your hand and weight comparable to the Nasty Boys, etc.
I'm now thinking of getting these -- your thoughts would be really helpful

Yeah kama would be great. He wrestled early on without actually having KAMA on his singlet. And wearing the white shirt under it, so it'd be a low deco fig all things considered

They are a different type of plastic than Hasbros so they are lighter in weight.

Hasbro used a harder yet more brittle plastic. Not too long ago I dropped my Warlord on the ground and he broke a finger. I don’t think there is any chance of that happening with Marc Mero for example (similar finger design) even if I dropped him from three times as high. The plastic is more bendy/soft/higher tensile strength. They don’t feel completely hollow but they do feel less substantial than a Hasbro…but not by much. It could be in my head like a pound of quarters vs. a pound of feathers. I will weigh them for you soon (along with the Nasty Boys) just for added reference.

My pleasure mrh ! So with any LCD screen it can be a little deceiving as you look through the lens you see a normal display but the flicker rate is greater than the shutter speed of the camera so the weights are a little hard to read. Here is the breakdown: Jerry: 2.5 oz Brian: 2.5 oz Jacque: 2.6 oz Pierre: 2.8 oz

I think Mero looks good as well, especially in the yellow.

Finally got home from vacation and got to see my new figs from G&G. The mero reminds me of the bca and that's not a bad thing, I've always liked that figure. Pierre and Jacques look way better in person and blend in with hasbros perfectly IMO. Mitch has fixed the seam issue on these ones. It almost feels weird to say but I look forward to G&G figures more than zombies now because of how close these are to actual hasbros

Man -- the figures look GREAT. It is so weird they weigh more, but feel lighter.

Lovin these, Mitch has taken a step up and Zombie a step down with his ECW statues. Just hope this isn't a one off on quality, and Roughous, Macho, Bulldog and others reach the same bar.

Got my order, really pleased! Can't wait for what the future holds for this line, and hope this same level of quality is the new standard.
