I'm going with a solid D. Other than the Summerslam set and The Outsiders Ultimates (which are perfect), this event capped off a pretty disappointing year.
No Red And Yellow Hulk Hogan With Elite 96 Head Scan and WWE Winged Title Around His Waist MOC
No Steiner Brothers Or Even An Ultimate Big Poppa Pump
No Macho Man
No Wrestlemania 8 Hulk Hogan
Hopefully next year the line can start an upward trend again.

I'm sorry to say but with no new FTITL Legends this gets a D from me too.
Current roster talent doesn't excite me at all and the legends they showed are more of the same talent we've gotten. I don't need an 11th Undertaker or a 6th Kane. Give me Tajiri, Raven, Disciple, Ahmed Johnson, Test, Headbangers, Godwinns, Snitsky, Kuurgan, Hardcore Holly, Spike Dudley, Grand Master Sexay and people we actually need!

The lack of Steiners and the other two figures in UE21 was a bit disappointing... but other than that, what they showed was great. Main highlights for me were the UE Outsiders (MAJOR want!), UE Cody, SummerSlam Luger, SummerSlam Kane. Seeing MOC pics of the DX Retros and Foley 3-pack was good too. And the UE Asuka update (wow).
All in all, a B from me (...I honestly think people expect waaay too much from these things 🤷♂️).

Objectively, a B. They actually showed more than I was expecting. Really good modern showing. Could have used some balance with maybe another Legend or etc. (I know it’s an RSC-event, so that really cuts down on the options there). Also, doing all the reveals on Day 1 left the second day Q&A feeling deflated.

No grey renders either, and no name reveals. You can see how they were upset about the wcw stage too. Like you had your chance so stop asking 😆. Sadly with how easy it is to swap torsos ddp in jeans could have been achieved very easily but we don't have his UE torso  and Steiner was on the table and that rey Mysterio could have made that upcoming Eddie mesh well |

I'm starting to really believe these guys are running on empty. When SDCC was lacking, Ringside Fest always made up for it and vice versa.
2023 for Mattel is probably the worst year for reveals imo

D. For me, I put it in perspective. After this showing I now know to expect that they are only going to reveal what they will eventually sell on Ringside Collectibles at Ringside Fest. Which means to not expect any Legends, Monday Night Wars announcements. Even though they did it up to two years ago.
Also the bad wording on the Q&A advertisement was misleading. "Even more reveals" was what they advertised. It would have saved me and others disappointment and I wouldn't have wasted my time watching the Q&A.
I understand people frustrated for them not addressing The Steiner Brothers situation.
We didn't want to know if Barry Horowitz or Haku is going to be in the line. Just two names to address - Savage and Steiner's. It's a Q&A. Most questions on here have been about Steiner Brothers contract and it should have been addressed.
This was little more than their bi-monthly Elite Squad videos.
November and December reveals are usually good though. So im expecting some good surprises there.

There weren’t going to be any Legends shown because Ringside doesn’t carry the line.

The Cody Ultimate and elite alone makes this a successful reveal for me,then you throw in all those other great figures like Logan, Pretty Deadly (YES BOY!!!),Dom, Rhea, etc,etc. So its at the very least a B for me,I do wish we got the next lineup of Defining Moments(looking at you Rumble Cody😜) or at least a Lyra or Tiff Tiff

I got my most wanted figure revealed - that being WM 39 Ultimate Cody. Not to mention we’re getting another Elite Cody in Top Picks with the smiling head, the Ultimate Outsiders and a badass SummerSlam wave.
At the end of the day, I know Ringside Fest is a lower tier reveal event, but they knocked it out of the park (for me personally), this year.

I'll give it a C as a whole since I'd have to average it out between both days. Day 1 was pretty high quality, all the reveals were cool stuff I'm excited for which would have made it an A if it were stand alone. Day 2 was the wettest fart in church possible, "more reveals" which were not actual reveals and instead was just in hand versions of things we've already seen, sprinkled throughout a dry Q&A where no new information was learned, so standalone it was an F.

Seeing the only thing I personally wanted to see was the Steiner Brothers it was a major letdown. There were a few things I’ll get like the Outsiders, both Cody’s and the Seth, but other than that nothing else really peeked my interest.
