They won't get many mentioned because they are not popular characters or legends, but 136 Xia Li and 101 Sara Logan are two really well done Basics. Hell, the use of metallic paint puts the Xia figure over a lot of Elites that should have, but didn't get, metallic paint. I mentioned Xia Li in my massive list but Sara Logan I did forget. I'm so glad we got that, so we could actually have the full Riot Squad. Also, the fur hood Alicia Fox. I did a bit of dry brushing on the hood and it looks EPIC.

Oh, Xia's absolutely a contender for the best female basic figure they've ever done. I'm shocked they managed to make her gear with that level of detail in the format.

The WM8 attire is an Elite. The WM5 attire is the basic.

I used to love the older basic woman figures. They had Elite articulations but sold for the price of basics.

I don't do Basics at all, but I just hopped in to say this is a cool thread. Way to throw some love to an oft-overlooked line!

Okay I tried to pick just 5 and I cannot..... here are my "Top Basics" based on what I found in my collection rather quickly... This Basic is among the "Cream of the Crop".... Best version of these two in "corporate" form, I must say.... I'll tell you this - it's the ONLY version of Stephanie that I'll ever buy. My Favorite Giant.... Only version of Tommy Dreamer that we ever got, I think.... LOVE this! This Zeb Coulter may be the best Basic they EVER made! Such a great head-scan and detail! I know I'm in the minority but this is still my favorite Mr. Perfect figure.... Really wish we'd gotten more classic Sting figs...... Love this stuff Classic Flair! Alright as a bonus, honorable mention, this is heavily modified, swapped the head, added a belt and a Ralph Robe..... but it's still a Basic.... shame it's the only Purple-tights Naitch they gave us!
