The announcement of the three pack of Hogan, Piper Ultimate, Scott and Rick Steiner single figures. Mr. Perfect in the legends line, the best of legends line. The announcemnet of the Targer Ultimate Warrior, after that you're pretty much grasping at straws.

I'm so tempted to say something negative because more and more figures are not coming to Canada so it's tough to be positive about things you can't even buy.
But for the sake of conversation, I'd say the BAF options this year have been pretty great. Never thought I'd see suited Rick Rude for example.

At the risk of being attacked, I think the Walmart Superstars line became not so terrible to find this year..... I eventually found all the ones I was looking for (even got two Blue Hogans through my online order).
No, the distribution wasn't good at all..... but I have all the ones I was looking for and paid zero scalper prices to get them.

Few good things this year imo:
I was very happy to get some more WCW/NWA belts like the TV title and proper Cruiserweight belt.
The Headshrinkers were very cool along with Paul E.
Of course all 3 Steiners are must haves.
Happy that the basics evolved forward, however if they had the Gen1 arms and boots it would be near perfect
Finally modern Cody to complete his Elite evolution.

The Coliseum Collection figures have been fantastic, cannot wait for the Hart Foundation set
The Greatest Hits Legends line could be great
Super stoked to get my hands on the 3 Faces of Foley pack as well as the ultimate Mankind they showed at SDCC

Re-releasing Harley Race definitely belongs here.
For me personally, it’s been the growth of the Ultimate Edition line. Those are just hands-down the best wrestling figures ever made, IMO, so the more the merrier.

Finally getting Gobbledy Gooker. Not only did we get a figure that a lot of people had been demanding for a long time. But he looked awesome, came with the Giant Egg, came with an extra head and came with an awesome looking Undertaker figure. Oh yeah and great packaging. Really not much more we could have asked for when it came to that figure.

Greatest Hits Legends was pretty big for me. I love the variety of GH figs overall (some are recent, some aren't), so that happening with Legends is great, even if I have most of what I want already. But throwing in a lavender title with Warrior, for instance, adds to the excitement and hope for the line.

There have been way more hits than misses, that's for darn sure. In another thread, I named 3 things that irked me to high hell. These are the three, from this year, that I can think of, that I'm hella grateful for:
1. UE19 Kurt Angle (put them damn Jakks singlets to good use)
2. Wrekkin' Monster Truck (Walmart Austin & the Target blue that I can turn into Bigfoot with proper decals)
3. So many figs that just seriously knocked it out of the park & being able to custom things easily to make things perfect
It's honestly better to stay positive & be grateful for what we have. We never had anything like this years ago. Mattel doesn't get enough credit for what they do.

an elite scott steiner from the RA era. NEVER thought i’d ever see an elite of him before he was announced last yr for the HOF. that was a pretty big want of mine, mattel not only delivered on it, but knocked that figure out of the park, especially including the chainmail & the new parts molds.

The newly updated basics, yeah they still have their flaws but you can actually move the joints on them now
