I highly doubt it’s WM12 HBK. SDCC exclusives need to create some mainstream buzz even if it’s a mainline fig. No one is gonna be talking about a normal ass Shawn Michaels fig. Rock, Austin, Hogan, and maybe Cena alone could possibly generate some attention but HBK would not move the needle at all. I don't think it'd be enough to generate any hype outside of the wrestling bubble but that is an incredibly iconic moment and gear that hasn't really been pulled off in figure form yet. Maybe I'm in the minority but at this point I'm gonna be disappointed if it's anything other than Lauper or that specific Shawn Michaels |

True. Mattel Creations should offer any figure that has accessories that are too “mature” for general retail. I agree. I think some of those are passable. I didn’t know what “BMF” meant. It’s just an acronym and can mean multiple things… Yeah, what the heck? “Burger More Fries” should have never gotten flagged in the first place. Bunch of wusses. |

Not suggesting either of these are gonna be it but was thinking every year when pop culture crossover possibilities are discussed no one ever mentions Boy Meets World Vader or That 70s Show Rock as Rocky Johnson. Curious if anyone would be pumped for those.

I don’t know if it’s deja vu or not but I distinctly remember someone suggesting Wrestlemania 12 HBK Ultimate as a SDCC exclusive a previous year and people pointing out that it doesn’t have crossover appeal.
I’m positive this same discussion was had last year or the year before.

Yeah that's probably be a fairly simple repaint, throw in the belt, and some special packaging and I could see it selling reasonably well |

Same with EC F’N W. How is that any different than Seth Freakin Rollins? |

I completely agree with this thinking -- but can't imagine what else it could be with those hints.
The Vader -- Boy Meets World idea is so intriguing. I could see it a two-pack with Cory Matthews totally bombing -- but that would get SO MUCH attention, in so many different places.

I completely agree with this thinking -- but can't imagine what else it could be with those hints.

He says something along the lines of "zip into it like we're on a Zipline" in reference to it being revealed, pair that with saying it could be "full of heartbreak and disappointment" and it seems fairly obvious what hes hinting at It’s a Zip/Skip 2 pack |
