Cool Stuff Mattel Used to Make That I Miss

This is the stuff Mattel made back when Toys'R'Us and K-Mart existed that they don't make anymore. Look how cool this stuff was. They're not even things for a ring. They're just the extra stuff that don't even need a ring.













These days the only playsets are a car that smashes or some gimmick ring from the Wrekkin' line. I don't understand why they just don't make Wrekkin' playsets like the ones below. Those all have action features and look like actual locations. Maybe they'd be too expensive to make in current day, but they take up the same shelf space as a Wrekkin' Ring Playset and there's still a bunch of other rings sold with figures or separately on the shelf next to the Wrekkin' line. So just make better playsets without the ring like you used to. I would buy multiples. I certainly don't buy any of the previous Wrekkin' playsets.

Here's some of the cool playsets I cobbled together with the old stuff Mattel has made. They've all got action features. Any kid would dream to have a playset like this and can have all sorts of backstage fights. And all I did was buy two of each at retail. Bring them back, Mattel! New fans would love to get a chance to get stuff like this.
