Treat it like sports/Pokemon cards. No returns period. Opened/unopened. For damages take it up to Mattel directly. The only time I'd be mad is if I found a chase in the wild and accidentally got sent the same thing in a preorder. I had that happen with Shamrock but I was able to just return the other one. I just got confirmation that Ali is shipping, so I guess they are gonna get these out early? Gotta take the good with the bad in this scenario IMHO. Good things are never without its consequences. These people ruined it for everyone else. So in the end if that has to happen so be it. Or Mattel can make better more obvious ways a package has been open. Or returns can be treated like cds/DVDs, you can't return them, but you can exchange them for the same exact item, and in which case the swappers would be caught red handed. Idk SOMETHING has to change. |

Yeah. If there is one thing that has been abused for decades (at least 26 years) is the return policy at target. If it isnt figure swapping its stealing pieces inside the packages. Its disgusting really and it is just incredible that almost 30 years later Target still hasn't figured this out to be a problem that needs fixing. It's one of the few things target does wrong in a long list of things they do really well. They should just do no returns on collectible items. Half of their work at the customer service desk is resellers returning figures that don't sell or the latter. Target wastes so much time catering to this minority of people. I have asked Steve a handful of times over the last month itself about fig swapping/returning and what, if anything, that Mattel can do. Yes it's a retail store issue, but it also affects Mattel's bottom line. I'd think that the toy companies have some sway. But it is so dang ridiculous! Countless times I have seen the package of a tough figure from afar only to walk to the figure itself and see a swap or missing piece (i.e. the title belt). So frustrating! |

Give it a month and Target will be flooded with these figures...Not really sure they people can't wait or why they steal/figure swap. The figures being locked are terrible excuses for all the mayhem.

Think of the Target employees ffs Target employees stocking Target merchandise before it can be sold? Sounds like a Target problem. I pay full retail price with Target employee approval. If it doesn't work out then I wait. But if the merch is stocked then that sht is for sale. |

And as a MOC collector, I’m grateful that Albano is wearing his t-shirt in package, to look like his LJN (though wearing vest only would have looked closer to the animated series). |
