I know there are extenuating circumstances..... But is the WWE Target 4-Pack the worst selling 4-pack ever? I counted 48 of these bad boys at Ollie's on Friday afternoon.....  What’s the price tag on these? For half off, I’ll check my local Ollies. |

It's honestly a really neat idea. I'd argue if we didn't have a previous Rocky release it'd probably be doing quite a bit better. That said, a lot of us weren't born when High Chief wrestled and I don't think many of us need multiple Rocky Johnson figures. This maybe would have been a better concept as a 2-pack. They could just be a family theme. That way we could get Roman and Rosey, Cody and Dusty, IRS and Bray, etc. and the entire idea would have more legs. But yeah, these are definitely going to end up at Ollies. Do that many people want a Rock in shorts figure? I think very few actually do. |

A Windham Rotunda Legacy pack I think would be cool. Do US Express with the classic WWF tags (ones that resemble the 10 lbs of gold) and one of Bray’s iconic looks they have yet to do. Maybe Muscle Man or Fiend with his giant mallet or his SvS return or possibly a deep cut like Husky Harris. Not gonna lie, if they just did a 3 pack of Husky Harris, Muscle Man Bray, and Extreme Rules return Bray, it might warm, but much like the Maivia pack, I would preorder it INSTANTLY |

At this point I don't even care personally if this is the worst selling 3 pack ever. It got the job done, frankly. It got us a beautiful High Chief and an accurate Rocky Johnson.
If they end up at Ollies, they end up at Ollies. I'm fine with having preordered it with my luck at finding figures.
I needed that Peter and Rocky desperately so, for personal reasons, this is an AWESOME 3-pack.
Next, make a 4 pack with Tanga, Tama, Talla, and Haku.

I think this is a case of walmartism. I don't think these even touched target stores and these were directly shipped to Ollie's from targets distro after their run. I think the fiasco from Vince's issue with the year on the package also has something to do with it. Those are the "extenuating circumstances" I was referring to. I was just gobsmacked to see so many at one Ollie's, and assuming that many more Ollie's also got a similar amount. I guess we win on this one. I couldn't justify spending that much on this set from Target for full price when I mainly just wanted Hogan/Green Belt, but for $29.99 at Ollie's... heck yes! Agreed, I only wanted the Becky honestly and with it being so cheap she was on the bay for under $10, I was stoked! |

Went to Walmart again today, not one has sold at that location. I'm really hoping I can swipe it at 50 bucks or less because Maivia and Johnson look great, I just have zero interest in that rock figure

If only we still had the old TRU here in the states… I had a friend over the other day who doesn't know much about toy collecting. He looked at my Buffy The Vampire Slayer collection and asked what I meant by "That line was mostly exclusives" Cue me going into a spiel about the glory days* of toy collecting when there were a ton of both online and brick and mortar chain stores selling toys, each one with it's own exclusives for every line. * your milage may vary on how glorious those days actually were |

Stores in my 100 mile shopping radius (central and Metrowest Massachusetts) for the Hulkamania 40th anniversary boxed set got them in on time, sold out in a day or two, and got one more shipment, which also sold out very quickly. I wish they were clogging my shelves here, and got discounted. I’d snag a second set and keep it sealed. It’s a nice looking display piece. |

Some Walmarts are starting to clearance them out around 30 to 40 bucks so it should be statewide here soon

I think this really could be the worst set.
I think WWE and Mattel grossly overestimate how much the legacies of people like The Rock and Roman matter to most collectors, personally.

Can't believe ppl overpaid to get these early 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣☝️ Honestly, it's always a gamble. Preorder and get that (suppsoedly) guaranteed fill, or play the waiting game and hope they show up on clearance (potentially missing out) I don't like to gamble. I have no regrets on the preorder. |
