Well, it's just...a long piece of wood. And AD 15 Rey is a short figure. And it's still doesn't go past his shoulders. So, what's the problem?
The 2x4 is fine. No need for complaint there.

2x4 being up to Rey shoulder's is not that bad,In figure measurment that is up to scale.

because 2x4's are actually that big infact the measurement 2x4 is incorrect ,many people that refer to the 2x4 as a normal sized board were infact its more of a standard 4x8 or 2x8 (i beleive)
im in computer aided drafting classes we deal with architecture, carpentry and electrical appliances
