vince looks terrible. no way i'm getting him. i can hardly tell that its him. jakks, please dont release that fig. go back to the drawing board on him. start fresh and give us a decent vince. i actually thought it was jbl myself. |

The whole set looks pretty good. I'm damn sure getting Warrior, X-Pac and Sid. I don't know about Vince though. He looks too much like JBL.

wait, didn't someone from Jakks say that the GG will come with a real hair varient? if it does, i would buy it.
anyway, a pretty good wave. could have been a LOT better, though, if they kept Shane, do real fur for GG, and got a better X-Pac scan.

Vince and xpac's head don't look like they are sitting on the necks correctly, but I have seen that in protos before and they look better in person. I have already given my opinions on the rest, however can't resist the opportunity to say Gonzales f'n rocks. Who will be buying two in order to glue fur onto one of them?

I really like Gonzalas. If he turns out like the proto I may have to pick him up. Sid is great a well, but I'm waiting for a blue attired version of him or an ECW styled figure in jeans. Vince's head is off. Doesn't look too bad otherwise. I hope he comes with a mic with the colored classic WWF logo. X-Pac...hmm. I'm torn on this figure. On one hand he's wearing my least favorite DX attire of his. On the other, it still look awesome and with lots of detail. The old scan is annoyingly small and I've seen it way too many times in the TTL days. I love the tall kickpads on him, and I actually prefer the thinner singlet torso they used since it looks more like the top he wore. The original singlet was just too thick for most people. They REALLY should've given him the skinny arms and maybe even the skinny legs, but arms definitely. They did it for 123 Kid, why not Pac? I'll still probably pick this up. I'd forgive Jakks for all their sins if they give him a removable DX jersey. Here's a picture of the unreleased prototype to compare it to (not a custom - proto):  I prefer the CS16 proto myself. |

Thanks for the protos.
I will most likely be getting Giant Gonzalez, Warrior, and X-Pac -- maybe Sid. I probably won't be getting Vince, Warlord, or Barbarian. Who knows if they warm shelves and get put on clearance, they may all be mine.

I most certainly want Sid, Powers Of Pain and Gonzales.
I won't get Vince as I have RA 28, I like my CS 1 Warrior and X-Pac is not in one of my most favourite attires.
