Giant Gonzales: Excellent fig 9.5/10

Warlord & Barbarian:ehh

Sid: Beautiful fig 9.5/10

Shawn Michaels : decent, nothing special 7/10

X-Pac: One of the best figs ever made GOOD JOB JAKKS...must have fig 10/10

all look good to me except the sid boot problem...but as i have said before a spare pair of big show boots will fix that right up:)

I'll just get Sid. I've been wanting a Sid figure for quite a while.

Sweet set looks great but i think i'll get Gonzalez, Warlord, Barbarian, Sid, and Warrior out of the set

Overall I rate this series about a C.

It's difficult to make a complete analysis when these are just prototypes. The MOC photos when they arrive should make or break the figures above or below that C mark. Accessories and extra entrance and other details generally help some figures that come off a little bland.

I'll go down the line and share what I DON'T like about this series.

Sycho Sid - I can't stand the painted on elbow pad. I understand it cost Jakks too much money to make a custom elbow pad to fit the figure, but they could easily take one of the deluxe figures knee pads and pass it off as the elbow pad, rather than seeing the veins run up his arm making it look ridiculous. Also, I presume his figure will be the approximate height as most of the figures making him seem much MUCH smaller then he should be.

X-Pac - Well, I'm not a huge fan of his anyways and really had no interest in picking him up.....NOW I'm certain I will NOT get him. His color scheme is off, but even then I don't understand why they went with the DX suit. Unless they plan on making more X-Pac figures(dear god lets hope not) they should of went with his red and black neutral gear.... NOT his stable gear.

Powers of Pain - If they were going to release these guys in their team gear, they should have doubled them up for a two pack. It really pissed me off what they did with the Nasty Boys and CS14 Demolition AND you could throw the blue LOD in to that mix to of tag team partners released separately. It cost the buyer more money to purchase them individually than to buy them in a duel pack. So, that being said, they should have went with their singles gear, besides their pants read "Power of Pain" on the side, not their names or the classic sword but "power" not pluralized. Lets hope for some decent entrance gear or these will NOT be in my collection.

The Ultimate Warrior - I quite like this figure, it's an era I was hoping for, but they could add a bit more color to his shin tassels if they want it to be completely accurate to his Summerslam 88' attire. That and darker hair.

Shawn Michaels LJN - I like the idea of the LJN figures, however they should have made them the same size as the real LJN AND they should make older superstars other then recent guys like Cena, Rey Mysterio, The Rock and Mick Foley whom are do out in later series. Shawn's look at first scorched my eyes, but I've since grown use to him.

Vince McMahon - I like his figure, it looks like but not certain that he comes with a classic WWF symbol on his jacket - minus th F of course. It could have been slightly younger, but I think it's the best next to Giant Gonzalez.

Giant Gonzalez - NO complaints. Who would of thought arguably the WORST wrestler in the history would make an incredible figure

The problem I have with this series other then what I listed, is that there is nothing here for the average fan or collector outside of maybe the Warrior. Which means Jakks is evidently leaving this series up to the hardcore guys to make them money....WELL for the CS line securities sake lets hope it sells alright for this is the most disappointing series to come out in a long time.

I knew they would never top the TTL X-Pacs its not terrible just no where near as good as the older ones. A bit of a Meh set I do not like Sid's scan at all he looks like one of the demons out of sleepwalkers.

I will def pick up Warrior for a plain attire it looks great also will get HBK and I may get the Powers of Pain also once I see moc pics.

Giant Gonzalez looks good but that he was never that thick.

Warrior looks good.

X-pac is disappointing. They should just use all the parts they used for the 123 Kid figure. Now he is a repainted Undertaker figure and his scale will be way off.

Sid looks good but the he never wore those boots.
