Wow that was pretty bad. I was working late so I didnt see it and for once I actually didnt care because I knew I wouldnt miss anything. I came home just as the carlito/cena match started which i turned off right away. Read the results and its the same old crap. they dont try to shock people anymore they just do promos, matches and its done. nothing to spark your interest.

Carlito being in the main event was a good thing, especially since he pinned Cena. Carlito needs to be pushed more as a main eventer so don't go blaming Carlito. Nah - Carlito is rubbish and should NEVER be booked in the main-event again... You don't have a mid-carder, pin the previously unbeatable, WWE Champ - even if it was due to inteference... How is that good for ratings, as far as the casual audience, is concerned?... Please do us all a favor and shut the hell up! Just because you don't like Carlito doesn't mean he shouldn't get a push, and besides at least he gets a reaction from the crowd which is usually positve even though he's a heel, unlike William Regal everytime he comes out you could hear a pin drop.

It accomplishes nothing and makes you look like a buffoon.

Vince doesn't care...he's making money. You dont get what this means at all do ya? This goes way beyond Vince and believe me, he cares and there is money to lose, esp with USA hovering over him. The last time RAW got lower then a 2.5 was in December of 2001, they got a 2.4! That was a holiday edition, this is the worst since 1997 for a regular Raw and technically its even worse because there was less demographic back then and less TVs per household. Oh snap. That's really bad. Was there anythign competing with it? Nope.

The show has been pretty decent recently. This drop will only send the company into panic mode and blow the whole show up. It should make for interesting television seeing what they come up with.

OK, the Raw rating dropped to a scary low level the week that Jeff Hardy is not there. From these facts we can only conclude that Jeff Hardy is the main draw on Monday Night Raw....
NOT!

It's times like this when I laugh in the faces of those calling Cena the next Hogan, Austin, or Rock. John Cena can only be successful when higher-caliber wrestlers are surrounding him. Take those higher-caliber wrestlers away, and this is what happens. John Cena can't carry WWE by himself. Hogan, Austin, and Rock could, did, and caused WWE's two boom periods as a result.

Fixed that for you That is pretty much true... Jeff is the most over and popular Superstar, on RAW... and that is a fact - just listen to the pops he gets... While that is true, do you honestly think that millions of people are going to not tune in if Jeff doesn't show up for one event? They'd have had to known Jeff wasn't going to be there, other wise, they watched and waited for him. Now, if it came out that he was injured and the ratings dropped and then they said Jeff comes back at whatever event and the ratings jumped, then I'd say that Jeff is great for ratings.
