I kinda like Jeff Hardy with the belt but lately the IC title just doesnt seem as meaningfull as it used to

Shelton Benjamin, his first reign in particular. He really legitimized the IC belt during his time as Champ... it's a shame short, meaningless reigns from Santino, Hardy, and Umaga destroyed all that.

It has to be Benoit in 2000's the belt was on the line like every week on RAW. It was awesome, and his feuds with Jericho and Angle.

I was a real big fan or Randy Orton's in 2004. He had a great run with it. And how was Triple H's IC Title win in 2001 great? He had it for twelve days. His past IC Title runs were way better.

Randy Orton. He had it for a nice long time, building prestige. Nothing too long like Cena though. They let Orton, who was in the major stable, have it for 7 months and he had a great run, making the title a serious secondary title on Raw.
