No, he shouldn't have his name in the same list, with people that are in it.

Never will, never should. You don't celebrate child killers. If I was in the HoF and they inducted a child killer, I know i would publicly denounce and decline my involvement in such a thing, and I would hope many other inductees would feel the same.

People just don't look at him the same way anymore, regardless of being arguably the greatest pro wrestler in history, people just don't seem to want to remember the in ring as aposed to the out. I personally think professionally he deserves it, but in regards to the benoit tragedy i won't judge till i know all the facts (including mindsets)

i really dont know, this is a case where one momment can define a career, in one disturbing momment Benoit losses all what he had worked hard to get. I think they should induct Benoit the wrestler not the man. He was one of the best but threw it all away in one momment. We still need the results of what drugs were in his system and that may shed some light on this case.

Talent wise theres no doubt he is a hall of famer, but I don't think WWE wants to ever mention him again, after this whole case is done.

Chris Benoit's legacy will be getting buried along with him and it will never resurface. He does not deserve to be in the Hall of Fame.

It would be wrong to induct someone who killed his wife and his son into the HOF. There would be so much bad publicity.
And by the way WWE have removed all his merchandise, and took his name off DVD listings, I doubt they will ever mention him again, well not anytime soon.

he will never make it in because the WWE would get to much bad publicity about it for letting a murderer into their Hall Of Fame, so the answer is no i dont think he will ever make it.

I see his actions wrecking a terrible backlash on the whole Wrestling industry, the more Wrestling becomes associated with real violence the more damage it will do. What seems to have happened in this Benoit situation is as violent as it gets so I'm going to vote no.

Unfortunately I doubt it will happen -- very sad that he had to go out like this. WWE doesn't want to associate themselves with a intentional murderer, it's a PR nightmare. He's being removed from WWE history. So no, I would doubt that Benoit will be inducted into the Hall of Fame at any point. And that's a goddamn shame, because Benoit the wrestler deserves that.

If you don't think Chris Benoit should be in the Hall of Fame, you're not a wrestling fan.

This is a very hard choice to make because the Hall of Fame is for the best wrestlers and Benoit was definitley one of the best ever. However, what he did was one of the worst things in recent memory and the worst thing in sports history (even worse than OJ) so if they inducted him, people (mostly non-wrestling fans) would think that they were celebrating his actions.
I personally think that he should be inducted because he dedicated his whole life to wrestling and he was one of the cornerstones of the company. The choice wether to induct him shouldn't affect how he acted outside of the ring and should only focus on his matches and in-ring presence. He was one of the top 10 greatest and should definitley be inducted, but because of what he did, the WWE is put in between a rock and a hard place.

No. Never. The WWE Hall of Fame has no spot for a killer. Hopefully WWE Just wipes him away from the record books, like he never existed.

If you don't think Chris Benoit should be in the Hall of Fame, you're not a wrestling fan. Oh, I definitely thought he should've been in the WWE Hall of Fame for sure. But that was before he murdered his wife & kid. I'm sorry, but no matter how long he wrestled for or how many spectacular matches he put on will ever erase the fact that he brutally murdered his wife and 7 year old son and then hung himself. And how some of you can still feel remorse is beyond me. You have that maniac in your sigs saying "R.I.P., The Best Ever, and I'll Miss You" and all that crap. Do you share the same feelings towards other psycho killers like John Wayne Gacy, Ted Bundy and Jeffery Dahmer?? Murder is murder, no matter how you ing slice it. When people start feeling sorry for a guy that murdered his own kid, then I know the world has gone to hell.
