I just watched IGN weekly 29 and the Nintendo editor who was at TGS and E3 said he thinks the 360 has the better graphics on PS3 for alot of games including COD 3.
They also said that other then Resistance Fall of Man there are no must have PS3 exclusive games coming out for quite a while. Their advice was to wait and not rush out and buy a PS3 this year.

They also tell you not to stick a fork in the socket, but what they say!

Resistance does look fairly good but nothing makes me want PS3 and I don't know if anything ever will.

Resistance does look fairly good but nothing makes me want PS3 and I don't know if anything ever will. I feel the same way. I am not a fanboy for anyone, but Sony has really disappointed me this go around. The lack of consoles, the huge price for tech that likely will fail (nobody outside of technophiles can understand HDDVD vs Blu-Ray that I've talked to), the blantant rip-offs of ideas, the problems I've heard, and the weak launch (maybe worse than 360s if possible!)....I think this may be where Sony loses the top of the mountain. Wish them luck, though. Competition is always good in the game market.

Thanks for the updated topic Mole.
By the way, the Sports titles are looking really good since I last posted, the Madden has been fixed up a bit in the video I saw on Gamespot looking more like the 360 in a way and not crappy like the PS2.
I'll try to get everyone reviews and updates from many of the games I'm picking up about like 5 games: Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, Madden 07, NHL 2k7, NBA 2k7, Resitance Fall of Man and Need For Speed Carbon (Possibly).

What do you guys think the best place to go and wait for hours would be lol.
Theres Walmart, Best Buy, Target and Radio Shack.
Im thinking Radio Shack, because most people probably wouldn't really check there.

No place. Its almost a fact that you arent going to get one at launch if you werent one of the ones who pre-ordered right away due to the shortage. Plus, why would you want to spend $600 on something, that will undoubtedly come down in price fairly soon.

Plus, why would you want to spend $600 on something, that will undoubtedly come down in price fairly soon. Well there's a couple of flaws with your statements: 1) Not everyone did preorders. Especially not the Big-Brand Stores 2) The "come down in price fairly soon" part is just about exactly what people said about the 360's $400. Honestly, I'd recommend Wal Mart (if your's is a 24-hour one). You get to sit indoors. However, you're going to want to wait significantly early if you go to Wal Mart, as they'll likely sell theirs at midnight on the 17th. If you want to guarantee a spot, I'd recommend coming sometime in the morning on the 16th, but I'd call before I'd go if I were you. No point sitting for over 12 hours when you're number 6 of 5 people waiting for consoles.

See thats what I was thinking, they have Walmart in PA that is 24 hours and I was thinking of waiting in the electronics for a long time lol, until midnight. But would they kick me out after certain amount of time? or can I stay there as long as I like?

If they threaten to kick you, just say you're there for the PS3, and if they kick you out, they've lost a $600 purchase.

I'm hoping some of the Canadian online stores have orders soon, if not, I'll wait until after the holidays to get one.
