May 3, 2007 Impact opens up with two announcements regarding Sacrifice by TNA President of Authority Jim Cornette. Firstly, the 6 man tag match between Team TNA and Egotrip would now be an 10 Man Tag Team Elimination Match, adding the newest two members of each side, Alex Shelley and Austin Aries, and canceling the announced match between Helms and Williams, and adding them as well.. Secondly, the match between Sting and Christian Cage would have a new, very important stipulation. Firstly, everyone from the TNA roster was banned from ringside during this match, and whoever won would be the first person to qualify for the King of the Mountain Match next month at Slammiversary, with the loser not getting another chance. Triple X(Senshi & Skipper) vs LAXLAX haven't been around much lately, so that kind of gave away the result here, but it was still a really solid opening match for the show, though Hernandez looked really slow and sluggish. Homicide, however, carried the team, and Homicide was keeping the advantage, with both Skipper and Senshi taking turns trying to take control. The end came when Hernandez couldn't get Senshi with a border toss due to a block. Senshi hit a series of three kicks to the head and then his double foot stomp to win. Winners: Triple XAfter the match, as Christopher Daniels came down to celebrate with his teammates, Team 3D came down to the ring, and Brother Ray then challenged Daniels to a match right then and there, which was accepted.Brother Ray vs Christopher DanielsRay is getting in better shape every week, he is losing a lot of weight and moving much better in the ring, and he kicked it up a notch here. Daniels took control early, but he got too overconfident, as he went to the top rope early, Ray hit him, and hit a neckbreaker off the top to get a surprise win. Winner: Brother RayBackstage, Brent Albright and Booby Roode of Egotrip are arguing, with Albright saying Roode let the group down last week by losing to Sting, and that he needed to be better. Roode asked him what his problem was, and he'd like to see Albright do better. Albright said he would then, and he officially challenged Sting next week on Impact. Roode wished Albright luck, saying he would need it, and Albright just told Roode to not let the group down again at Sacrifice.Tomko vs Sonjay DuttA total squash to put over Tomko, Dutt ran at him right off the bell, and went for a step up enzurguri, but as he put the first foot on Tomko's shoulder, before he could swing up and get the kick, Tomko just extended his arm and punched Dutt in the face. Dutt crashed down to the mat horribly, and as he barely stumbled up, Tomko ran at him, delivering a big boot to the back of the head, taking his head off. EMTs helped Dutt post match. Winner: TomkoKurt Angle was in the ring, and he said he was the best man to ever step foot in a wrestling ring, and tonight, he was going to prove it, by bringing back an invitational he used to do, but with a twist. He had gotten three, unknown, random wrestlers from nearby, and he was going to take all three of them on at the same time. The three random guys came out, and things started, as they all attacked Angle at once, and had him down for a few seconds, But Angle tripped two of them up, and hit an Olympic slam on the third, and he then hit a series of three german suplexes on the second, before locking in the ankle lock on the third, making him tap. Angle celebrated his domination, but Samoa Joe again went for the sneak attack. But this time, Angle was prepared, and he was able to get the best of Samoa Joe, even locking in the ankle lock. But then, it was time for the champion, AJ Styles to strike, as he brought a chair down to the ring with him, and leveled Angle across the head with it! Then AJ started hitting shot after shot on Joe with the chair, before finally stopping and celebrating, coming out on top this time!Backstage, X-Division Champion Kazarian and #1 Contender Jay Lethal bumped into each other coming around the corner. Lethal told Kazarian his reign is one of the most impressive TNA has ever seen, but it would be him who ends it. Kazarian said he hoped Lethal brought his best at Sacrifice, because he wanted to to look all the more impressive when yet another challenger gets defeated. Christian Cage vs Alex ShelleyMain event time, with Shelley having a huge chance to make a big statement here, and take a lot of momentum out of Egotrip. Early on Shelley used his speed and agility to hit Cage with something and avoid the counter attacks, but finally Cage faked out a dropkick, and dropped an elbow on Shelley when he went to duck under it. Cage took control, using some submission moves and wearing down Shelley, but Shelley made a bit of a comeback. An attempted cross body from Shelley missed and he ended up hitting the referee. At that point, Greg Helms ran in, and he grabbed a chair, ready to get Shelley, but Shelley avoided the shot, and Helms hit Cage! Shelley knocked Helms out of the ring, and then got the pin from a barely conscious ref. Winner: Alex ShelleyMay 13, 2007 TNA World ChampionshipAJ Styles vs Kurt Angle vs Samoa Joe II King of the Mountain QualifierSting vs Christian Cage 10 Man Elimination MatchEgotrip ( Jeff Jarrett, Austin Aries, Bobby Roode, Brent Albright & Greg Helms) vs Team TNA ( AMW, Alex Shelley, Petey Williams & James Gibson) Barbed Wire MassacreAbyss vs Tomko TNA Tag Team ChampionshipsXXX vs Team 3D X-Division ChampionshipKazarian vs Jay Lethal

-The ten man elimination match at Sacrifice should be awesome. Can't wait for that. -Senshi and Skipper make a decent team, not as good as LAX so I consider this a shocker. -Team 3D needed a victory tonight considering some build for their tag team match at the PPV. -I'd bet you've been pushing Tomko in this last few pages. Hoping for a decent push for him anyways. -Great hype for the Angle/Sting/Styles II match at Sacrifice. Can't wait for that. -SHelley in the main event is something new. But I'd love to see that. Good win for him, should help his career alot. -Good show; like the way you push the new guys.

Like the edition of Aries/Shelley/Helms/Williams to the tag match. Like the fact XXX won. Sets them up nicely for their title shot. Would've preferred Daniels to get the win. I can see Roode turning face and leaving the Egotrip at Sacrifice. Tomko winning is good. Always liked him and thought he deserved a nice main event run. Liked the set-up for the Triple Threat. Very nicely done. WOW! Really shocked Shelley got the win but it was a good one for him.
Overall, good show. I'm really liking the direction you're taking it.

May 10, 2007 The show opens with Egotrip inside of the ring, with Jeff Jarrett doing the talking this time. Jarrett said that Greg Helms didn't just let the group down last week, he went beyond that. Accidental or not, he still hit one of their own with a chair, costing Christian Cage his match. Helms apologized, but Jarrett said that failure will always happen sometimes, but Cage failed because of him, so tonight, as punishment, it had been arranged that Helms would be taking on America's Most Wanted in a handicap match. Now, it was onto the next order of business. Brent Albright made a bold claim last week in going after Roode for losing to someone as good as Sting, and then challenging the legend himself. Because of this, he had better win, or there would be consequences. Jarrett said that they needed to communicate better, as there was no use to having such a good group if they couldn't work together. Jarrett ended by saying since Albright was so arrogant last week, he would have nobody at ringside with him for his match, and with that, all but Albright left.Brent Albright vs StingNow this was an opener, and it showed that in TNA, nothing is truly predictable. Sting came prepared, and so did Albright, and this resulted in one of the best matches on Impact in months, as Sting really did a lot to put over Albright in this match. Sting tried several times to end it early, going for several scorpion death drops, and also a scorpion death lock, but Albright avoided every finisher attempt by Sting, and locked in his crowbar several times, trying to weaken Sting and make him submit. But the shocking end came when Albright played possum in the corner, and when Sting went to grab him, Albright pulled him face first into the second turnbuckle, and rolled him up, and with the aid of the ropes for leverage, actually got the pinfall on Sting, albeit in a cheating fashion. Winner: Brent AlbrightAfter the match, the rest of Egotrip except Bobby Roode came down and Albright celebrated the biggest singles win of his career with much gusto, as Sting looked on, shocked and in complete disbelief at what had just happened.Kazarian, Bentley & Jay Lethal vs Team 3DTwo opponents at Sacrifice, Kazarian and Lethal joined the same team tonight to take on the complete Team 3D with Brother Runt. The team managed to work together smoothly at first, but the pride of Lethal and Kazarian would be their undoing, as each tried to out perform the other, and it ended with the champion Kazarian actually refusing to tag out to Lethal, and him getting 3Ded for the loss, as Bentley looks on in disbelief. Winners: Team 3DAmerica's Most Wanted came down to the ring, and were followed by remaining members of Team TNA, Sting and Petey Williams. They said that James Gibson was absent, and hadn't been seen for a few weeks, because he had sustained a very serious concussion, and they were awaiting word on how serious it was. Well, they now knew, and it looked like Gibson would be out at least 6 months with post concussion syndrome, and possibly more, so he would not be able to participate in the ten man elimination match at Sacrifice. So now, they were looking for a replacement to aid them in the battle against Egotrip, and asked somebody to step up and take it. After a few moments, Ron "The Truth" Killings came down to the ring, and asked for the spot, saying he could be a big asset, being a former NWA Champion. The team welcomed him into the fold, their replacement found.AMW vs Greg HelmsHelms looked pissed to be in this position, but he actually gave a good fight, as AMW had to tag in and out, he was able to keep them at bay for a while, but eventually, AMW got the advantage with quick tags, and they beat down on Helms for a while, embelishing it for a little while, and finally ending it with a Storm superkick. Winners: AMWTomko was being interveiwed backstage by Jeremy Borash, looking serious as always, and said that he was preparing for a war on Sunday that may not actually happen, as he still did not believe that Abyss was going to be coming back. He said this was simply because Abyss had finally found someone to be scared of, someone bigger than him, someone tougher than him, and someone straight up better than him. Tomko vowed to end the career of Abyss for good if he was stupid enough to walk through that curtain on Sunday. The fans began to boo as Tomko just laughed.Christopher Daniels vs Chris SabinA short but solid match here, as these two went full speed for a good five minutes straight, trading some big impact moves, each trying to end it early, but as Daniels finally hit an Angel's Wings, Team 3D ran in, and attacked him, getting some good shots in before Elix Skipper and Senshi made it down to make the save. Daniels gets the DQ win. Winner: Christopher DanielsBackstage, Sting was looking very sullen, obviously still disappointed with his loss earlier in the evening. His team mate Petey Williams came up to him to cheer him up, telling him it doesn't matter that Albright stole one tonight, because Sting would be laughing come Sunday, when he defeated Christian Cage and earned himself a championship opportunity at Slammiversary. Sting thanked Williams, and he looked much better afterwards.AJ Styles vs Samoa JoeHuge main event to end the show, with both these guys looking to gain some momentum going into Sacrifice. Joe was stiffing the hell out of AJ, forcing Styles to use a more counter attack based style. Styles got the advantage after hitting a pele kick, but then Kurt Angle came down to the ring. Security smothered Angle and stopped him from interfering, but this distracted Styles, and Joe was able to lock in The Clutch, and make him tap out. Winner: Samoa JoeSamoa Joe grabbed AJ's title belt, and posed with it in the corner, enraging Angle further to send the show off the air. TNA iMPACT!
Excuse my ignorance on this diary. Good opening promo with Jeff Jarrett laying down the law to Egotrip. Love it. Huge win for Albright over the Sting and the ending was a great way to keep Sting strong. Everyone seems to be high on Albright. Interesting. Liked the six man tag with Lethal and Kaz trying to out do each other. Good for Team 3D to win so it creates further build between Lethal and Kaz. Wow, Killings is a great addition to team TNA. Obviously AMW getting the win was the best. I liked the Tomko promo. Hopefully you do some big stuff with him. I can only hope so. Looking forward to the BWM. Good match here, nice TEAM 3D involvement. XXX vs. 3D this Sunday should be some class A stuff. Sting vs. Christian should also be another great match. Wow, huge win for Joe to close the show. I'm pumped for the huge triple threat this Sunday. In fact, the whole show looks great. Good episode.

May 13, 2007 - Impact Zone in Orlando Theme Song: I'm So Sick - FlyleafI will break into your thoughts With what's written on my heart I'm so sick, Infected with where I live Let me live without this Empty bliss, Selfishness I'm so sickTNA Sacrifice 2007 kicks off with a huge pyro show, and pans out to show the crowd in the Impact Zone, and it is packed, not a seat left in the house! WE go to Mike Tenay and Kevin Nash on commentary, who welcome us to the show, and they begin to run down the card. They hype up Kazarian's 5+ month reign as the X-Division Champion, and that he has retained against some of the best the company has to offer, even defending the belt in Ultimate X! They wonder if Lethal will be able to bring it tonight and end the reign. The focus moves to the Ten Man Elimination match between Egotrip and Team TNA and how the result of this will severely affect the future of the company. No hiding it here that the commentators were pulling for Team TNA to get the win tonight. They talk about how unique it is that the Tag Team Titles would be defended in a 6 Man Tag match, and that if Team 3D failed tonight, they wouldn't be getting any more chances in the near future. And Sting vs Christian Cage would be huge, as all other superstars were banned from ringside, and this match would determine the first qualifier for the King of the Mountain Match at slammiversary next month. THey hyped up the fact that Abyss would be returning tonight, and that the show would open with their Barbed Wire Massacre, and that it would be a good time to get the kids away from the TV's as it would be incredibly brutal. Finally, they got to the TNA Championship main event match, and put over the fact that last months triple threat between AJ Styles, Samoa Joe and Kurt Angle was one of the best matches in TNA history, and it would be something special again tonight, and that AJ Styles did not have an easy first title defense, and with that, it is time for the opening contest, as the ring is shown, the ropes replaced with Barbed Wire, and assorted barbed wire related weapons were around ringside.Barbed Wire Massacre Tomko vs Abyss w/ James MitchellTomko came down to the ring first, looking confident, and first out after him was Father James Mitchell, still noticeably hurt from the beatdown Tomko gave him a few weeks ago. Mitchell announced that Abyss was back, and he was about to unleash hell! Abyss's music hit, and red smoke filled the stage and ramp, and the monster started walking down the ramp, bringing his signature chain with him, to a huge ovation from the crowd. Abyss slid into the ring, and Tomko was right on him, stomping on him with kicks, trying to prevent him from getting up. But Abyss grabbed Tomko's legs and tripped him up, and got to his feet, grabbing his chain. Abyss started slamming the chain over the back of Tomko, causing Tomko to scream in pain, and Tomko stumbled to his feet, and another chain shot by Abyss sent Tomko into the barbed wire ropes. Tomko jumped back, having cut his arm, and Abyss ran at him, and tackled him into the wire ropes, and Tomko went into them, going through to the floor. Abyss chased Tomko to the outside, but Tomko caught him with a shot by a barbed wire wrapped chair. Tomko used this chair for a couple of minutes, busting Abyss open, but Abyss got back into it by choking out Tomko with a coil of wire for a bit, and then opening Tomko's head with it, before he backdropped Tomko onto a board covered in barbed wire. Abyss slid a wire cover table into the ring, as well as a barbed wire wrapped 2X4. Abyss got Tomko back into the ring, and he set up the barbed wire table. He then produced a lighter, and to the crowds approval, lit the 2X4 on fire. But he took too long, and Tomko kicked him in the gut, grabbed the burning board, and used it on Abyss. Tomko took a few steps back, and ran at Abyss with the 2X4, but Abyss stood up, and caught Tomko around the neck, and then spun around, lifting him into the air, and chokeslammed Tomko through the wire covered table for three. Winner: AbyssAfter the match, Abyss celebrated, and the crew started taking down the barbed wire and putting the regular ring ropes back on. X-Divison Championship Kazarian (c) vs Jay LethalA really good way to continue the show, a really good change in styles from the previous match. Neither guy was really a heel coming in, but the crowd was heavily favoring Kazarian, so Lethal, while not playing the heel, didn't play the face either, letting Kazarian take care of that. Lethal came out fast early on, hitting a couple big clothesline and a couple of springboard elbows, and then used a series of several different rollups trying to end it quickly, but Kazarian managed to counter one of the pinfalls into a camel clutch, but he quickly rolled backwards on Lethal's back, and locked in a single leg crab, focusing on the right knee of Lethal, which was smart, as he wanted to slow down the challenger. Lethal managed to crawl his way to the ropes, forcing the hold broken. Kazarian spent the bulk of the next while trying to weaken the right knee of Lethal, hitting a lot of leg kicks and chopblocks, and locking in several submissions, but managing to keep things exciting. Lethal maanged to hit a tigerbomb despite the bad leg, but only got a two count. Kazarian then shortly after hit a Wave of the Future, and it seemed over, but Lethal got his foot on the bottom rope, breaking the referees count. Kazarian ate a thumb to the eye, and Lethal hit a neckbreaker, and then climbed to the top rope slowly because of his leg, but before he could even think of an elbow drop, Kazarian got up and shook the ropes, causing Lethal to fall to a sitting position. Kazarian took his hurt leg, and twisted it around the ropes, and Lethal screamed in pain. Kazarian let go at the count of 4, so he didn't get disqualified, and then climbed up in the corner with Lethal. Kazarian hit a big superplex, before locking in a figure four leglock, giving Lethal no choice but to tap out. Winner: KazarianA promo aired, hyping the upcoming debut of "The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson, which got a huge roar of approval from the crowd. It said that his debut would come May 24 on Impact.10 Man Elimination MatchEgotrip (Jeff Jarrett, Austin Aries, Bobby Roode, Brent Albright & Greg Helms) vs Team TNA (AMW, Alex Shelley, Petey Williams & Ron Killings)This match was really good, and really long, and most of the participants had a good chance to shine at one point. To start it was Helms and Williams, the two who originally were going to face off one on one on this show. Petey really took his chance here, as he hasn't been showcased much on TV lately, and he looked good, spot on with his moves, and he countered everything Helms had, forcing Helms to tag in Jarrett. Petey would fight valiantly here, but Jarrett and Roode made quick tags and isolated him, preventing him from tagging anyone on his team. Roode looked to finish him off, but Petey hit a Canadian Destroyer out of nowhere, and then quickly tagged in Harris, who made the pin, eliminating Roode. Albright threw up his hands in disbelief that Roode was out, and went in to face Harris. It went a while with no eliminations, everyone getting in the match during that span, before a few quick ones all happened together, as Aries took out Williams with a shooting star press, but fell victim to an axe kick from Killings to go out himself. Jarrett would eliminate Harris with a stroke, and then Helms took out Shelley when Albright distracted him. Shortly after though, Storm dodged a shining wizard and superkicked Helms, taking him out. From here, the action went a long time without an elimination again, as every time one was about to happen, the pin was broken up. The next elimination happened when Jarrett whipped Storm into the ropes but failed to notice Killings make the blind tag to Storm's back, though the referee saw. Jarrett clothesline Storm and bent down to grab him, but Truth nailed an axe kick on Jarrett to get the pin. Albirght worked his ass off for the next while, but couldn't defeat the numbers advantage, and eventually, Storm hit him with a superkick to eliminate him, leaving Storm and Killings the survivors, avenging the loss to Egotrip at Lockdown! Winners: Team TNAKing of the Mountain Qualifier Sting vs Christian CageA lot of pressure on Christian Cage now to salvage the night for Egotrip with their loss in the elimination match, he didn't want to allow Team TNA to have a clean sweep of things tonight, not to mention an opportunity at the TNA Championship was up for grabs here. So Cage was fierce at the beginning of the match, much more aggressive than usual, and Sting took a while to adjust. Cage almost ended it early, as Sting whipped him to the corner, and ran right after him, but Cage jumped up to the second rope and pushed off backwards, hitting Sting with a cross body pin almost getting him. Sting seemed off his game, not that he was putting on a bad match, it's the way he was playing his character, he was doubting himself after that loss to Albright on Impact, while Cage was ignoring his loss to Shelley. The two fought to the outside of the ring, where Sting hit a disgusting looking scorpion death drop to Christian onto the steel steps, getting oohs from the crowd. Sting rolled Cage inot the ring, and went for a cover, but he took too much time, and Cage just managed to get a shoulder up. Sting brought him up for another death drop, but Christian managed to to roll out of it and then hit an Unprettier, but that only got him a two count, and Cage looked frustrated as hell. Christian climbed to the top rope, looking for something, but Sting got up and climbed up there with him, and the two began trading punches, but it was Christian who knocked Sting off and back to the ring. Christian then hit a frog splash, and got the three count. Winner: Christian CageBackstage, Egotrip minus Christian were all sour following the loss earlier, and Brent Albright snapped at Bobby Roode, telling him he shouldn't have been eliminated so early, and that he screwed up the whole team because of it. Roode got in his face, and Jeff Jarrett tried to calm the situation, but he was unable to as Albright made a remark about how Roode messed up Team Canada too, and then Roode just snapped, decking Albright with a straight right hand to the face, knocking him out. The room went dead silent, and Roode stormed off.TNA Tag Team Championship Triple X (c) vs Team 3DThis as a six man tag, featuring all three members of Triple X plus Brother Runt joining Team 3D in what was their last opportunity at the tag belts. The last two matches between 3D and XXX were really good, but this one for some reason wasn't. Making it a 6 man tag worked for the storyline, but ruined the chemistry the teams had made in the last few months, and this was the worst match of the show. It was still watchable, but it was really short, and a sad way to end what was a really good, long feud. Ray was the best of the people in this match, and was in there most of the time, being really dominant, and it was Senshi who finally took him down with a series of kicks, before getting taken out by a BME from Daniels to win the match. Winners: Triple XA video package played, showing highlights of the careers of the three men in the main event, showcasing Samoa Joe's long unbeaten streak, Kurt Angle's rise to the TNA Championship, and AJ Style's first title win, as well as the win at Lockdown. It's time for the main event. TNA Championship AJ Styles (c) vs Kurt Angle vs Samoa JoeThe intensity was huge as these three superstars circled around the ring, nobody knowing what to do first, and the crowd was roaring, as they had died down a bit from a lackluster match before this one, and now they were completely ready to go again. Kurt Angle was the first to act, sliding out of the ring, and immediately grabbing a chair, looking for an advantage to start off. But Joe and AJ looks at each other and nod, and they both slide out of the ring after Kurt, one on either side of him, trapping him. Kurt looks confused, with no idea of what to do. AJ starts running at Angle, who swings the chair towards him, but AJ stopped early, so Angle misses, and this allows Joe to get behind Angle and he grabs Kurt and locks in a clutch right off the bat, but isn't able to drop to the floor, as Angle is fighting it. This allows AJ to pick up the steel chair, and he then brings it down, and gets both Joe and Kurt across the head, as they were close together. The crowd pops at AJ's smart move there, and AJ follows it up by jumping onto the guardrail and dlipping backwards into a moonsault onto Angle. The crowd starts chanting for AJ, and he goes to work on Angle, stomping and kicking, and then he notices Joe beginning to get up, and he kicks him in the ribs, trying to keep both opponents down. AJ goes back to focus on Angle, and after a few moments, Joe recovers enough to get to his feet, though he is leaning against the ringpost to support himself. AJ goes back towards Joe, but Joe grabs him and pulls him in, sending AJ's face right into the ringpost. Joe then slams Styles head first into the steel steps, and then repeats that several more times, busting AJ open. He then slides Styles back into the ring. But before he can get in himself, Angle grabs Joe from behind, and pulls him away from the ring. Angle gets in position and he lifts up Joe and hits an Olypmic Slam, dropping Joe right on top of the guardrail! Joe rolls backwards into the crowd, and a holy poop chant erupts, and Angle quickly gets into the ring, and locks an ankle lock on Styles. But AJ is rested enough now to be able to roll through and get out of the move, but Angle comes right back, taking him down with a clothesline. Angle stalks AJ, and when he gets back up, goes for an olympic slam on him, but AJ slips behind Angle, and when Kurt spins around to face him, AJ delivers a standing kick to Kurt's head. Samoa Joe manages to get onto the other side of the guardrail out of the crowd, but is still out of it for now, so AJ looks to capitalize. AJ is ignoring the blood dripping down his face, and he lifts up Angle, hitting a vertical suplex for two. Joe is now sliding back into the ring, and he sneaks behind AJ, and hits him with a half nelson slam. Angle sits up, and Joe bounces off the ropes and dropkicks him in the face. Styles stumbles to his feet, and Joe slams him into the corner, and hits him with a muscle buster. Joe makes a cover, but it's broken up by a diving Angle. Angle and Joe start having a slugfest, and Styles gets back up. Styles goes for a pele kick on Angle, but Kurt moves, and Styles hits Joe instead. Kurt pounces on AJ, locking in another ankle lock. Styles screams in pain, and is unable to make it to the ropes. But suddenly, Joe is back, and he grabs Angle from behind, and locks in The Clutch! Angle is now screaming in pain, but doesn't try to break the hold, instead, he keeps the ankle lock on Styles! Kurt is hoping Styles will tap before he has to let go, but it is not meant to be, as Angle finally cannot continue keeping the ankle lock on, and he lets go, desperately trying to get out of the clutch. Angle finally goes limp, and the referee goes to check if he is out. The ref raises Angle's head and lets it drop two times, but when he goes to do it a third time, to see if he is out cold, AJ Styles gets his arm up, catching Angle's arm, not letting it drop all of the way! AJ pulls Angle out of Joe's grasp. Joe gets up, and starts laying into AJ with a series of kicks, putting AJ down. Joe is getting ready to finish off Styles, but is distracted, as Kurt Angle weakly grabs onto his leg. Joe turns around, and delivers a swift kick to Angle's head, knocking him out. But AJ dropkicks Joe in the back of the head, sending Joe crashing head first into the ring post! Styles pulls Joe out and lays him down, and hops to the top, before jumping off, hitting a spiral tap on Joe for the three count to retain the title in an amazing match! Winner: AJ Styles

Sacrifice-
Nice rundown to open the show. Barbed Wire Massacre was insane and I really enjoyed the write up. Glad Abyss picked up the win. Kazarian retaing the title is awesome and I'm really looking forward to see what happens next with his reign I LOVE Team Egotrip, the guys in it are amazing, so I wish they had picked up the win, however Team TNA winning makes sense in storyline terms Christian and Sting would be a nice PPV match, glad Christian picked up the win Nice dissention in the ranks of team Egotrip. Hope this leads to a big push for Roode. Glad Triple X retained the titles, but it's a shame the match wasn't as good although the write up still was The write up for the main event was AMAZING and I enjoyed it so much. Glad that AJ retained and I look forward to seeing what you can do after this event if you decide to keep doing this.

TNA iMPACT: Thursday 26th April 2007...Good promo to kick off the show, Sting and his squad talking about Lockdown. Sting beating Bobby Roode was a nice opening contest, and I am anticipating the future for Roode. Brother Runt beating Elix Skipper I am not fond of, prefer Skipper definitely. But Runt has more entertainment in him. Jay Lethal beating Matt Bentley sounded fine, I like his intentions for Kazarian. Tomko's promo was nicely written, his feud with Abyss is certainly a highlight of this diary at the moment. How long is an episode of iMPACT? An hour? A lot to fit in really. America's Most Wanted losing to Ron Killings and Lance Hoyt interests me little. Shame that AMW lost here. And lastly, lovely main event with AJ Styles beating Kazarian, Samoa Joe's attack was intense, Kurt Angle there is always good too. Overall, an interesting show, got no groove to the diary yet though, give it some time.
TNA iMPACT: Thursday 3rd May 2007...Looking forward to the sound of what we have set for Sacrifice. Should be interesting, definitely. Triple X beating LAX is an interesting decision, did like Christopher Daniels trying to join them just for Team 3D to arrive. Brother Ray overcoming Daniels is a shame though. Tomko beating Sonjay Dutt is acceptable, no problem with that. He needs all the momentum he can get to face Abyss credibly. Kurt Angle's promo was well written, and I'm not too sure of the situation, but we have a heated three-way scenario on our hands. And lastly, was shocked that Alex Shelley beat Christian Cage, interesting main event though, gives Shelley a huge rub. Love Greg Helms being here, may I add. Overall, a decent episode.
TNA iMPACT: Thursday 10th May 2007...Jeff Jarrett and the Ego Trip in the ring is never bad, surprised by Greg Helms having done something wrong though honestly. Looking forward to a handicap match tonight, but I'm not understanding why the Ego Trip just decide to punish members, putting them against others. If anything that risks breaking up the faction. Brent Albright beating Sting was shocking, but gives him a hell of a lot of momentum. Sting now needs to recover, fast. Team 3D with the win against Kazarian, Matt Bentley and Jay Lethal is fine, odd set up with Lethal facing Kazarian in three days. AMW's promo was good, Ron Killings joining the alliance against the Ego Trip is cool I suppose. Could have been better suited in a backstage scenario. AMW beating Greg Helms was obvious. Christopher Daniels beating Chris Sabin is fine, hot match here. Just try to calm down on using the hottest matches for random episodes of iMPACT. I'm still saddened by Team Canada's non-existence. And lastly, Samoa Joe beating AJ Styles was a solid main event as always, again, try putting less amazing matches on iMPACT. Make people pay for that. A decent send-off show before Sacrifice.

First off, sorry for not replying earlier, it honestly completely slipped my mind. I'll try not to let it happen again. I don't have much background on this, I read a few shows but you posted like 3 more at an insane pace so I wasn't able to keep up, so I'm just going to start from Sacrifise and give you my thoughts. I wish you had a more detailed roster layout so I could know whose face and whose heel, but it looks like Abyss and James Mitchell are both faces, which is interesting to say the least. Not sure about opening the show with BWM, would've made more sense if you gave time for the "kids to go to bed" if you get what I'm saying. Tomko playing a role in singles is cool though, although I'm not a huge fan of his tbh. Glad Abyss won, as that is his match. Keep the Mitchell/Abyss pair face, it's very cool to see something so different. Looks like you are building Kazarian really well as X Division Champion, which is good to see someone getting that kind of push in the division. Prefer Lethal over Kaz, but again it's good to see someone perhaps getting a long term reign as X Division Champion. Danielson coming in should be very interesting, hope you don't push him too hard too fast though. Not sure exactly what is going on with the Egotrip storyline, but since they lost it doesn't look like it should last too much longer. I do like the inclusion of Gregory Helms into this. Hope to see a good Roode push following this match, he's really great. Not sure about following the Egotrip's first match with Cage/Sting immediately after, because I'd think that they would've tried to make his presence known during the previous match. Christian over Sting is great, I loved Christian in TNA and Sting should be taking loses like this late in his career. Sounded like a great match though. Hopefully Christian does well in KOTM. Ooooohhhh very nice segment with Roode and Albright, hope that leads to a feud between the two and a push for Roode. Very cool. 3D vs. Triple X in their entireties for the tag belts sounds cool, two of the best threesomes ever in TNA going at it. I'm really glad you put Triple X over too, now they can move on to bigger and better things. AJ/Joe/Angle sounds like an epic main event, I like how you described how all three have been built heading into the match, really helps a guy like me understand that any of the three could walk out as winner. Great match write-up, sounded like a great match. AJ winning was a good call, as would any of the three out of that group honestly. Hoping for a Joe reign later on in this, but give AJ a good reign. Really enjoyed the show despite my little knowledge of what was going on. I'll be continuing to read as much as I can.

TNA Sacrifice: Sunday 13th May 2007...Great choice of theme song, may I begin with. Great choice for the opening contest with Barbed Wire Massacre. I'd say that as good as Tomko is, Abyss had to win this using his superiority. Nextly, Kazarian retaining the TNA X-Division Championship was a good decision, Jay Lethal had a nice effort. I just don't think Lethal has the personality for it honestly. Bryan Danielson signing...hmm. Not entirely sure about that. Team TNA beating the Egotrip evened things up from Lockdown, so I'm going to go out on a limb and say that we will be expecting a tiebreaking rubber match at Slammiversary to settle the score. Bit early on the show though, I must say. Christian Cage beating Sting was a fine decision, I hope that Sting gets into the King of the Mountain match anyway though. Triple X beating Team 3D was a pleasant surprise. Where did LAX go? Christopher Daniels, Elix Skipper and SENSHI? I'm not entirely sure of that. I prefer sticking to Low Ki. And lastly, great TNA World Heavyweight Championship made by AJ Styles against Kurt Angle and Samoa Joe in an amazing main event. Overall, a solid show, and I wonder what will follow.

I like the choice of theme song. Abyss winning is no surprise. I'm sure the match was good in a typical Abyss fashion. Would like to see a push for Tomko, though. Kazarian winning is good. Really getting him over as champion . Danielson should make for an interesting addition to the roster. Not really sure where he'll fit in, though. I could imagine he feuds with one of the losers from the main event. Maybe Joe or Styles. Someone he knows and is comfortable with. Happy Team TNA won. I like the Egotrip but TNA needed that win. Happy Christian got the win. Would like to see him win KOTM. Happy XXX got the win. Keeping the title on the younger, more talented, wrestlers. AJ winning was expected. Sounds like a good, solid, 20-30 minute match.
Overall, really good show. A shortage of matches but the main event seemed to have filled the void with it's length and excitement. Can't wait to see where you take it from here, especially with Danielson.
Keep it up!

TNA Sacrifice
Abyss getting the win in the BWM to kick things off was good and it was the best decision. The match sets the bar high for tonight, though. Wow, Kaz vs. Lethal would be a great match in TNA 2007. I like Kaz retaining the belt. Woah, Bryan Danielson? That's huge man. Can't wait for him to debut. 10 Man Elimination Match went on too earlier in my mind. The tag title match could have gone in this spot. Like I would have done; Tag Titles, Sting/Christian, 10 men, and Angle/Joe/AJ. I feel liek that would have been better to do. The 10 men was good, anyways. Storm/Jeff would have been a better finish, but I like Storm getting the final pin. Great to see Cage go over. I doubt he'll win KOTM, though. I hope Albright leaves Egotrip, as Roode could really use the group to help launch him to the main event scene. Glad to see XXX with the win as it is better for them to get the belts rather than 3D. Wow, monster write up for the main event. I checked and there was 876 words. That's gigantic, man. I can usually only right up to about 650 for matches. AJ retaining was the best move. Really hope you give AJ a decent reign. Overall, a great show and I look froward to more.

-Since a Barbed Wire Massacre is kind of Abyss' gimmicky match, I'd expect him to win. Glad Tomko put up a fight though. -Kazarian over Jay Lethal would be good. Karazian deserved this title defense. -Team TNA over Egotrip is awesome either way. -AJ Styles going over is big here building his image consistently. You're doing a great job. -Solid PPV.

May 17, 2007 Christian Cage comes down to the ring to begin the broadcast, and begins talking about Slammiversary. He said that the event would be in 3 weeks on June 3, a week earlier than originally planned due to the availability of the Asylum in Nashville. He went on to say that he was the first man to qualify for the Championship King of the Mountain match, as he defeated Sting on Sunday. He said that Sting was slipping, and that Christian would surely be the man to hang the belt up and win the title. At this, TNA Champion AJ Styles came out, and told Christian he shouldn't be so sure, as this belt wasn't coming off of his shoulder for a long time. The two looked ready to go at it, but this brought out Jim Cornette, who congratulated Christian on his win, and said that the three remaining qualifying matches would all take place tonight. Cornette said there was a slight change to the KOTM match itself, this year instead of hanging the belt up to win, it would be more like a typical ladder match, where you had to take the belt down, though all the other rules regarding eligibilty to win and the penalty box would remain. Cornette then said that next week, the main event of Impact would be AJ Styles vs Christian Cage.King of the Mountain Qualifier Kurt Angle vs Christopher DanielsThis was a fantastic bout, both men going toe to toe, and Daniels really hung in well with angle, the two having good chemistry. Angle was about to get the win with the ankle lock, but Samoa Joe came down to ringside, and Angle let go of the move, and started trading verbal jabs with Joe. This allowed Daniels to roll up Angle, and get the three. Winner: Christopher DanielsA promo aired for the debut of "The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson, next week on Impact!Team 3D vs LAXThis was a pretty good match, not much to it, just two great tag teams battling for ten minutes, until Homicide put away Devon with the Gringo Killer. Winners: LAXEgotrip are backstage, and Brent Albright and Bobby Roode are yelling at each other, looking like they are about to come to blows again, when Jeff Jarrett steps in. He said that both of them were valuable assets, but if they cannot co-exist, only one of them could stay in the group. He said that Albright and Roode would face off one on one at slammiversary, and the loser was kicked out of the group. Jim Cornette chose that moment to walk in the room, and he said that until Slammiversary, both of them were still technically teammates, so next week, Albright and Roode would face off against AMW, and if AMW won that match, they'd get a shot at the Tag Titles at Slammiversary.King of the Mountain Qualifier Alex Shelley vs Greg HelmsSting accompanied Shelley to the match, while strangely, nobody from Egotrip did the same for Helms. It was a good match, and at the end, Shelley avoided a shining wizard and hit sliced bread to get the win. But after the match, as Sting congratulated Shelley and the two celebrated, Helms grabbed a steel chair, and attacked, laying both Shelley and Sting out. Winner: Alex ShelleyKurt Angle burst into Jim Cornette's office, and demanded a match with Samoa Joe at Slammiversary, after being screwed out of his chance to be in King of the Mountain. Cornette agreed, saying it was unfair what Joe did, and that Joe would not get an opportunity to qualify for the title match, and that Angle got his one on one match with Joe!Petey Williams vs Jay LethalLethal had failed in his bid to capture the X-Division gold at Sacrifice, so he was really angry and frustrated for this match. The X-Champ, Kazarian, sat ringside, and it was heavily implied that the winner of this match would likely get a title shot at Slammiversary. But Lethal's head was not in the game, and he went for a rather rash double axe handle off the top, which Petey avoided by kicking him in the gut and hitting the Canadian destroyer for the win. Winner: Petey WilliamsRon Killings came down to the ring, and said that being part of the group that was gonna end Egotrip was special, and that winning at Sacrifice was a great moment. He was cut off by Austin Aries, who said Killings was just the fill in for an ijured team member, and that nobody actually cared about him. Truth decked Aries, and they began a brawl that spilled to the outside before security could split them up.King of the Mountain Qualifier Jeff Jarrett vs AbyssAbyss was beaten up after the barbed wire massacre at Sacrifice, but he still was a beast here. Every time Jarrett looked to be getting momentum, it was stopped by Abyss. But the referee ended up getting hit by Abyss when Jarrett ducked a clothesline. And then, Tomko, who had lost to Abyss at Sacrifice, came down to the ring, but he was not alone, as with him was Giant Bernard! The two heavyweights beat the hell out of Abyss, and laid him out for Jarrett to get an easy pin when the ref came to. Winner: Jeff JarrettJune 3, 2007 The Card ThusfarKing of the Mountain For the TNA ChampionshipAJ Styles (c) vs Christian Cage vs Jeff Jarrett vs Christopher Daniels vs Alex Shelley One on One Finally!Kurt Angle vs Samoa Joe Loser Leaves EgotripBobby Roode vs Brent Albright

TNA iMPACT: Thursday 17th May 2007...Christian Cage in the ring to kick off the show is good, not so sure about Slammiversary being three weeks away...it's one of the biggest shows of the year, it should have better build than three episodes of iMPACT. Unless of course you increase importance of Xplosion. King of the Mountain could be good. Shame the Asylum wasn't available for Slammiversary, by the way. Christopher Daniels beating Kurt Angle...hmm. Big rub for Daniels, but would have rather got Angle in King of the Mountain. Samoa Joe against Angle could be cool on the other hand. Hmm, think that Bryan Danielson should be saved for after Slammiversary, or debuted here. If he debuts next week, it gets in the way of additional Slammiversary build. And two weeks wouldn't be enough to get Danielson in a match, unless he's involved with the X-Division. LAX beating Team 3D is a pretty decent match, nothing special though. Egotrip against America's Most Wanted seems predictable for Slammiversary, could be quite an interesting match. Alex Shelley beating Greg Helms is acceptable, not a bad X-Division match, Helms laying Sting out? What. Shelley being congratulated by Sting? What's going on? Angle against Joe could be good. Petey Williams beating Jay Lethal is cool, nothing too special again. Ron Killings and Austin Aries' promo was awesome, I'm looking quite forward to what happens here. I wouldn't mind either person going over. Jeff Jarrett beating Abyss was likely, a pretty good main event. Overall, a pretty decent episode, mainly dominated by X-Division matches though. There just seemed to be main event and X-Division, no division for the midcard range.

Slammiversary is in the Asylum, that is why it's three weeks away, so it's available. Not to mention, a lot of the stuff going on is matches that have some build already, so the lesser build isn't as bad. And Sting and Shelley are both part of the Team TNA group that have been battling Egotrip, hence the congrats and stuff.

May 24, 2007 Greg Helms comes down to the ring to open the show, to a lot of boos. He grabs a mic, and says that Sting is a man who has been on a downwatd spiral as of late, he just couldn't seem to buy a win, losing to Brent Albright a few weeks ago, and losing to Christian Cage at Sacrifice. Helms went on to say he attacked Sting last week to make a statement, to get the stinger's blood boiling, because since neither of them would be in king of the mountain, Helms was challenging Sting to a match at Slammiversary! Helms said with Sting's losing streak lately, he wouldn't be around much longer, and he wanted to get a victory over him before it was too late. He demanded that Sting come out here to respond to the challenge. The lights went out, and when they came back on, Sting was in the ring behind Helms, and when Helms turned around, he took a shot to the gut from the black baseball bat! Sting then sropped him with a Scorpion death drop, before grabbing the mic and accepting the challenge.Backstage, Tomko and Giant Bernard are being interviewed by Jeremy Borash. Borash asked Tomko about the attack on Abyss last week, and Tomko said it was just the beginning. He said Abyss wasn't here tonight, but he would be next week, and that the two of them would end his career, and there was nothing he could do about it.AMW vs Bobby Roode & Brent AlbrightRight from the beginning, this was a bad idea, as Roode and Albright could not put aside their differences, and couldn't work together, therefore, the established team picked them apart. The ending came when Roode had been beaten on for a long time, and Albright refused to tag, and just walked out on him. Roode suffered a superkick, and that was all she wrote. AMW get a tag team title shot at Slammiversary! Winners: AMWSamoa Joe vs Shark BoySquash, but not instant, as Joe took a few minutes to deliver a ton of punishment to Shark Boy, using a variety of kicks and slams, before finishing him off with a muscle buster and a clutch making him tap. Winner: Samoa JoeAfter the victory, Joe grabbed a mic, and said that he was more focused than he has ever been, and that at Slammiversary, he was going to beat Kurt Angle within an inch of his life. He said Angle was nothing but a little bitch, who went crying to management when Joe cost him a spot in king of the mountain, instead of just coming after him and making the statement himself. And now Joe didn't even get a chance to be in the title match at Slammiversary. So this dream match between him and Angle would be cut short when he broke Angle's neck. But this was enough for Kurt Angle, who rushed the ring, and him and Joe began brawling, trading shots and they fought to the outside of the ring, brawling over tables until security and referees broke things up.Backstage, the X-Division Champion was being interviewed, when suddenly, Petey Williams burst into the room. Williams said that after his win last week, he was the most worthy opponent for Kazarian to defend the title against at Slammiversary, and challenged him. Kazarian accepted, and Petey smiled, and told him his 6 month reign was at an end, because nobody could beat the Canadian Destroyer.A video played, hyping the debut of Bryan Danielson, coming up right now!Bryan Danielson vs Sonjay DuttA really good match, a bit short, but a great first outing for Danielson, as Dutt took the advantage early on by using his speed to avoid Danielson and hit him from everywhere, but eventually, Danielson began to learn the pattern of Dutt's attacks, and he caught him with some good reversals, and showed some good moves of his own, including some submissions. Danielson almost had him with a dragon sleeper, but Dutt escaped, and started going for some kicks, but Danielson countered into a LeBell Lock. But Dutt also escaped this, but Danielson soon finished him off with the Cattle Mutilation! Winner: Bryan DanielsonAs Bryan Danielson celebrated the great victory in his TNA debut, Jay Lethal ran through the crowd, and attacked Danielson, laying him out with some hard clotheslines, before hitting a tiger bomb. Lethal looked at Danielson's prone body, and yelled at him, "Welcome to TNA!"Ron Killings vs Jeff JarrettA decent match here, as Truth used his fast paced offense to keep Jarrett off balance, and actually controlled most of the match, but Jarrett did gain control and used a variety of sleepers and holds to try to keep Truth down. Truth fought back, but before he could do much, Austin Aries attacked him, getting Jarrett DQed. The two memebers of Egotrip laid Truth out cold, and left the ring. Winner: Ron KillingsTNa Tag Team Champions XXX are backstage, Senshi and Skipper each holding a tag team championship, with Daniels in the middle. Daniels says that at Slammiversary, he will win King of the Mountain and claim the TNA Championship, and that his brothers would defeat AMW, and that each member of the group will have a title belt, and will be unstoppable. Daniels then challenges the TNA Champion, his old friend AJ Styles to a match next week, to prove he is truly a more deserving champion.AJ Styles vs Christian CageThe current champion and one of the heads of Egotrip squaring off in a great main event. This was a lot slower paced than their previous encounters and slower than anyone expected, but it worked, as they made each move count, you could tell they were trying to hurt each other as much as possible while still playing it safe so as to stay healthy for the king of the mountain match. Halfway through though, Styles seemed to say the hell with it, and just picked up the pace, and started flying around the ring, and Christian had no answer. An Unprettier was countered into a backslide by Styles, who got the three. Winner: AJ StylesJune 3, 2007 The Card ThusfarKing of the Mountain for the TNA ChampionshipAJ Styles (c) vs Christian Cage vs Jeff Jarrett vs Christopher Daniels vs Alex Shelley One on One Finally!Kurt Angle vs Samoa Joe X=Division ChampionshipKazarian (c) vs Petey Williams Sting vs Greg Helms TNA Tag Team ChampionshipsTriple X (c) vs America's Most Wanted Loser Leaves EgotripBobby Roode vs Brent Albright

Some info for new readers:
The Egotrip faction consists of: Jeff Jarrett, Christian Cage, Austin Aries, Brent Albright, Bobby Roode and Greg Helms.
Kazarian has held the X-Division Title for 6 months and counting, defeating many great challengers such as Helms, his partner Matt Bentley, and Jay Lethal.
Triple X. made up of Chirstopher Daniels, Elix Skipper and Senshi, are the current TNA Tag Team Champions. They defend the belts under the freebirds rule, where any two members can defend the titles any given time.
King of hte Mountain this year ha all the same rules except it is a typical ladder match, instead of having the hang the belt up to win.

I haven't read any of this and clearly I have been missing out. The May 24th edition of iMPACT was pretty nice. The opening segment was good, classic Sting. Not sure how a Sting/Helms match would be, but I'm interested. Not much to say about the opening contest, other than I would like to see you revive the old Triple X and AMW feud. Would be pretty sweet. I would like to see Albright lose the match at Slammiversary, never been a fan of his. Nice build up for the Angle and Joe match, should be a good match at the PPV. Part of me wants to see Petey Williams win the belt at Slammiversary but Kaz's reign is too good to end. Good idea to bring in Danielson, would be a great addition to the X Division. Don't see why you would choose Lethal of all people for his first feud, but we'll see where you go with it. This is the first show I've read and Egotrip is already pissing me off, haha. Well next week's match between Daniels and Styles is gonna be amazing. The main event was nice, good finish as well. Slammiversary is shaping up to be an awesome show. I could see Styles dropping the belt to Christian or Jarrett, but I don't see any chance of Shelley or Daniels winning it. Could be a surprise, though. By the way, thanks for the post with all the info. Really helped me out with the storylines and such. Keep this up man! Looking really good.

TNA iMPACT: Thursday 24th May 2007...Starting to pump out the shows now, I'm glad to see. Greg Helms is sort've an awkward name. Gregory I wish was retained. Or better yet, the more common 'Shane Helms' name. Nice promo with him talking about Sting, looking forward to this match against Sting. Hope you don't retire Sting soon, he still has about a year or two left in him in my mind. Tomko and Giant Bernard in TNA? Brilliant. America's Most Wanted were most likely going to beat Bobby Roode and Brent Albright, it was quite clear when the match was made last week. Hopefully Triple X retain the TNA World Tag Team Championships at Slammiversary though; Triple X and AMW have had enough classic matches. Samoa Joe beating Shark Boy is obvious, nice showcase of Joe. Another promo about Kurt Angle. Another pull apart brawl with Angle and Joe is really nothing new. Bryan Danielson had excellent coverage against Sonjay Dutt in his debut. Sonjay will have made him look excellent. Jay Lethal immediately attacking him was unexpected though. Jumping straight into a promo is quite cool to see though. Just don't give Danielson the undefeated streak persona. Ron Killings and Jeff Jarrett I wish was earlier in the show, seperated from the epic main event the match following. Killings winning with help from Austin Aries is cool, but makes Aries look better than Jarrett. AJ Styles beating Christian Cage is a solid main event, glad AJ got the win, all is looking good on the road to Slammiversary in over a week. Overall, decent show, but could have easily slipped in one more match. The show seemed slightly short to me.
