I didn't really like the LAX and Team 3D match but, I am glad LAX won.
Taking out Monty Brown would of been better. I didn't like Kurt Angle winning, I thought Jeff Jerret would of been better then Angle. Impact was great. It was easy to follow. Keep it up.

Impact Preview December 21, 2006
One week after Kurt Angle successfully won a six pack challenge to become the number one contender for Rhino's NWA World Heavyweight Championship, both Rhino and Angle will be in huge matches, hoping to gain some momentum. Kurt Angle will face the man he defeated in a Steel Cage at Turning Point, Jeff Jarrett, and Rhino will be going head to head with the former world champion Sting. Two men looking to get back into the swing of things have the chance to pick up an important victory. What will go down here?
In X-Division action, Frankie Kazarian, the contender to the X-Division Title, will be teaming up with partner Matt Bentley to take on Brent Albright and James Gibson! Who will come out on top in this battle, the established tandem or the rookie duo?
Speaking of the X-Division, Alex Shelley will have an announcement to make on Impact, regarding the future of Paparazzi Productions. Both Austin Aries and Kevin Nash have been invited to attend, as well as anyone else from the X-Division! What will this announcement regard?
Team 3D is looking for one last chance to take the NWA Tag Team Championships off of LAX, and Jim Cornette has decided to give them once more shot. . if they can earn it. Team 3D battles America's Most Wanted, and whoever wins faces off with LAX at Final Resolution for the belts in the match type of their choosing.
All this and more on Impact!

December 21, 2006 Impact started off with Tomko and Bernard making their way down to the ring to a sea of boos. They began to brag about how they destroyed Christian Cage last week, and then Christian's music hit. Cage came out onto the stage. He said that he has finally seen that he needs an ally in this battle, as Tomko and Bernard are too strong of a unit for one man to take on. Cage smirked, and said luckily, he had found an ally, and next week, it was time for him to strike back.
Kazarian & Bentley vs Brent Albright & James Gibson This was quite the solid opener, with everyone getting some time in the ring to show off their skills. Kazarian won with the wave of the future on Gibson. Winners: Bentley & Kazarian
After the match, James Gibson was taken out of the ring by paramedics, favoring his right knee.
Contenders Bout for Tag Team Titles Team 3D vs AMW This was another solid effort from everyone, Team 3D have been better so far these last few months than ever before in TNA. Storm almost got the upset when he hit Devon with a superkick, but he turned around to meet Brother Ray, who nailed a piledriver for the three. Winners: Team 3D
Christopher Daniels vs Eric Young Squash match, Young only hit a couple forearms before being put away by the Angels wings. Winner: Chrstopher Daniels
After the match, Daniels grabbed a microphone, and said that was why he deserved the TNA Title Opportunity instead of AJ Styles.
Alex Shelley's Announcement For Alex Shelley's announcement, Austin Aries , Kevin Nash, Sonjay Dutt, Jay Lethal, Petey Williams, Chris Sabin, Senshi, Bentley, and Kazarian attended. Alex Shelley said that he was sick and tired of Kevin Nash claiming he was the founder of the X-Division, and putting himself over at the expense of the hard working superstars of the X-Division. These comments got all the wrestlers there to agree, and Kevin Nash looked nervous. Alex Shelley then challenged Kevin Nash to a match at Final Resolution, where if Nash wins, all the X-Division superstars would admit he was everything he said he was. But if Shelley wins, Nash has to leave TNA forever. Kevin Nash agreed to the terms, and then Frankie Kazarian said he was cashing in his X-Division title match against Austin Aries next week on impact!
Rhino vs Sting This match started off with Rhino using his power advantage to gain an advantage over Sting, but Sting battled back. But when Sting looked like he might win, Jeff Jarrett came out of nowhere, low blowing Sting, and nailing a stroke. Sting wins via DQ
Jeff Jarrett grabbed a mic, as him and Rhino were poured with boos from the crowd. Jarrett said he would not be fighting Kurt Angle tonight, as there was no point. Instead, he was going to help Rhino to ensure Kurt Angle doesn't win the world title! At this, Kurt Angle walked out onto the stage, and said he wasn't coming down there alone, and that Jarrett and Rhino could try anything they want, but come Final Resolution, he was leaving with the title. At this, Brent Albright came out on stage to join Kurt angle, and the two rushed the ring, forcing Rhino and Jarrett out of the ring. Angle, Sting, and Albright posed for the crowd to end impact.[/size]

The Wrestling Observer: December 22, 2006
-Last night's TNA Impact broadcast had a slight dip in the ratings from usual, as the show wasn't well advertised this week
-James Gibson suffered a cracked patella on the show, and will require surgery to reapir his knee. He will be out of action for 5-7 months.
-Scott Steiner will most likely be turning against Kurt Angle soon, the man who he worked with going into Turning Point. This will be to balance the main feud now, as Angle, Sting and Albright are on the opposite side of Rhino and Jarrett.
-The match between Alex Shelley and Kevin Nash will not be one on one match.

Nice to see this back it's some real good stuff.
Last show was solid all round, nice to see Kaz getting a shot next week and hopefully he can somehow pull out the victory or at least have the feud go longer, I was pulling for AMW but ah well good way to give 3D the rub, the main event and post match antics were good as well. Once again glad to see this back keep it up.

Impact! was a solid read Cameron, nice to see Christopher Daniels get a win, push to the main title please. Team 3D getting the win is cool in my opinon, I hope LAX retain the titles at Final Resolution though. Rhino to keep the World Title please, I am enjoying him as champion, Rhino vs Sting sounded decent, nice to see a DQ finish, Jarrett vs Sting to be added to Final Resolution. Nice to see you brought this back.

Impact Preview December 28, 2006
Now that Christmas is over, TNA returns to action with a huge Impact broadcast, one that will have many implications on Final Resolution on January 14, 2007. Last week, Jeff Jarrett and The NWA World Champion Rhino assaulted Sting, but number one contender Kurt Angle and new TNA talent Brent Albright made the save. This week, in a huge main event, Brent Albright and Sting team up to take on Rhino and Jeff Jarrett! Will the champion build up momentum heading into Final Resolution, or will Sting get a measure of revenge from last week?
Christian Cage revealed that this week, he was bringing an ally into his fight with Tomko and Bernard. On Impact, Tomko will face off against this mystery ally. Who did Christian find to help him in this battle, and will Cage finally get some momentum against his two arch rivals?
After the X-Division stand made by Alex Shelley towards Kevin Nash, Kazarian announced that he was cashing in the X-Division Title Match he had earned this week on Impact! Kazarian vs Austin Aries for the gold! Will Kazarian realize a dream, or will Aries keep his gold?
Also, Monty Brown battles Abyss, and AJ Styles takes on Sonjay Dutt!

i've really enjoyed the gibson/albright team so its a shame about the injury.
i'd have put amw over 3d on impact but that's just me.
glad daniels squashed young, never liked young and probably never will. i mark for daniels so making him look strong makes me happy.
i like the build to shelley/nash, i hope one of the x-division guys turns on the x-division and assists nash. i think its the best booking course tbh.
i didn't like the no finish for a main event, even a tv main event. i think there are better ways around it but nevertheless i liked the ending segment and look forward to seeing how things progress.
