Sorry for not replying on a regular basis.iMPACT! was really good. All matches had purpose and I am most notably loving the way you're using Brent Albright in his feud with Kaz. Roode and Angle going at it is stellar too. Thanks Mac.

A pretty solid show here Cam. Not digging the format, mainly due to the yellow part really hurting my eyes. Cool to see Bobby/Angle feud here. loved the ending to the main event. And the actual Main Event was really cool. I always liked Brent Albright, so cool to see him in the main event.

Impact Preview January 25, 2007
Impact this week will be one that begins to pave the road to Against All Odds for many superstars. One of the biggest ways will be the Over the Top Rope Battle Royal, with the winner receiving the #1 Contender spot for the X-Division Title, and a match for the gold at Against All Odds. Last week, Brent Albright promised Kazarian that he would win the battle royal, and eventually, the title. Albright thinks his technical ability can ground the high flying prowess of the X-Division wrestlers, and change the way the championship is looked at. Will Albright succeed in his promise?
Last week, Jim Cornette promised both Christian Cage and Samoa Joe that they would have an opportunity to earn a shot to attain some TNA Gold this week. What does Cornette have in mind? With Rhino the current number one contender, will it involve around them trying to earn a future title match? Will they potentially have to face each other to get it? We will only know by watching Impact!
And due to an altercation last week, TNA Champion Kurt Angle faces off with "Badass" Bobby Roode this week. Rhino will surely be hoping Roode takes some momentum out of Angle, but does Roode has the experience to do so?
Also this week, Sting is confirmed for the broadcast, James Storm vs ERic Young, and much, much more!

IMPACT was good. Shelley/Lethal sounded awesome, and glad Shelly won. Main Event was excellent. Love the team of Angle/Albright btw. Angle vs. Roode on IMPACT next week should be good, but im expecting Angle to get the win of course. Nice to see LAX get a win in there. AJ vs. Daniels at AAO in a Ladder Match is gonna be godly. Can't wait for AAO already man. And one last thing...PUSH ERIC YOUNG!!!

January 25, 2007 X-Division Title #1 Contenders Battle Royal Brent Albright vs Sonjay Dutt vs Jay Lethal vs Alex Shelley vs Austin Aries vs Petey Williams vs Matt Bentley vs Ron Killings This was a solid eight man line up, and to begin things, both Brent Albright and Ron Killings were beasts, eliminating two people each, leaving only them and Shelley and Aries. Shelley and Aries fought each other over the ropes to eliminate one another, and after some exchanges, Albright managed to flip Killings over the top rope to become the #1 contender to Kazarian's title. Winner: Brent Albright
Post Match, Kazarian walked out onto the stage, the X-Division Title draped over his shoulder. Brent Albright motioned that the belt was coming around his waist, as Kazarian looked on.
James Storm vs Eric Young James Storm came into this match pissed about Young getting the upset over him last week. Young looked more confident of himself, because of the crowd reaction, and the win last week, and kept things even early on. Storm went for an STO, and Young blocked it and countered into a very unique rollup, upsetting Storm again! Winner: Eric Young
Eric Young began celebrating with the crowd after the match, as James storm looked on in seething anger, almost foaming at the mouth he was so angry.
Kurt Angle vs "Badass" Bobby Roode w/ Petey Williams & Rhino Both Roode's partner Williams and Rhino were at ringside here, and Roode came out of the gate running, and while he has improved as of late, he was no match for Angle really. He was much too impatient, and when he hit a move he failed to capitalize, and eventually, Angle locked in the ankle lock. Here, Rhino and Williams rushed into the ring attacking Angle, giving him the DQ win. They beat angle down badly, and Rhino posed with the TNA World Championship. Winner: Kurt Angle
Backstage, Samoa Joe and Christian Cage were waiting in Jim Cornette's office, and after a few seconds, Cornette walked in. He said Joe and Cage would be teaming up to face LAX in the main event, and if they win, they get a shot at Team 3D for the TNA Tag Team Championships at Against All Odds. Both Joe and Cage started yelling at Cornette until he hushed them. Cornette said that he only promised each of them a chance to earn a title match, which he never lied about. He said the tag team titles are an accomplishment to win, and Cage and Joe showed fine teamwork skills at Final Resolution, so he was curious to see if they could win the tag team titles. The two looked unhappy as they left Cornette's office.
Austin Aries vs Chris Sabin This was the best match of the evening, with both men getting plenty of offense. Sabin looked to be in control when he connected with a dropkick to Aries midsection off a springboard elbow attempt, but when Sabin went for a german suplex, Aries countered into a rollup, getting the three. Winner: Austin Aries
Aries grabbed a microphone post match, and said that despite Alex Shelley and Jerry Lynn defeating him and Nash at Final Resolution, that he was still better than Alex Shelley, and he had proven that many times in the past. Alex Shelley came out on stage, and challenged Aries to put his money where his mouth was, and face him one on one at Against All Odds. Aries accepted the challenge.
The Fallen Phenomenon vs Random Jobber Team Despite the huge rivalry between Daniels and Styles, they showed they can still work together, and that this feud is very respect based. They hit a few double team moves, before Styles connected on one of the jobbers with a styles clash, and Daniels followed up with a BME for the win. Winners: Fallen Phenomenon
Sting was backstage with Jeremy Borash, where he accepted Jeff Jarrett's challenge for Against All Odds, saying Jarrett was going to lose the rubber match.
LAX vs Samoa Joe & Christian Cage Joe and Cage surprisingly cleaned up here, still having a lot of pent up frustration at Cornette's deception, and they let it all out here, when Joe took out Hernandez early on with a muscle buster on the outside. Homicide couldn't fare for himself, and Cage hit an unprettier for the pin. Winners: Samoa Joe & Christian Cage
After the match, Joe and Cage stared each other down in the ring, before Cage offered a handshake to Joe, and said, "Let's show everyone what we are made of." Samoa Joe pondered for a few moments, before shaking Cage's hand.

IMPACT was good man. Nice to see EY get another win over Storm, and god, keep pushing him. Angle beating Roode was expected. Main Event was good, nice to see Cage and Joe get the win. Overall, the AAO card is looking good.

Impact was pretty good this week man. Albright/Kazarian should be a decent match at AAO. Eric Young wins again! haha! Angle was bound to beat Robert Rude, but I'm not sure about it ending in DQ. Although this is good build up for the future match with Rhino. Christian/Joe are gonna be tag champs, no doubt. Daniels and Styles working well together there, it's interesting with all these teams put together. AAO is looking really good but could you explain what a rubber match is? I haven't really kept up with this one.

Good impact dude. Saw Albright winning the match, so Kazarian vs Albright should be awesome. Young winning the match is good for his confidence woo. Saw the DQ coming, Rhino vs Angle should be sweeet. Aries winning was good and Shelley vs Aries should be off the chain. Tag match is alright sounding, i bet Joe/Cage will go over.
Great stuff all in all bud.

Cool to see Albright win the #1 Contender show, hopefully he wins the title aswell. Him vs. Kazarian should be gold. Joe/Christian vs. LAX looked great. Daniels/Styles picking up another win is always good. Don't really like Cage and Joe teaming up so I hope they lose against 3D tbh. Not a big Rhyno fan so I am pulling for Angle to retain. Shelley/Aries = Awesome.

AAO is looking stacked. iMPACT was great. I'd love to see that Battle Royal in real life. I like this Cage/Joe "alliance". It's very unique in it's not the same old former enemies tagging together set up. Shelley/Aries should be amazing. Rhino/Angle should be off the chart. Good job man. Can't wait for AAO.

February 1, 2007 Team 3D vs Chris Sabin & Alex Shelley Decent opening match here, Alex Shelley looked impressive when he was in, but Sabin eventually fell to a Brother Cutter from Ray to lose the match. Winners: Team 3D
After the match, as Alex Shelley was walking back up the ramp, Austin Aries came through the crowd, and viciously attacked Shelley. He threw Shelley head first into the ringpost, and delivered a brainbuster onto the steel steps. Paramedics came to help Shelley to the back as Aries looked on laughing.
Brent Albright vs Ron Killings This was an alright impact match, Albright looked very impressive, dodging Killings spinning elbow, and then locking the crowbar in to force a submission. Winner: Brent Albright
Backstage, Eric Young is being interviewed about his recent couple of wins over James Storm, when said man, Storm, attacked Young. Storm smashed a beer bottle over his head, and then continued to beat him down. Storm yelled. "Those wins were flukes!" and then ran off.
Fallen Phenomenon vs Monty Brown The respectful rivalry between Styles and Daniels continued here, as they tried to outdo each other, with Styles pinning Brown after a spiral tap. Winner: Fallen Phenomenon
Post match, these two finally came to blows outside of their matches. As AJ Styles was celebrating the victory, Daniels snuck outside of the ring, and grabbed a steel chair, bringing it back into the ring. When Styles turned to face him, Daniels leveled him with a hard chairshot. Daniels hit him a few more times, before breaking up in tears. Daniels: "I'm sorry AJ, I didn't want to do that, but nothing, and I mean nothing can come in between me and the TNA World Championship. . . not even my best friend.
Jay Lethal vs Chris Harris In the seven minutes these two were given, they showed they aren't to be overlooked. Harris almost connected with the catatonic, but Lethal blocked and connected with a reverse DDT, followed by a tigerbomb for the pin. Winner: Jay Lethal
Sting was backstage doing an interview with Jeremy Borash, where he claimed he was going to show Jeff Jarrett that his win a few weeks was nothing but a fluke. At this moment, Jeff Jarrett ran on screen with a metal pipe, looking to ambush Sting. Before he could hit Sting, the lights went out. A few seconds later, they came back on, and Sting was gone, a Sting mask left on the floor where he was standing. Jarrett looked shocked as the segment ended.
Kurt Angle, Christian Cage & Samoa Joe vs Rhino, Bobby Roode & Petey Williams This was more of a slaughter than anything, as Joe, Angle and Cage all came out furiously, and Williams and Roode were caught off guard. Joe hit a muscle buster on Petey, and locked in the Clutch, making him tap. Winners: Angle, Joe & Cage
After the match, Rhino, seeing his team was being owned, tried to run, but Angle spotted him, and ran after him. Angle caught him, and nailed Rhino with an Olympic Slam on the ramp. Christian Cage nailed Roode with an Unprettier, and the three big dogs stood tall to end the show.

This weeks impact was pretty good Cam. The 6-Man Tag was a good read and seemed pretty realistic. The ending kinda made Rhyno look like a bitch though, but booked well. Daniels/Brown = awesomeness. hopefully Brown gets a push soon. Kinda disapointed he lost but it was to Daniels so its all good.
