January 14, 2007 Official Theme Song: "Rawkfist" by Thousand Foot Krutch NWA World Heavyweight ChampionshipRhino vs Kurt Angle This is it. The most anticipated match of Final Resolution by many. Rhino, the man who has been striking hard whenever he gets the chance, and Kurt Angle, the man who wants to stop it. Rhino, the man who successfully won the world title just a month ago, and Angle, getting his first opportunity for that gold in TNA. Either Rhino is a transitional champion, or Angle, said by many to be the best wrestler in the world, fails in his first attempt to secure gold in TNA. The battle lines have been drawn, and with the allies of each two men fighting for their careers on the same night, and a now-announced mandate by Jim Cornette, this will be one against one, no interference. In one of the biggest title matches in TNA history, will it be the war machine or the Olympic gold medalist? Whoever is Pinned Leaves TNASting vs Brent Albright vs Jeff Jarrett vs Scott Steiner Sick of the constant implications each of these men appeared to want to take in the NWA World Championship match, Jim Cornette made an ultimatum; a career is over at Final Resolution. Will the long and storied career of either Sting, Jeff Jarrett or Scott Steiner be ended in such an inglorious manor? Or will the promising young star, Brent Albright, who has shown so much potential, suffer the most devastating loss imaginable? Unlike the allegiances with the competitors in the world title bout, there is no working together. It is truly a match where every man is for them self. Who will walk out of the impact zone for the absolute very last time? NWA World Title Match ContractAJ Styles vs Christopher Daniels Two former extraordinary friends. Two formerly phenomenal tag team partners. They shared a championship run for the ages. Split on good terms, and off to their own endeavors. Or so they thought. At Turning Point, these two amazing competitors battled for a contract securing them a title match whenever they wanted it. The battle royal for that contract came down to these very two men, who eliminated each other at the same time. Both would campaign for why they deserved the contract instead of the other, but ultimately, the voice of reason, Jim Cornette, set things in stone. These two friends would have to battle each other, one on one, at Final Resolution, with the contract on the line. Through the last few weeks, each man tried to best one another, even being forced to team up again, successfully working together to win. Their friendship remains strong, but the desire to be the very best remains stronger still. Who is the stronger of the two? If Nash's Team Wins, The X-Division Names Him the Best X-Division Performer Ever, if Shelley's Team Wins, Nash Must Leave TNAAlex Shelley & Jerry Lynn vs Kevin Nash & Austin Aries Arrogance is bliss, and Kevin Nash is a perfect example of arrogance. A powerhouse his entire career, he has lately turned focus on enjoying the X-Division. But he seems to think that he is some kind of innovator of this style of wrestling. Whether he actually believes this or is trying to upset those around him is unclear, but the X-Division has had enough. Alex Shelley, long Kevin Nash's favorite, has put his allegiance where it belongs. Jerry Mynn, the man who inspired and began the foundations of the X-Division, has come to join the cause. Austin Aries, the new pupil of Kevin Nash, joins him in battle. One side fights for a man's ego, one for what they truly love. Tables MatchNWA Tag Team ChampionshipsLAX vs Team 3D The Tag Team Championship. A goal of many friends and brothers, a true honor to hold. One of the evenings most anticipated matches is the end to a months long feud, one which has become personal, and a quest of perseverance. One of the most talented teams to step into the fray, the Latin American Xchange. Proud champions that will do anything to win. Team 3D, one of the most decorated teams in wrestling history, try to add the one tag team championship that has evaded them for so long. Obe last chance, in their own dance. The broken pieces of wood, the splinters of crushed tables will represent the crushed dreams of whoever is thrown through it. This is a clash of the titans, and only one team can remain standing when it is all said and done. X-Division ChampionshipKazarian vs Matt Bentley Frankie Kazarian. A true success story. He used a title opportunity at just that, an opportune time, and fulfilled a life long dream in becoming the X- Division Champion. So doesn't it only seem right, that upon capturing the gold, that someone else often overlooked, Matt Bentley, should get the first chance to dethrone him? His best friend and brother, a tag team that has shared many good times and many bad times, but has always fought through them together, nomatter what. No matter what happens in this clash, that will never change. This is a match about respect. Who is the better of the two? This is what the X-Division is truly about. Christian Cage & Samoa Joe vs Tomko & Bernard Sometimes, in times of great pain and great need, two men that normally would never come together, can join forces to fight for the common good. Tomko and Bernard have had only one goal since invading TNA. That goal is to take out Christian Cage. They have even gone as far to physically abuse a woman to get Cage to come out. These kind of tactics are not right, but Christian has taken it like a man. But faced with the realization that they would not stop until he was defeated for good, Cage sought out an ally. Samoa Joe, though disliking Cage, joined up with him, knowing it needed to be done. Now, with the tides finally even, will Tomko and Bernard finally destroy Christian Cage, or will they make as swift an exit as they did an entrance?Abyss vs Monty Brown Two dominant forces in professional wrestling. The monster Abyss, a man who fights through constant pain, both internally and externally, gos head to head with Monty Brown, a man who is strong, swift and deadly in his attack. Which will prove to be more dominant?

January 14, 2007 Official Theme Song: "Rawkfist" by Thousand Foot Krutch Throw up your rawkfist
if you're feelin it when I drop this.
Show 'em how we blow the spot,
Let's make it hot,
Let's shock 'em with the bodyrock 'til the party stops.
It's time to take it up a notch, and keep it locked,
for all the headbangers in the parking lot.
Here we come, if you're ready or not.
No time to talk.
Cause we on the clock bringin that Uhh, Uhh, to your block.
Let me show ya where we're comin from,
it don't stop, from L.A. to New York.
Show me what you got now!
All I know is what it did take to make this.
All I am is what it will take to break this.
All I know is what it did take to make this.
All I am is what it will take to break this.
Light it up now, Light it up now.
A decent pyrotechnics show blasts on the stage to start off the first TNA Pay Pre View of 2007, Final Resolution. After the pyro dies down, Mike Tenay and Jim Cornette welcome everyone to the event, and start running down the card, and then the opening bell rings, with Jeremy Borash welcoming all the fans in attendance and anyone who ordered the PPV to Final; Resolution. They plug the fact that it is one of TNA's biggest PPV events, and that they will kick off the new year in a spectacular way! Tenay thanks Thousand Foot Krutch for providing Rawkfist as the theme song tonight.
NWA World Tag Team Championships Tables Match LAX vs Team Talk about one hell of an opener. Team 3D has gotten a lot of flack since they joined TNA about how they aren't too good now, but Bound for Glory onwards they've been amazing, and tonight they really showed they can still go, and combine that with LAX, who are good as always, you had a really good treat here. LAX attacked Team 3D on the ramp during their entrance, and as they brawled around, LAX got to an early advantage, Hernandez Cracker Jacked Devon into the browd, which was an impressive feat, considering he isn't that big of a lightweight. Brother Ray looked like he was a good 15,20 pounds lighter, and he moved much better, holding his own against Homicide in the ring, but with Devon incapacitated, Hernandez came in to join the fray. Ray held his own for a while, but ultimately was caught as he ducked underneath a Hernandez clothesline and ran right into a dropkick from Homicide. Hernandez went to the outside to grab a table, pulling one out from underneath the ring, just as Devon made his way back. Devon was still in the crowd, and climbed on the barricade. When Hernandez slid the table into the ring, he turned to look towards where Devon was, and Devon leaped, colliding with Hernandez and taking him down. Homicide responded with a sucidide dive to the outside, taking Devon down. This left Ray to recover, and set the table up in the ring. After a while more of brawling, two tables were set up in the ring. Hernandez laid Devon on one, and climbed to the top rope, and went for the big splash. But Devon rolled out of the way, and Hernandez crashed and burned through the table. Meanwhile, Brother Ray and Homicide had been brawling on the outside. Ray sent Homicide head first into the ringpost, and climbed into the ring. Team 3D set up Hernandez, and planted him through the remaining table with a 3D. Ray made sure Homicide was down, and Devon made the cover, getting the three, and finally winning the titles that had eluded them for so long. Winners: Team 3D
Sting was backstage with Jeremy Borash. He said that Jeff Jarrett was lucky on impact, and that he should savor that last victory over him, because after tonight, Jeff Jarrett would never wrestle in TNA again.
X-Division Championship Kazarian vs Matt Bentley Wow. This match literally stole the show. It was the longest and best of the entire event except for the main event, and really showcased what these two can do. It was a match about competition, desire, and respect. Surprisingly, it was mostly technical based, Kazarian didn't use as much of his high flying arsenal as normal, probably because Bentley and him are like brothers, and had each other extremely well scouted. They started off with several collar and elbow tie ups, each man executing a side headlock into a side takeover once. Neither man could keep a headlock on for very long though, and Bentley almost stole the match early, slipping out of a side headlock and rolling Kazarian up in a school boy. Kazarian kicked out, and got Bentely into a small package, which he escaped from. Bentley kicked out, and rolled Kazarian into an inside cradle, but Kazarian rolled through, and locked in a single leg crab on Bentley, working on his left leg. After being in the hold for several minutes, with many near escapes, right as Bentley was about to grab the bottom rope, Kazarian got him back into the center of the ring. But since it was only a single leg crab, Kazarian didn't have too much leverage, Bentley was able to roll onto his back, and push Kazarian away. Despite escaping the hold, a lot of damage had been done to Bentley's left knee. Bentley tried to get things going, hitting a russian leg sweep, but Kazarian fought back, and for a long time, continued to work on the knee of Bentley. At this point in time, Kazarian started to initiate his high flying moves a little more, now that Bentley was hurt. Bentley tried to make another comeback, hitting a couple clotheslins while hobbling on one leg, but Kazarian dropped him down with a dropkick to his bad knee. Kazarian followed this up with a step up enzurguri, and made a pin attempt, but only got a near fall. Bentley ended up getting back into the match in a huge way. Kazarian went for a top rope springboard hurracarana, but Bentley caught him on his shoulders, and planted his partner down with a powerbomb. Bentley tried for the pin here, but Kazarian kicked out. For a while, Bentley remained in control, and he attempted a spinning neckbreaker. Kazarian pulled off an amazing counter, twisting out of the neckbreaker, and nailing a Wave of the Future! Kazarian made the cover, thinking it was over, BUT NO! Matt Bentley kicked out! Kazarian couldn't believe it! He stood up, and stepped over Bentley, heading towards the ropes, but Bentley sits up, and rolls up Kazarian! 1. . . . 2. . . NO! Kazarian barely makes it, but he kicks out. The crowd is really into this one, it is unbeleivable so far. Both men struggled to their feet at the same time. Kazarian connects with an arm drag on Bentley, and when he gets to his feet, Kazarian rushes at him. Bentley lifts his leg up, and Kazarian runs right into the superkick! Kazarian drops to the mat, dead as a stone, and Bentley rushes on top of him in the cover. NO!! Another kickout! Instead of getting frustrated, Bentley patiently waits for Kazarian to get to his feet, and then connects on Kazarian with a sick looking float over DDT. Bentley begins to climb to the top rope, and goes for a front flipping senton, but Kazarian moves! Bentley crashes and burns, but he rolls onto his feet, stunned. Kazarian hits another Wave of the Future! no pinfall? Kazarian walks around to the legs of Bentley, and locks in the single leg crab again, working on the limb he attacked earlier, Bentley screams in pain, and tries to get to the ropes, but his knee is already weakened from earlier, and he has no choice but to tap out! Winner: Kazarian
Post match, we're taken backstage to Jeremy Borash. He is interviewing Kurt Angle. Angle says that if he can single handedly go through three wrestlers in the elimination match on impact, one of them being Rhino himself, then Rhino has no chance of retaining the title tonight, and he was either going to tap out, or he was going to get a broken ankle. JB asked him if he was exhausted from facing three men just three days earlier. Angle said he was, but that wouldn't stop him becoming the new world champion.
Samoa Joe & Christian Cage vs Bernard & Tomko This match wasn't the longest, but that wasn't a bad thing, in fact, it may have kept it better that way, as not to get boring. Samoa Joe started out with Bernard, and Bernard looked dominant early on, as Joe tried to tackle him down, but he wouldn't go down. Joe ran at him again, and it only yielded the same result. Once more, Joe ran at Bernard, but was caught, and Bernard flipped him back in an absolutely huge belly to belly suplex, knocking the wind right out of joe. Bernard was right on Joe, pounding away at him with big boots to the small of the back, and then he dropped down, and started hitting Joe in the back of the head with clubbing forearms. Bernard finally tagged Tomko in, and Tomko stayed on Joe, wearing him down with a couple powerslams, having no trouble with Joe's size. Tomko stood on the other side of the ring from the fallen Joe, waiting for him to get to his feet. When he did, Tomko rushed forward, going for a huge big boot, but joe ducked underneath it, and ran against the ropes. As him and Tomko rebounded into the center of the ring, Joe jumped, landing a spinning heel kick on Tomko. Joe lifted Tomko up, and put him on his shoulders, and planted him with a samoan drop. Joe bounced off the ropes again, and when he got near tomko, he jumped in the air, landing back first across Tomko's chest. Joe then tried to lock in an early Clutch, but Tomko blocked it, and countered into a backdrop. Both Tomko and Joe went for tags, and got them. The two teams continued to go back and forth, and it ended up being Bernard and Joe in the ring together, taking each other down with a double flying forearm into each other. Both crawled to their corners, and made a tag. Christian Cage and Tomko stepped into the ring, the first time in the match that these two were the legal men at the same time. They hesitated to lock up, with Cage trying the initiave method. It failed, as Tomko over powered him, and -lifted him up in a gorilla press, and slammed him to the mat. Cage got up, and threw a right hand at Tomko. Tomko caught the fist in his hand, and threw a left hand at Cage, hitting him square in the forehead. Cage went down, but again got up. Tomko swung a clothesline at him, and Cage ducked, and followed through with an Unprettier! Cage made the cover, but Tomko got his foot on the bottom rope. Cage ran over to Bernard, and knocked him off the ring apron. Cage tagged in Samoa Joe, and ran across the ring, suicide diving to take Bernard, and himself out! Joe got in the ring, and ran at Tomko, who was just getting up. Tomko met him by hitting a big boot on the running Joe, and dropping down in the cover. NO! Joe kicks out! Tomko picks up Joe, and goes to set him up for a pumphandle slam. Joe squirms out of it, and nails a neckbreaker. Joe picks up Tomko, and in an amazing feat of strength, puts him in a sitting position on the top rope. Muscle Buster to Tomko! Joe makes the cover, and gets the three count, sending Tomko and Bernard home with a loss. Winners: Christian Cage & Samoa Joe
Jim Cornette, still at the commentating table, stands up, grabs a mic, and walks to the ring. There, he reads the bad news. At a house show on Friday, Abyss suffered a cracked patella, and will be sidelined for at least 3 months, so the Monty Brown/Abyss match will not be taking place tonight. However, Cornette said that he had a huge announcement. TNA, after tonight, will be giving back the NWA their belts. So Team 3D will get the brand new TNA Tag Team Titles, and the winner of Rhino and Kurt Angle's match tonight would be the TNA World Heavyweight Champion!
If Nash's Team Wins, The X-Division Names Him the Best X-Division Performer Ever, if Shelley's Team Wins, Nash Must Leave TNA Kevin Nash & Austin Aries vs Alex Shelley & Jerry Lynn Unfortunately, this match, while still good was dissapointing. However, it had it's moments, especially the ending. Kevin Nash looked pretty bad in there, and Jerry Lynn wasn't in ring shape, and didn't seem to be ready. On the bright side, the moments where Austin Aries and Alex Shelley were going head to head were quite enjoyable, and thank god, one of those exchanges was the opening one. Alex Shelley seemed out for blood here, as Aries started off raising his arms for a test of strength. Shelley just drop kicked him, and began pounding away on him. Shelley irish-whipped him into the ropes, where Nash tagged himself in, unknown to Shelley. Shelley took down Aries with another dropkick, but Nash got him with a clothesline. Nash bounced off the ropes and hit a leg drop across Shelley's chest and neck, and Nash tried to end it right there. But Shelley easily kicked out. Nash started going to work on Shelley, getting him into the corner and driving some elbows into his stomach, and finishing with throwing one to his head. Shelley was then irish whipped into the ropes, where he bounced back, and Nash lifted him up in a gorilla press, and threw him out of the ring onto the floor hard. Jerry Lynn immediately went to check on his partner, and helped him back into the ring. Nash tagged Aries back in, and he had a field day with Shelley. Aries hit a gutwrench suplex, and then followed up with a springboard splash, almost getting the three, but Shelley wouldn't die. Aries went to do a German suplex on Shelley, but Shelley landed on his feet behind Aries, and hit a backdrop. Shelley followed up with a vertical suplex, and then both men lay down on the mat. They each started crawling to their corners, and tagged in their partners at the same time. Jerry Lynn and Kevin Nash ran at each other, and began trading right hands to the delight of the crowd. Nash's blows were more powerful, and Lynn's were more frequent. Nash eventually swung a huge lariat at Lynn, who ducked underneath, and delivered an edgecution like move. These two battled back and forth for a while, and then Lynn tagged in Shelley. Lynn then went after Austin Aries, the two of them brawling around the ring. Alex Shelley walked into a big boot from Nash, and then Nash met his demise. He apparently wanted to b more like the X-Division guys, and climbed the top rope. His intentions will never be known, as Shelley sprung up to his feet, and climbed the corner where Nash was. Shelley avoided a punch from Nash, and grabbed him. SUPERPLEX! What a huge, unbelievable move by Alex Shelley. Shelley makes the cover, and gets the three count, what an ending! Winners: Alex Shelley & Jerry Lynn
A video plays, showing clips of Christopher Daniels and AJ Styles. It shows individual achievements, the two working together, and them fighting one another in the past. A narrator says this as the video plays. Two former extraordinary friends.
Winner Recieves Title Match Whenever They Want It AJ Styles vs Chrisopher Daniels One of the most anticipated matches of the evening, and it was sure a treat. They began the match with a huge series of different rolls up, about 6 ones each, and then moved into an exchange of vertical suplexes. After the exchange, they both stood facing each other in the ring again, and the crowd was hot! They locked up, with Daniels spinning around behind Styles, and going for a backdrop. But Styles flipped through, landing on his feet behind Daniels. Styles hooked in a russian leg sweep, and fell through with it. Styles quickly got to his feet and went for a standing shooting star press, but Daniels got his knees up, and Styles' ribs connected with the knees in a bad looking way. Daniels gets up, and he irish-whips Styles into the corner. Daniels climbs to the second rope, and starts to rain down forearms onto the head of Styles. But AJ Styles isn't gonna take that, and he grabs Daniels, and runs forward, taking him down in a sit down powerbomb. He stays on for the cover, but Daniels kicks out. AJ Styles gets up, and begins to stomp on Daniels, but Daniels catches one of the stomps, and pulls Styles off his feet to the mat. Daniels stands up, and tries to lock in a figure four on Styles, but it's blocked. Styles pushes Daniels off, and gets to his feet. Daniels runs at Styles, and Styles duck under a clothesline. Styles nails the payley kick! AJ goes for the cover, but only manages a two count on Daniels. They continue to go back and forth for another few minutes, when Daniels goes for the Angels Wings. Here was witnessed a counter that made the fans go absolutely insane. As Daniels lifted up Styles for the move, Styles pulled himself up farther out of Daniels' grasp, and hit a tornado DDT! Styles made the cover, and the crowd thought it was all over. But Daniels somehow got the shoulder up, which had Styles looking on in disbelief, he thought it was over for sure. Styles picked up Daniels, and got him in the beginning position for the Styles clash, but Daniels backed out of it, ducked under a forearm strike by Styles, and connects with the Angel's Wings! Daniels makes the cover, but no! Styles kicks out. The two got to their feet, and Daniels managed to lock AJ Styles in an abdominal stretch. Styles got out of it quickly, and did an interesting roll up on Daniels, but Daniels rolled through too much, and the shoulders of both Styles and Daniels were on the mat as the referee began the pinfall. 1. . . . 2. . . . . 3! Draw via Double Pinfall
After the match, when both Daniels and Styles realized what had actually happened, they both began berating the referee, and then began arguing with each other on who deserved the title match contract. THe two started walking backstage, arguing, as the announcers put over the fact that the situation was still unresolved.
A video plays, showing highlights of the past few weeks, with Albright, Sting, Jarrett and Steiner. The narrator speaks again. Sick of the constant implications each of these men appeared to want to take in the NWA World Championship match, Jim Cornette made an ultimatum; a career is over at Final Resolution.
Whoever Gets Pinned Is Fired Sting vs Jeff Jarrett vs Scott Steiner vs Brent Albright This was a shocker, as though it was good and unpredictable, it was known that it could have been better, and everyone was expecting more from it, but they were still pumped while it was on. They still got a hell of a match. It was announced at the time of the bell that there were no countouts or disqualifications. Jeff Jarrett and Sting went right for one another, and they brawled into one of the corners, and down to the mat, throwing punches at each other, engaging in nothing but a fight. Brent Albright and Scott Steiner went at it, Steiner almost upsetting Albright right away, hitting a belly to belly suplex and locking in the Steiner Recliner. But Albright rolled out of the move, onto his back with Steiner under him, and got Steiner's arms from around his neck. Albright then twisted around, and rolled Steiner over, applying an indian deathlock move. Steiner was right by the ropes though, and he grabbed them to break it. Sting and Jarrett's battle had spilled to the outside, and they were still going at it, Jarrett irish-whipping Sting hard into the steel steps. Back in the ring, Albright tried to get Steiner into a full nelson, but Steiner's arms were too big for Albright to lock it in. Steiner countered into an arm drag, and began beating on Albright. Outside, Sting has just rammed Jarrett into the barricade. Sting clotheslines Jarrett into the crowd, and they begin fighting through the audience, getting them going really well. In the ring, Steiner was dominating Albright. Every time Brent tried to get something going, Steiner stopped it in a hurry. But Albright would never stay on the wrong end of the beating for too long, nobody wants to get fired here. In the brawl between Jarrett and Sting, they had fought their way back onto the entrance ramp, and Jarrett threw Sting right up against the annouce table. Jarrett ran at Sting, but Sting backdropped him on the table, which didn't break. So Sting climbed up with him, and locked in a Scorpion Death Lock, on top of the announce table! Mike Tenay was going insane. Back in the ring again, Steiner has gotten a steel chair, and he goes to hit Albright with it. But Albright gets a drop toehold in, smashing Steiner's face into the chair as he falls. Albright lifts Steiner up, and surprisingly pulls off a half nelson suplex. Albright covers, 1. . . . 2. . . .3! Steiner is gone from TNA! Winner: Brent Albright
A video package plays, hyping the main event for the world title, Kurt Angle vs Rhino is next! This is it.
TNA World Heavyweight Championship Rhino vs Kurt Angle This was a world title match for the ages. Classic formula, the crowd had incredibly heel heat for Rhino, and gave Kurt Angle quite possibly the biggest pop in TNA history. This match started off with a long staredown, before Kurt angle went down on his knees, pulling the legs out from under Rhino in an Olympic takedown, and went for an ankle lock early. Rhino fought out of it and ran into the corner, a scared look on his face, but he quickly gained his composure back, and locked up with Angle. Angle twisted around his back, and lifted him up, slamming him down on the mat stomach first. Angle spun around on Rhino's back, and locked in a front headlock. Rhino started to power to his feet, and Angle tried to keep the headlock on. When Rhino was almost at a complete vertical base, Angle broke the ehadlock. Olympic slam! This one is over early, NO! Rhino kicked out at two without too much trouble, and began crawling to the ropes, trying to get away from Angle. For a long time, Angle was all over Rhino, hitting multitudes of suplexes and technical moves without missing a beat, seeming to have Rhino's number. The fans were pumped, thinking Kurt Angle was minutes away from becoming the TNA World Champion, giving Rhino only a month long reign. That was before the comeback. Kurt Angle went for an ankle lock attempt, and Rhino rolled forwards, sending angle stumbling into the ropes. As Angle turned around to go at Rhino again, Rhino exploded with a gore! Rhino made the cover, as the fans booed tremendously, but Angle got his shoulder up, proving Rhino is going to have to bring a lot more than that to keep his belt. So now it was Rhino's turn to dominate the action. He began working on Angle's ribs, the only place where he had inflicted any damage, and some shoulder thrusts in the corner and an abdominal sretch worked wonders, making the olympic gold medalist scream in pain. Angle managed to break out of the abdominal stretch with a side head lock takeover, but Rhino was right back up, and trapped Angle in a bearhug. Angle began raining punches on Rhino's head, forcing him to release the bearhug. Angle then went for another Olympic Slam, but Rhino countered and got behind Angle. Rhino hits an Olympic slam of his own! Cover by Rhino! Only a two count, he was getting a lot of heat, almost beating Angle with his own move. Now, to add insult to injury, Rhino locked in an ankle lock on Kurt Angle. But he made a mistake there. As Rhino did earlier, Angle rolled forwards out of it, but as he rolled, he grabbed the leg of Rhino, so when he completely got out of it, he had an Ankle lock of his own in on Rhino! Angle had this locked in for a long time, but finally, Rhino managed to reach the ropes. But now Kurt Angle smelled blood, and he began laying some clubbing blows on the ankle of Rhino, knowing that the longer he worked on it, the longer Rhino would have to recover before he could use the gore. Kurt Angle eventually did something different, connecting with a gutwrench suplex. Angle followed that up with a fishermans suplex. Then Angle went for the Germans. He hit one german, two germans, three germans, four germans, FIVE GERMAN SUPLEXES! Kurt Angle posed for the crowd, and then took the shoulders of his tights, and pulled them down. Kurt Angle went to the tope rope, and waited for Rhino to get up. When he got to his feet and turned towards Angle, Angle jumped off, looking to connect with a double ax handle. But Rhino jumped up in air, grabbed Angle around the mid section, and slammed him down to the mat in a modified Gore! Rhino makes the cover. 1. . . . 2. . . . NO FREAKING WAY! Angle kicks out! Rhino stares on in disbelief, realizing he might not be able to actually put Angle down for the three. Rhino went to the opposite corner from where Angle lay, and when Angle got up, Rhino went for the Gore, but Angle moved! Rhino connects with the ringpost, shoulder first! Kurt angle quickly pulls Rhino out of the corner before he can even realize the pain his shoulder is in, and nails an Olympic slam. Angle pulls Rhino to the center of the ring, and locks in the Ankle lock. Rhino holds on, and tries to reach the ropes, but angle drags him back to the middle. Rhino then tries to roll through to escape the hold, an Angle rolls with him. It's still locked in! Rhino reaches for the ropes in pain, and then ,realizing he cannot make it, finally taps out! New Champion! Winner: Kurt Angle
The crowd is going insane as Kurt Angle lets go of the ankle lock and accepts the title from the referee. Kurt Angle holds up the gold in his pose, and the crowd loves it! Angle climbs to each top rope in succession, holding the title in the air the entire time. Final Resolution goes off the air as Angle walks up the ramp to the back, having set a new standard for anyone wanting to win the title.

Final Resolution was a fantastic read and had a very long ass write up, you derserve a pat on the back for this one Cameron. Or better yet, some decent feedback. =)
I havn't heard the opening song to be honest, I have to check it on youtube but It's cool that you posted the lyrics to open the show, first match being the tag titles match is great, I am fan of both team to be honest, big Dudley's fan but I like the Latan American Xchange even more, shame not to see them retain the titles but that Cracker Jack to D-Von in to the crowd made the match for me, a few spelling mistakes I noticed but I more than likely did the same thing with Wrestlemania 22, I know I've edited it more than enough times, hehe.
Kazarian vs Matt Bentley for the X-Division title is a f**king fantastic match and it really did deserve the match time you gave it, nice to see Bentley kick out of the Flux Capacitator, that move is awesome in my opinion, but Bentley kicking out makes him look strong, the match had a nice finish, with Kazarian locking in the leg crab, Bentley had no choice but to tap out, yay for the Kazarian win.
Cage & Joe vs Tomko & Bernard now, I personally would of prefered Tomko and Giant Bernard to get the win in this match but I can understand why you gave the win to the fat Samoan and everyone's favourite Canadian. The match in it self seemed good enough, didn't seem like a match that would get alot of time, which is a same. The finish seemed cool however but please give Tomko/Bernard a tag team title push. =(
Wahoooo! The end of the NWA name to be assocatiad with TNA, I find that to be great news, I'm glad you're just giving the new tag team belts to Team 3D instead of doing another match, big shame about Abyss' injury, I hope he comes back as a monster once again. Angle vs Rhino being for the new TNA title is great, I doubt Rhino is coming down to the ring with the new belt then.
Another tag team match, yay. Great to say Nash being used, I enjoyed his thinking of him being the greatest X-Division wrestler ever, I would of gave him the win to be honest but the match had a great finish, I can't actually see Nash taking a superplex, espicially someone the size of Alex Shelley but it seemed like a great spot if it would of happened so I am happy with it. Nice to see a small push for Shelley and it is really awesome to see Jerry Lynn in the ring again X-Division title push please for Lynn.
What a f**king incredible AJ Styles / Christopher Daniels promo, I read that out thinking the african dude with the deep voice was saying it and it sounded awesome. Really hyped up for that match but I have no idea who I want to win.
Just as I expected, the match was f**king awesome, these two always had great encounters and it is awesome to see it continue, I personally marked out for the payley kick, one of my favourite moves in tna for some reason, the finish was really nice, not giving either match the win, or.... giving both men the win since they both got the three count. I wonder what is going to happen with the title shot now, will they both get it or will there be another match.
Fatal Four Way time and with the loser getting fired from TNA I know who I want to lose to be honest. The match was great from start to finish, I liked how Gunner Scott... or Brent Albright couldn't lock in the full nelson on Steiner because of his roided up arms, nice to see some great wrestling from the match as well. the drop toe hold on to the chair was funny in my opinion, and the half nelson finish was great, awesome to see Albright get the win, bye bye Big Poppa Pump. Maybe this means that a Brent Albright push is coming so I would be really happy if he gets a TNA world title push but I can understand if he is still to new to push that far this early.
The Promo for the main event was great, I want Rhino to retain the title but I would he happy either way to be honest, better Kurt Angle than Samoa Joe in my opinion.
The main event match was f**king incredible, even though I wanted Rhino to retain the title, I marked out for Angle quite a few times during this match, five german suplexs at once was awesome, most of wared both men out. The modified Gore seemed really cool, nice that Angle kicked out, that bad bas***d is resilliant. I liked seeing Rhino going for the Gore and completly missing sending himself in to the turnbuckle, Angle hitting the Olympic Slam straight after seems like what would actually happen. Ankle Lock, it's all over for Rhino, shame. But ah well, life goes on. I hope Rhino remains a top competitor in TNA still, maybe even getting another run with the belt in the future. Can only expect that Angle will get a good run with the belt.
A great show cameron, more than likely the best show you've posted on here, keep it up, I think this is ready to be put in to the Hall of Fame, if not very soon.

January 18, 2007 Jeff Jarrett wasted no time, starting the show by coming down to the ring with a microphone in his hand. He waited for the boos of the crowd to settle down, and then began to speak. He said Sting chose not to come to the arena tonight, which is too bad, since his announcement regards him. Jarrett said that when he defeated Sting last week, he evened the score, tied things from Bound For Glory. He proceeded to challenge Sting to a match at Against All Odds, to finally see who is better. He said that he expected an answer next week.
Rhino vs Chris Harris A decent opening match, Harris looked a bit strong in the early going, avoiding Rhino's attacks, but Rhino would quickly turn things around and hit Harris with three straight gores, to send a statement in a brutal victory. Winner: Rhino
Samoa Joe was in Jim Cornette's office, when all of a sudden, Christian Cage burst in. Cage demanded that now that he was done with the whole Tomko/Bernard situation, that he wanted a shot at Kurt Angle at Against All Odds for the TNA World Championship! Samoa Joe cut him off, and said that he was already in here, demanding his shot. Cornette told both men to shut up, and that Rhino was cashing in his rematch clause to go after Angle, so neither of them would be getting a shot. At this, both Joe and Cage went nuts, until Cornette hushed them again. Cornette said he would come up with something next week, and that both of them may very well get a chance to earn a future shot at some gold. He told both of them to make sure they were ready to wrestle next week.
LAX vs The Naturals Not too impressive, because it was mostly a squash. LAX won easily, when Homicide hit a Gringo Killer on Douglas and Hernandez followed up with a border toss on Stevens. Winners: LAX
James Storm vs Eric Young This match was a huge surprise, as it went about 15 minutes. Storm threw out a lot of rough shots early, but Young ducked under a superkick and rolled him up to steal the win, delighting the crowd. Winner: Eric Young
AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels bumped into each other in the locker room, and immediately began arguing again about who was better, until Jim Cornette burst in through the door. He said he was sick and tired of these two bickering like school kids, and that at Against All Odds, one of them would guaranteed get the title match contract. The two would be going one on one at AAO in a Ladder Match, with the contract hanging above the ring! And if by some random chance they pull it off at the same time, the match would simply be restarted, there would be a clear winner!
Kurt Angle's music hit, and he made his way to the ring, the TNA World Championship around his waist, to an absolutely huge ovation from the Impact Zone. Angle waited for the crowd to hush down. He began to talk about how much it meant to wear this title, and that he was going to be a peoples champion, he was going to defend this belt for everyone here. After a few minutes, Bobby Roode's music hit, and The "Badass" walked down to the ring. He said that Angle got lucky, and that anyone could take down Rhino if they tried hard enough. Roode challenged Angle to a match next week on Impact, to which Angle accepted. Bobby Roode then slapped Angle across the face, and Angle attacked him. Security came down and separated the two.
Alex Shelley vs Jay Lethal A pretty good little match here, but it was ruined when Austin Aries ran out and attacked Shelley, giving Shelley the DQ win. Winner: Alex Shelley
Kazarian was backstage with several X-Division wrestlers, and he said that next week on Impact, there would be an X-Division showcase, with the winner facing him for the title at Against All Odds.
Team 3D vs Kazarian & Bentley vs Kurt Angle & Brent Albright This was a hell of a main event, featuring all of TNA's Champions. Kurt Angle was almost caught by Kazarian with a Wave of the Future, but he blocked it and turned it into an Olympic Slam. After some more action, Brent Albright took down Devon and locked in the Crowbar, forcing him to tap out. Winners: Kurt Angle & Brent Albright]
Post Match, Brent Albright grabbed a mic, and got in Kazarian's face. He said next week, he was going to be a participant in that X-Division Contenders battle royal, and that he was going to win it, and move on to defeat him at Against All Odds for the title. Albright said he was going to use his technical skills to ground the X-Division superstars, and add a new aspect to the division with his ability, and bring some credibility to the gold.
