However KENTA will give as good as he gets which is sure to make this a very interesting contest.

ROH: Sixth Year Anniversary Celebration; Night 2 (February 19th; Philadelphia, PA)
-Before the show Delirious cut a promo, he rambled on about Davey Richards hitting him with the ROH World Title last year, and how Davey “fed” him to Morishima at Rejuvenated. Delirious promised to cause Davey pain, a word he repeated several times in a trance like state. Delirious would also make it relatively clear he intends on taking the ROH World Title away with him tonight.
The BLKOUT def Jigsaw & Hallowicked Fun opener, Jigsaw & Hallowicked where given the chance to look strong whilst BLKOUT remained dominant as they head towards their eventual clash with The Briscoe’s. Lots of hot near falls towards the end, eventually Ruckus would set Hallowicked up for Sabian’s senton with the Hate Crime. The combination of both was enough to put Hallowicked down for three.
FIP World Title Match: Austin Aries def. Erick Stevens Stevens gained some valuable experience in there with Aries, and Austin really put Erick Stevens over. He looked very strong and came close to the upset win with the TKO. Eventually Aries managed to counter Stevens Doctor Bomb attempt before hitting the boot to the face, Brainbuster & 450 splash combination for the win.
Lacey’s Angels def. Havana Pitbulls After having two very good singles matches last night, Albright & Black came into this one looking to top their performances from the previous night. They didn’t quite achieve that but nevertheless they put on a good show with Romero & Reyes. The absence of Lacey for the second night in a row was enough to cause questions with the crowd which distracted from the match slightly, however as the pace picked up attention was soon firmly back on the action. There was a really hot Exchange towards the end between Romero & Black that saw Black get the upper hand and hit the Small Package Driver for the victory.
Naomichi Marufuji def. Mike Quackenbush The crowd were really looking forward to this one, both men are crowd favourites and can put on a good performance at the drop of the hat. This was a very wise choice to close out the first half of the show, and whilst the match may have been slightly disappointing to some people it did deliver. Quackenbush stepped up here and actually looked like he may take victory on several occasions, at one point he hit Marufuji with the B.T.S and locked in the CHIKARA Special but Marufuji refused to tap out. Marufuji would also come close to victory with a huge Superkick, Quack escaped that but would not escape the Shiranui that came moments later.
--Intermission--
-During intermission the BLKOUT cut a promo saying they’d see The Briscoe’s in St. Paul.
--End Intermission--
Kevin Steen & El Generico def. Fast & Furious Tonight’s show was structured as if it were two separate ones, it worked well and this match was a great way to kick off the second half. Generico & Steen have had a hell of a run of matches over the last several months and have become a staple in the ROH Tag Division. Fast & Furious did a great job making Steen look unstoppable and it was no surprise when he hit Clark with the Package Piledriver for the win.
-After the match Steen & Generico made belt motions around their waists signalling they want a shot at the ROH World Tag Team Championships.
KENTA def. Roderick Strong Strong had a less than warm welcome for his return, nevertheless he worked hard and had a very solid match with KENTA here. KENTA coming off of his terrific match with Tyler Black seemed fired up and ready to do the same again tonight. Strong & KENTA didn’t quite capture the magic Black & KENTA did but the fans where more than pleased out the outcome. Lots of stiff exchanges, and some very nice counters, spot of the match saw Strong show some fighting spirit getting up after the Busaiku knee kick to deliver a running boot to KENTA. KENTA eventually countered the Gibson Driver into the Go 2 Sleep for the win.
Takeshi Morishima def. Bryan Danielson This was the second encounter between these two men, they had a match back at December Spectacular; Night 2 which damn near stole the show. They went out looking to do the same and just about achieved that feat. These two really laid into one another with some vicious blows, and the fans eat it up. At one point Danielson looked to have Morishima down with the repeated elbow strikes but Takeshi got straight back to his feet. Danielson would get hit with the Side Slam, the Cartwheel Slam in the corner as well as the Backdrop Driver but likewise refused to stay down. He threw everything he had at Morishima, including the Cattle Mutilation but Morishima survived them all. Danielson looked to have the match wrapped up with the Roaring Elbow but Takeshi Morishima didn’t even go down to the mat. He stumbled for a second before exploding at Danielson with a Lariat. This served as a set up to a second Backdrop Driver which Danielson could not kick out of.
ROH World Title Match: Davey Richards © def. Delirious Delirious was absolutely enraged with Davey Richards; the story of the match was very simply Delirious wanting to kill Davey, and Richards just wanting the get the hell out of there. Several times Delirious had to pull Richards back into the ring. Very heated stuff, lots of false finishes towards the end including Davey narrowly escaping almost every move in Delirious Arsenal. The finish saw Richards hit the Handspring kick, but Delirious got back up. He would attempt the Bizzaro Driver only for Richards to somehow counter it into an inside cradle for the victory.
-After the match a woozy Davey Richards got the hell out of the ring as quickly as he could leaving a furious Delirious in the ring.

Awesome show, Daz. You are my favorite Ring Of Honor writer on the boards, the shows are just really easy to read. I hope Kevin Steen & El Generico win the tag belts soon, I like them as a team. Also, Wouldn't mind seeing the belt back on Delirious but Davey Richards kicks ass so I hope he gets a long title reign. Can't wait to read more.

Glad DR beat Delirious, and I liked Danielson/Morishima and Quack/Marufuji. The shows are really easy to read/follow, and this is easily the best ROH diary I've ever seen.

Nice to see Richards retain, and I was hoping Danielson would go over Morishima, but oh well. Stten and Generico better get some tag gold, glad to see them pick up a good win. I'm glad you made Stevens look strong against Aries, and Strong should have won.

yay for bring this back daz. The card was stacked (like most of your shows are). I really like Richards as the ROH world champ. Hopefully he has a deent reign as champ. I liked the former team mates facing off, this time with Richards getting the win.
The rest of the card was good, KENTA/Strong was awesome. Yeah the tag division is stacked. Great match-ups with Danielson/Morishima and Quack/Marufuji. Great stuff so far Daz, can't wait for the final four nights of the celebration.

ROH Newswire
March 5th: Takeshi Morishima defeated Bryan Danielson to earn and it and now he will get it, Morishima takes on Davey Richards for the title belt. This will be Richards toughest challenge yet and is sure to be a great contest. However the real story is the following night’s main event, as Richards will team with Morishima to take on Bryan Danielson and former partner Delirious. Delirious and Danielson have their fair share of issues and will have a hard time co-existing. If the title changes hands just how will Richards & Morishima be able to work together to topple their vey capable opponents?
March 5th: Delirious failed to recapture ROH World Title gain, or gain his revenge on Davey Richards for that matter. However he will have a chance to end a rivalry that began last year in Tokyo. Delirious went to an Hour Long Time Limit draw to retain the ROH World Title against Japanese star KENTA. Later in 2007, at December Spectacular; Night 2 KENTA gained a big victory of the ROH World Champion Delirious. We will find out who the better man is in a Best 2 out of 3 Falls match that will pit NAOH’s KENTA, against ROH’s Delirious.
March 5th: Kevin Steen & El Generico, The King’s of Wrestling & The BLKOUT have all worked their respective shots at ROH Tag Team Gold. However returning champions The Briscoe’s have been given the opportunity to pick their first opponents on March 8th, on the third show of our Anniversary Celebration. The Briscoe’s have picked The BLKOUT, the bad blood between the two still boiling following last year’s vicious feud and Final Battle’s Steel Cage warfare Match. Kevin Steen & El Generico will take on the King’s of Wrestling that same night with the victory earning their shot the very next night in St. Paul.
Ring of Honor ROH Sixth Year Anniversary Celebration; Night 3 March 8th, 2008- 8:00 pm belltime St. Paul’s Amory 600 Cedar Street St. Paul, MI 55101

Current Line up:
ROH World Title Match: Davey Richards © vs. Takeshi Morishima ROH World Tag Team Title Match: The Briscoe’s © vs. The BLKOUT FIP World Title Match: Austin Aries © vs. Kenny King vs. Jigsaw vs. Gran Akuma Four Corner Survival: Bryan Danielson vs. Roderick Strong vs. Naomichi Marufuji vs. Brent Albright 2 out of 3 Falls Match: Delirious vs. KENTA Jimmy Jacobs & BJ Whitmer vs. Nigel McGuinness & ? Tyler Black vs. Mike Quackenbush The King’s of Wrestling vs. Kevin Steen & El Generico
March 5th: Tyler Black had a career defining match against KENTA on Night 1 of our Sixth Year Celebration, Mike Quackenbush will look to do the same thing against Black as they go one on one on March 8th. However Black’s manager Lacey has still not re-surfaced, we will try to get an update on that situation as soon as possible. March 5th: Roderick Strong surfaced a big loss in his return match against Naomichi Marufuji, Strong will have a chance to reclaim some pride as he takes on Marufuji once more. However this time Albright & Danielson will be in the other two corners of the ring as these four top challengers go head to here in Four Corner Survival.
March 5th: Jimmy Jacobs attacked Nigel McGuinness following their match at Rejuvenated. Since then McGuinness had been desperate to get his hands on Jimmy Jacobs and he will get that chance as he and a partner of his choosing take on Jimmy Jacobs & BJ Whitmer. This is sure to be a very heated match, one that you do not want to miss.

ROH: Sixth Year Anniversary Celebration; Night 3 (March 8th; St. Paul, MI)-Before the show got underway The BLKOUT cut a promo about the Briscoe’s. They said Jay & Mark may have gotten rid of Homicide, but they can’t get rid of them. Kingston then claimed tonight they’ll regain the ROH World Titles, and then they’ll get rid of The Briscoe’s forever.Kevin Steen & El Generico def. The King’s of Wrestling w/LarryReally fun opener, Claudio, Hero & Sweeney have become a very comedic unit and along with Kevin Steen put on a hilarious encounter. The fans loved every second of comedy, and every second of action, not many false finishes at the ends which was a nice change of pace from the usual. Generico was wiped out with the Hero’s Welcome however Steen made the save on the subsequent cover before clearing the ring. After a short exchange with Hero he hit the Package Piledriver gaining victory for his team and a Tag Title shot tomorrow night. FIP World Title: Austin Aries © def. Jigsaw, Kenny King & Gran AkumaAries defended the title in Four Corner Survival here; giving all of his opponents a chance to shine. And shine they did. King, Jigsaw & Akuma put on a very exciting contest along with Aries and the fans legitimately thought the belt might change hands towards the end. Akuma scored a 2.9 count when he hit Aries with the Yoshi-Tonic. Aries would kick out, roll back and try to hit his trademark combo. However Jigsaw cut off the 450 with the Leap of Faith. He would get a two count from that, however Kenny King broke it up. King would hit a huge the Coronation on jigsaw however Aries would make the save. Austin would pitch King to the floor before delivering a Brainbuster to Jigsaw for the victory. Mike Quackenbush def. Tyler Black Lacey was once again missing from ringside which caught the fans attention. There were rumours going around that she had been fired. However these rumours murmurs from the crowd died down as the action picked up in the ring. Quack & Black put on a very entertaining match, not quite up to the quality these guys can produce but decent nonetheless. Some cool false finishes towards the end before Quack eventually finished Black off with the CHIKARA special. ROH World Tag Team Title Match: The Briscoe’s © def. The BLKOUTThe Briscoe’s & BLKOUT picked up from where they left off last year here. The fans where really into everything Jay, Mark, Ruckus & Kingston did and they were very appreciative of everything the competitors did. Jay & Mark nearly came away with an early victory after a Springboard ace crusher by Mark however Ruckus would kick out of it. This became a pattern as The Briscoe’s dominated for large portions. Eventually the BLK Out found their stride and nearly took victory on several occasions, the closest of which came after Kingston turned Jay inside out with a vicious Yakuza kick. Eventually The Briscoe’s retained the titles when they hit Ruckus with the Spiked J-Driller. --Intermission---During intermission Davey Richards cut a promo saying he will defeat Takeshi Morishima tonight, just like he defeated Delirious in Philadelphia.--End Intermission--Four Corner Survival: Bryan Danielson def. Roderick Strong, Naomichi Marufuji & Brent AlbrightAwesome stuff from all the individuals involved. Albright was an absolute beast and came close to taking victory over all three of his opponents. Albright best opportunity to gain the win was when he locked Danielson in the Crowbar; however Marufuji broke it up with his sit out clothesline manoeuvre. Strong & Marufuji had plenty of exchanges, the best of which saw Marufuji counter the Gibson Driver with a huracanrana before connecting with his run in behind clothesline. He would connect with the Shiranui but after landing smoothly he staggered back into Danielson who hooked him and took him down with the Cattle Mutilation, Marufuji eventually tapped out giving Dragon the victory. -After the match Strong was clearly pissed about suffering yet another loss. Nigel McGuinness & Go Shiozaki def. Jimmy Jacobs & BJ WhitmerMcGuinness’ partner turned out to be Go Shiozaki out of the NOAH organization in Japan. He received a very sizeable pop, not on the level of KENTA or Marufuji but decent nonetheless. Shiozaki put in a decent performance, as did the other men in the match. Jacobs & McGuinness had several heated exchanges, at one point getting into a striking exchange with McGuinness coming out on top after a European Uppercut. Whitmer nearly finished Shioazaki off with the Wrist Clutch Exploder but Go kicked out. Moments Later Shiozaki nailed a huge Belly to Back Suplex that folded BJ up like an accordion, this served as a set up to the Rebound Lariat which Nigel connected with for victory. -After the match Jimmy Jacobs nailed Shiozaki & McGuinness with a railroad spike, McGuiness began to bleed profusely as Jacobs hammered away with right hands. He left Nigel in a pool of his own blood as Whitmer laid out Shiozaki with the Exploder.2 out of 3 Falls Match: Delirious def. KENTAKENTA & Delirious would have a hard time topping their previous encounters however they just about did it here. Both men were on top form and brought the very best out of one another. The fans were on fire the whole way through an enjoyed every second of this contest. KENTA took the first fall with a Tier Suplex. It took nearly 15 minutes for the second fall to take place, and it occurred when Delirious blocked a big kick from Kenta, span him around and hit the Chemical Imbalance II for the pinfall. The two men would do battle for several more minutes, desperate to gain the victory. The biggest false finish of all saw KENTA nail a Falcon Arrow off the top rope for a two count. Eventually Delirious would counter the Go 2 Sleep with a Sunset Flip esque rollup for the win. ROH World Title Match: Davey Richards © def. Takeshi MorishimaReally good big man/little man match. The crowd got behind Morishima due to their hatred for Richards. Davey really put Morishima over and made him look like a beast, for most of the match Morishima just destroyed Davey inside the ring and outside of it. Davey was hanging on by a thread as he barely kicked out of the Big Side Slam, a Missile Dropkick and the flying Hip Attack. The crowd were desperate for a title change as Richards was brutalised in the corner, he would come out firing on all cylinders making a brief comeback. He looked to hit the DR Driver however Morishima countered it with a Backdrop. Davey crawled to the corner trying to distance himself from the Challenger. Takeshi Morishima looked for the Cartwheel splash in the corner but Richards narrowly avoided it before sneaking a roll up for the three count.

Current Line up: Special Attraction, Main Event: Davey Richards & Takeshi Morishima vs. Delirious & Bryan Danielson ROH World Tag Team Title Match: The Briscoe’s © vs. Kevin Steen & El Generico Grudge Match: Jimmy Jacobs vs. Nigel McGuinness Austin Aries vs. Mike Quackenbush Lacey’s Angels vs. Havana Pitbulls Roderick Strong vs. Naomichi Marufuji Matt Cross & Erick Stevens vs. Fast & Furious BJ Whitmer vs. Go Shiozaki
March 9th: Just added to tonight’s card! Erick Stevens & Matt Cross will once again have a chance at tag team success as they tale on Jerrelle Clark & Jay Fury, Fast & Furious. Both teams will be looking to make an impact and get those much needed victories as the tag team scene here in Ring of Honor heats up.
March 9th: Also added is a huge match between BJ Whitmer & Go Shiozaki. Shiozaki made a big debut last night coming to Nigel McGuinness aid in a tag team match against Whitmer & Jacobs. Shiozaki will have a chance to get his, as he squares off aginst BJ one on one.
March 9th: Marufuji tapped out to Bryan Danielson’s Cattle Mutilation, last night in Four Corner Survival, but only after taking Roderick k Strong out of the running with the Shiranui. ROH: Sixth Year Anniversary Celebration; Night 4 (March 9th; St. Paul, MI)-Before the show Bryan Danielson & Delirious cut a promo, Danielson claimed he didn’t like Delirious and Delirious didn’t like him but tonight they’re putting their differences aside to team together and defeat Davey Richards & Takeshi Morishima. Danielson questioned if Takeshi Morishima would do the same.Matt Cross & Erick Stevens def. Fast & FuriousThis opener was everything it needed to be. They warmed the crowd for the show and in the process but on a decent match that made all four individuals look strong. Cross & Stevens displayed some nice chemistry and some innovative double team offense which eventually lead to their victory. Naomichi Marufuji def Roderick StrongStrong has been on a small losing streak recently, it continued here in a very solid encounter with Marufuji. Strong really got the fans on his case and played the heel role well taking every shortcut he could to try and gain victory. Marufuji made a comeback and after some back and forth picked up the win with the Shiranui. -After the match Strong sulked, kicking the guard rails and thumping the ring apron as he made his way to the back.Havana Pitbulls def. Lacey’s AngelsLacey was once again absent from ringside, which caused some questions. However the fans have accepted this is part of an angle due to the mentioning of it in a recent ROH newswire so the rumours going around did not detract from the in-ring action. These two teams haven’t gelled as well as it was thought they might, and this contest wasn’t as good as their previous encounter however it was solid to say the least. Tyler Black continues to improve and looked great in there with Romero and it would be Romero who won the contest for his team; forcing Black to tap out to the Jujigatame. Go Shiosaki def. BJ WhitmerAfter last night Shiosaki was out for revenge, however Whitmer would not let him get it ducking out of the ring and every opportunity avoiding wrestling GO at every turn. That was very much the story of the match and it left the fans somewhat disappointed. On one hand they appreciated the furthering of BJ’s heel character, but just wanted to see a damn wrestling match instead of all the staling. The wrestling they did get was of a good quality and really picked up in the last few minutes of the contest. Shiosaki took the win with the Go Flasher. --Intermission---During Intermission Kevin Steen & El Generico cut a promo hyping their ROH World Tag Team Title shot.--End Intermission--Austin Aries vs. Mike Quackenbush ended in a Time Limit Draw.Aries and Quackenbush just gave it everything here, they really wanted to put on something special and the match really did have a big match feel to it. Aries & Quack did a good job of getting the fans into things, and had them on their feet towards the end. Lots of great false finishes and it could have gone either way in the end. Quack came closest of all to victory when he put a stop to Aries 450 attempt and connected with the Quackendriver. Aries was able to endure that and survive the CHIKARA special until the time limit ran out. -After the match the fans applauded the efforts of both men. They begged for five more minutes. Aries & Quack shook hands before leaving the ring.ROH World Tag Team Title Match: The Briscoe’s © vs. Kevin Steen & El GenericoThe tag division has been extremely hot for the last several months and the fans have loved everything they’ve seen. This was no exception as The Briscoe’s, Kevin Steen & El Generico put on a hell of a tag team display. Both teams gelled effortlessly and the match had an incredible flow. It built and built to an incredible finish that saw all four men hit their trademark manoeuvres before The Briscoe’s finally put Generico away with the Springboard Doomsday Device. Grudge Match: Jimmy Jacobs def. Nigel McGuinnessJacobs and McGuinness weren’t looking to gave traditional match here. They were looking for a fight. They brawled all around ringside to the fans delight; they used steel chairs and the barricades to inflict just a little more damage to one another. The crowd really bought into the personal issues between these two and it made for an extremely heated match. There weren’t many near falls, there weren’t very many pinning attempts, this match was solely about one man beating the other. Jacobs was busted open by McGuinness the hard way after a chair shot on the floor, he continued to bleed throughout the match and he looked a mess as he countered Nigel’s Rebound Lariat with a spear, for the victory, Davey Richards & Takeshi Morishima def. Delirious & Bryan DanielsonReally good stuff here, all four individuals played their roles and it worked well. Morishima did not care for Richards and just dominated everybody with Richards making blind tags now and then to pick the bones of Danielson & Delirious. Delirious & Danielson also played up their past rivalry before being forced to team together to topple the beast that is Morishima. Delirious & Danielson nearly took victory with a leaping Lariat/Regal-Plex combination on Morishima but Davey made the save. Richards nearly suffered the fall when Delirious connected with the Shadows over Hell but the resilient champion managed to escape. During the home stretch Morishima & Danielson had a heated trading blow after blow, Danielson would hit the Roaring Elbow but Morishima came back with a Lariat taking Dragon down. Morishima would go on to hit the Backdrop Driver. However before he could make a cover Richards bundled him out of the ring and made the cover himself to gain the win.

Im not all in to Ring of Honor so I can not leave long feedback based on everymatch as I only want to follow a wrestlers in the diary, that I know well enough. =) Nice to see Davey Richards keep on to the title and Richards/Takeshi vs Delirious/Danielson sounds like an amazing match to watch.
Glad to see El Generico and Kevin Steen get the tag team title shot and it is too bad that they did not win, ah well. Hopefully they can win the titles soon enough.

March 26th: Having defeated Delirious, Bryan Danielson & Takeshi Morishima Davey Richards must now face a new challenger in ROH World Tag Team Champion Jay Briscoe. Both men enter the match as Champions; one will look to walk away as ROH first ever double champion.
March 26th: Night 5 of our sixth Year Celebration will see three tag team matches, all six teams will be desperate for victory as they make one last ditch effort to earn their spot in Ultimate Endurance.
March 26th: Brent Albright & Tyler Black have been developing quite a rivalry with Rocky Romero & Ricky Reyes of the Havana Pitbulls. After suffering defeat at the hands of the Pitbulls on night 4, Brent Albright has challenged Romero to a one on one match. Romero has accepted and these two athletes will meet on March 26th
March 26th: Roderick Strong suffered yet another loss on March 9th at the hands on Naomichi Marufuji. Strong cannot seem to buy a win however he will have yet another chance to get back on track when he takes on old enemy Mark Briscoe.

ROH: Sixth Year Anniversary Celebration; Night 5 (March 29th; Orlando, FL)
-Before the show Austin Aries cut a promo saying tonight he’ll beat Nigel McGuinness, Delirious & Quackenbush, and tomorrow night he’ll beat Richards and take back what is his; The ROH World Title.
Erick Stevens & Matt Cross def. Jigsaw and Hallowicked Fast paced fun, all four men put in a lot of work to get the crowd pumped up. They did just that with a great three star or more opener here. Stevens looked extremely strong, JigWicked sold very well for him. Jigsaw looked just about dead after receiving the Choo Choo Splash in the corner. Hallowicked nearly gained victory for his team when he nailed he Yakuza Kick and the Go 2 Sleep Hollow on Cross but M-Dogg managed to kick out. Moments later Cross & Stevens would hit a Double stomp/TKO Combination on Jigsaw for an impressive victory.
Rocky Romero def Brent Albright Albright & Romero worked well together here, the fans are back to finding Albright boring with the absence of Lacey however Romero is packed full of charisma and more than made up for that side of things here. They had a lot of nice back and forth on the mat, before matching power against high flying. Eventually Romero would counter a Half Nelson suplex attempt and lock in the Jujigatame for the win.
Mark Briscoe def. Roderick Strong The fans love to antagonise Strong, and they love to get behind Mark Briscoe. And it made for a fun atmosphere throughout this contest. Strong and Briscoe work well together, they have proven it in the past and they proved it again here. Strong tried desperately to try and gain victory towards the end, hitting several backbreakers, the Gutbuster and locking in the Stronghold but Briscoe refused to give up. His resilience would pay off as he survived the Stronghold and would later hit the Cut-Throat Driver and Shooting Star Press for the win.
-After the match Strong once again had a temper tantrum hitting the ring post with a steel chair, and kicking the guard rails as he made his way to the back.
King’s of Wrestling w/ Larry Sweeney def. Fast & Furious King’s of Wrestling have kind on a rocky road as of late, they put things together nicely here and took an important victory, in a decent match against Fast & Furious. Jay Fury nearly upset them though when he nailed Hero with the JayTrix however Claudio made the save. Claudio & Hero would later connect with an Double Team Hero’s Welcome for the victory.
-After the match Larry Sweeney got on the mic. He said it was a disgrace that his clients would have to compete in Ultimate Endurance tomorrow. And that’s why tomorrow, they won’t be competing for the Number one concerns position, oh no. they’ll be competing for the ROH World Tag Team Championships.
--Intermission--
-During the intermission break Jimmy Jacobs cut a promo detailing his feud with Nigel McGuinness. He reminded us that Nigel was not a target but a stepping stone to claiming his Ultimate goal. He said Shiosaki is just another stepping stone, a stepping stone that will regret coming to ROH.
--End Intermission--
Kevin Steen & El Generico def. The BLKOUT Solid tag team outing here, both teams looked good and got decent great reactions. These two both seemed a half step off here and they didn’t put on the quality of match they would have liked to. Some nice interaction between Ruckus and Generico at the end, eventually Ruckus got nailed with Generico’s top rope Brainbuster for the victory.
Grudge Match: Jimmy Jacobs def. Go Shiosaki Jacobs & Shiosaki had a very stiff match here; Shiosaki got in a lot of offence and looked extremely strong in there with Jacobs. The fans got behind both men; it made for a heated match. Lots of nice near falls, with Jacobs nearly taking victory with the Spear and Top rope Senton, Go escaped both and would later try to gain the victory with the Go Flasher. Jacobs avoided it and rolled Shiosaki up for the victory.
Four Corner Survival: Austin Aries def. Nigel McGuinness, Delirious & Mike Quackenbush Really good Four Corner Survival Match here, all four guys worked hard to put on a good display and they were rewarded with just that. All four men had their following with the crowd and were all extremely over. All four men had their chances of victory, Quackenbush coming closest when he connected with the BTS on Aries. Delirious also had his chance of victory when he avoided a Nigel McGuinness Rebound Lariat; drop toe held him and locked in the Cobra Stretch. Aries would make the save and later gain victory hitting the Brainbuster and 450 Splash on Delirious.
ROH World Title Match: Davey Richards © def. Jay Briscoe Good title defence here, Richards and Briscoe have really good chemistry and out on a very good match. The fans were firmly behind Jay Briscoe getting on Richards case throughout. Richards had no personal feud here and that meant there was less stalling in his part. It improved the flow greatly and improved the match tenfold. Pace really picked up towards the end, there was a nice reversal sequence that saw Davey counter the J-Driller and Jay counter the DR Driver. Richards would eventually lock in the 14:59 for the submission victory.

ROH NewswireMarch 30th: Those of you who will not be enjoying the WWE’s Wrestlemania XXIV event, come out and join us for the sixth night of out Sixth Year Celebration. We have quite a show in store for you tonight, headlined by ROH World Champion Davey Richards defending his title against Austin Aries. Aries defeated Delirious, Nigel McGuinness & Mike Quackenbush in Four Corner Survival to earn this shot and former champion Aries will do everything in his power to end Richards reign; just like he did Samoa Joe’s back at Final Battle 2004. March 30th: Also on tap for tonight’s show is tag team action, with ROH World Tag Team champions the Briscoe Brothers defending against the King’s of Wrestling. The Briscoe’s will also be scouting their next challengers as the winners of Ultimate Endurance; featuring The Havana Pitbulls, Lacey’s Angels Kevin Steen & El Generico as well as The BLKOUT, will receive a shot at the belts in the near future. Ring of Honor ROH Sixth Year Anniversary Celebration; Night 6 March 30th, 2008- 8:00 pm belltime Orlando Downtown Recreation Complex 649 W Livingston St Orlando,FL 32801
Tickets are available at www.rohwrestling.com or www.Tickets.com as well as calling 215-781-2500.Current Line up: ROH World Title Match: Davey Richards © vs. Austin Aries ROH World Tag Team Title Match: The Briscoe’s © vs. King’s of Wrestling Ultimate Endurance: Featuring The BLKOUT, Havana Pitbulls, Lacey’s angels & Steen & Generico Jimmy Jacobs vs. Mike Quackenbush Naomichi Marufuji vs. Bryan Danielson KENTA vs. Nigel McGuinness Erick Stevens vs. Jigsaw Matt Cross vs. Hallowicked March 30th: Just added, Erick Stevens vs. Jigsaw, and Hallowicked vs. Matt Cross. These four men have been involved in tag team competition as of late with Cross & Stevens coming out the victors in their most recent outing. Hallowicked & Jigsaw will look to rebound from that loss whereas Stevens & Cross will try to continue that momentum leading into All Star Extravaganza IV & Supercard of Honor III when we return to the Manhattan Centre. March 30th: After some scheduling conflicts that prevented KENTA & Naomichi Marufuji appearing last night, they will return tonight to do battle against Nigel McGuinness & Bryan Danielson respectively. These four men have met one another in singles competition in the past, and every single one of them will be looking for a victory and a possible shot at the ROH World Title which has so far eluded all of them this year. March 30th: Also on tap for tonight is a big between Jimmy Jacobs & Mike Quackenbush, both men have been rising through the ranks and this could very well be a break through match for either man. Jacobs has been on a quest of sorts over the last few weeks claiming to have used Nigel McGuinness as a stepping stone. We are still not aware of what that goal is, however you can bet Mike Quackenbush does not want to be the next stopping stone on Jacobs rode to it.

ROH: Sixth Year Anniversary Celebration; Night 6 (March 30th; Orlando, FL)
-Before the show Aries cut a promo hyping his upcoming match with Davey Richards. Aries said tonight he’ll teach Davey Richards the match of his life, and take back what is his.
Erick Stevens def. Jigsaw Solid stuff here, Jigsaw & Stevens have completely different fighting styles but meshed quite well regardless. Stevens dominated early on with his power; Jigsaw made the comeback and nearly took victory with the Leap of Faith. Stevens kicked out, and would later escape a Jig n’ tonic attempt before taking victory with the Doctor Bomb.
Matt Cross def. Hallowicked Cross picked up his teams second victory of the night here in a solid outing. Hallowicked played his role well and sold for Cross offense, spot of the match saw Cross hit the Super Space Spinning Tiger drop, transitioning into a huracanrana on the floor. Hallowicked came close to victory with the Rydeen Bomb but eventually Cross would pick up the win hitting the Split legged Moonsault on Wicked for the three count.
Jimmy Jacobs def. Mike Quackenbush Solid outing here, Jacobs proved he can have a standard wrestling match without having to use weapons. These two blended surprisingly well here and had a lot of great back and forth action which the fans were into. The crowd were definitely pulling for Quack and were disappointed when he took the loss following a Jimmy Jacobs Contra Code.
ROH World Tag Team Title Match: The Briscoe’s © def. King’s of Wrestling w/Larry Sweeney These two teams have chemistry off the chain, they are both over and every time they step into the ring together they more than produce. Sweeney played his role to perfection trying to distract The Briscoe’s at every turn, and it really added to the drama of the match. The match really picked up towards the end, and after near falls galore Jay and Mark retained the belts with a Springboard Doomsday Device on Claudio.
--Intermission--
-During intermission Claudio Castagnoli, Chris Hero & Larry Sweeney argued amongst themselves. Hero & Sweeney blamed Claudio for the loss and left camera shot without him.
--End Intermission--
Ultimate Endurance: Lacey’s Angels def. Havana Pitbulls, The BLKOUT & Kevin Steen & El Generico Really good match here, the fans are into all four teams and it each team had their following with the crowd. The first fall was contested under scramble rules, lots of high flying action throughout with the fist elimination coming when Ruckus rolled Generico up hooking the tights for leverage. Albright would force Joker to tap to the Crowbar ending the second fall moments later. The match came down to Lacey’s Angels & The Havana Pitbulls. They put on a solid tag team contest with plenty of hot near falls at the end. Romero came close to victory with the Tombstone Piledriver but eventually it’d be Black taking victory for his team hitting Reyes with the Small Package Driver.
Naomichi Marufuji def. Bryan Danielson This match on paper pretty much speaks for itself. And it delivered in every way possible. The match was paced perfectly, had tremendous psychology and built to the climax superbly. Danielson kicked out of the Shiranui, Marufuji escaped the MMA Elbows & Cattle Mutilation. Danielson attempted the Roaring Elbow, it was ducked and Marufuji hit the Superkick. He would go for the Shiranui once ore however Danielson dumped Marufuji on the top rope. He would hit the top rope Belly to Back Suplex followed by the Roaring Elbow and finally several rapid boots to the head which made Marufuji pass out giving Dragon the win.
-After the match Jimmy Rave hoped over the guard rail and attacked Bryan Danielson from behind. He locked Danielson in the Heel Hook until Security & ROH Wrestling Students came to "American Dragon's" aid.
Nigel McGuinness def. KENTA These two had a MOTYC last year in Japan; they didn’t quite get to that level tonight probably due to time restrictions put on this match. Some nice strike exchanges early on, later KENTA would pick up the pace with some high risk offence before falling to a Nigel McGuinness Lariat. Nigel scored the closest near fall after the Tower of London, the fans were sure it was over but somehow KENTA kicked out. Likewise they thought KENTA had the victory all wrapped up after the Tiger Suplex but Nigel managed to escape it, moments later he’d hit the Rebound Lariat which gained the win for him.
ROH World Title Match: Davey Richards © def. Austin Aries Richards & Aries put on a hell of a show here, the crowd where unsure on who would take victory and it made the atmosphere that much better. Lots of good mat stuff early on before exploding into a ball to the wall all out contest towards the end. Richards hit the DR Driver for a close two count. Aries later connected with the kick to the head and Brainbuster but Davey cut off the 450 splash. The fans were red hot leading into the finish that saw Richards avoid the Roaring Elbow attempt, nail a Tombstone Piledriver and transition into the 14:59 for the victory.
